Very nice shop with a great selection. The guy running the shop was helpful and friendly. Only downside to the shop, the owner requires the employees to hover over customers in the humidor. Thats a serious faux pas.

Just left there recently tonight very good service from the bar although they ran out of the cigar that my husband loves other than that it was a nice quiet evening there. Recommend to go on a Saturday night a lot of fun different crowd and that night they were fully stocked with anything you wanted. very sentimental special place for us, will be back on a Saturday or Friday. Great place to buy a cigar and smoke it with a drink. But they need to stop allowing people to smoke cigarettes in there. Makes the place stink and detracts from the flavor of cigars.But they got top notch scotch tho!!!

So my friends and I went to this place on Friday night. I was paying for my drinks as the waitress took my card. At end of our stay, she came to me and said my card wouldnt take charge. I immediately opened my bank app, and it showed the charges have already hit my bank. The waitress was confused so she got the manager. He looked at my bill and the charges on my bank app. He stated, he was sorry and all was good. Thought it was a bit unusual but forgot about it, and we left. Today, Tuesday I see where they have charged my card again. I will never patronage this place again, and suggest to all - DONT USE CC AT THIS PLACE.Edit - The reply below is not correct. My card was charged twice on Friday night and again today for another charge.

Thr atmosphere is always great. Everyone is always friendly. They have a great selection on cigars.

Since moving here from Michigan a little over a year ago, this has been to me my safe place to go and home away from home when I want to rest and relax in my corner. The staff is very attentive, from your bartenders (Courtney), and Tobacconists (Mike) and anyone that has helped me! Forgive me, Im horrible with names but you know who you are.I always get either a diet coke or Heineken and without fail they remember my order. I guess I have a bad habit of being a regular here. The Tobacconists always have great recommendations when I want to venture out of my comfort zone, tell them what you like and trust them!Youll meet some good and interesting people here (usually tourists around the busy times). For example my one encounter with a very drunk fellow who struck up a conversation with me, accidentally kicked over my beer and then proceeded to put on my motorcycle helmet one night. It was weird, I had my laugh, but a bar is a bar so I let him be.Never had a bad experience here. Thank you to the staff for all that you do and being so welcoming.Im going on new adventures to Orlando, but Ill most certainly be back when Im around town.

I came here with my friends for my bachelors party and we had a good time. The selection of cigars was impressive. The staff helped each of us pick out a nice cigar and the drinks from the bar were excellent. I would definitely go back whenever Im downtown with friends.

I visited this place on 12/29/2020 at approximately 10:00 PM,With several friends. Bartender was efficient and personable,drinks were good. The individual running cigar sales at the front of the (mid 20s slender dark short hair) establishment was rude and exhibited the personality of a rock flounder. Unfortunately, I cant recommend this establishment due to the poor treatment weve received from this person. Hopefully management relieves him of his cigar sales duties.

A little smoky, itd be better if they would get some modern smoke eaters, but Ill definitely be back.

Courtney the bartender has a very bad attitude. Looks like its some kind of family business so they dont really care how she acts or treats people. I had an encounter with her months ago in which she treated me initially with very uncalled for cruelty. I was trying to get cigarettes from the counter and couldnt find anyone and simply asked her if anyone could help me at the counter. She immediately said very nastily that she can help me at the bar which confused me because the cigarettes were out of her reach and I found her approach to be lazy and also didnt want to hassle her to leave the bar. I gave her attitude back, as I was taken aback by her strange demeanor. She then began yelling saying she wouldnt service me and she is calling the police. I began crying and couldnt believe how I was being treated. A man finally shows up at the counter and I asked if I may please buy some cigarettes. She referred to him as her uncle and told him not to service me, and he did not help me at all. I think its a shame that because you all are family and friends that this behavior is just simply accepted while if it were a regular employee I believe this behavior should lead to termination of employment. This is not customer service appropriate. Kindness should be a priority. This woman has not changed at all. It seams she is just the type of person who doesnt value treating people with kindness. Something must be bothering her inside herself and she shouldnt take it out on strangers. Im sure nothing will change. Ill be sure to let everyone that I know, of the experience Ive had.

The employees are very nice here and they tend to make their customers feel at home. The only reason I gave them 4 stars vs 5 is because their cigarettes cost me 9 dollars. I feel that is completely taking undue advantage of their customers as it is extremely difficult to find cigarettes in downtown Fort Myers. Sorry guys but I call it like I see it when being legally robbed. Other than that I love the Cigar Bar. If youre simply in need of cigarettes I recommend looking elsewhere but its a great spot to stop over for a double-Johnnie Black on the rocks and a fat cigar to shake off the concerns of the day!

Horrible customer service. Bought 2 cigars. One excellent one was not smokable. Packed so dense that it wouldn’t draw through any of the cigar. Stopped by and employee says “it may have not been aged enough and some Cigars you like and some you don’t.” His solution was to try and SELL me a other cigar.

Very rude mid age bartender. Not friendly at all. Place is really clean and good ambience. But I still preferred the location at Down Town Fort Myers. Late 50s white male kinda bald. Was Saturday March 7th around 3pm. At Cape Coral location. The lady that came to work right after him was amazing she was very attentive with me and my wife.

We visited with some friends and had never been to this particular location. Kaitlin made our visit so much fun!! She was awesome and so attentive. We stopped in next door to listen to the band, Hyperdrive, and ended up closing the place!! We had a great time and we really enjoyed the awesome band and the outstanding service by Kaitlin. We will be back!!

Had a situation occur with my intoxicated friend with which a piece of property from the World Famous Cigar Bar was stolen. The owner called me and was as respectful and polite as can be. He had all the right to be upset and disrespectful but he was a real man regarding the situation. I admitted the fault and apologized deeply. Had to write a good review just for the sheer respect he showed in a situation where lack of would be understandable. Great bar, great cigars, and even greater people. Happy there’s good people who understand mistakes happen and even happier to be able to spend my money with them also.

Always a good time at the cigar bar. The staff are very knowledgeable about all things cigars and pipes. The bar itself is welcoming and the leather seats very comfortable. Patrons are welcoming and easy to start up a conversation with and nothing tops their walk in humidor.

Nice cigar shop. They roll their own brand of cigar which are so good. They have very nice seating out side for a comfortable stay and have a chet and a cigar.

Ive been here twice. Great atmosphere and drink selection. I would like to see some other cigar brands but thats just me.

One of the best cigar lounge experiences I have ever had. Great humidor and reasonable price cigars. Their house cigar was so good didnt smoke anything else while I was there. Jeff Kelley was simply AMAZING. Great guy and warm personality, very helpful. Made me feel like I was a regular. And to cap off the evening went next door and heard a great band while smoking one more house cigar. Cant wait to get back to Fort Myers and visit again.

Had a friends Pampers and pilsner party here....we had a blast. It was great to sit back and chill with the fellas. Parking can be an issue in downtown Ft. Myers around so go early.

I have been going to this cigar shop for a couple years now. If you have a passion for cigars or just trying one for a special occasion or for any means, this is the place to go. Every one there are laid back and know what they are talking about. Look for the guy with the mustache his name is Jeff. He is the man for any questions you might have. The cigars are priced fairly and will go for years to come.

Ive smoked many cigars all over the country, and am proud to say this is still my favorite little hangout. The staff is really nice and always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is dark and exactly what youd want. They also have a bar and outdoor seeing. Sometimes ill go wander around downtown while I smoke. The prices are average here. Overall, I love this place!

Bartenders know their drinks, staff knows their cigars, and overall a great atmosphere to be in! I have been in a lot of bars/taverns/etc, and Cigar Bar is by FAR the best place. Thats why I keep coming back.

So sad when $5 happy hour advertisted on board out front . Then when you order your drinks ,bartender assumes your a bad tipper and decides to charge $6 bucks to compensate for their poor bartending skills so sad I guess you get what you pay for. Used to go there all the time back in early 2000s had great times there Left very saddened by our experience.
