I’ll start off with saying the staff as a whole is amazing & very knowledgeable. The store is always clean and stocked immaculate. Many many options on just about everything, even RAW sandals- which I found random. I want to give a special shout-out to Ryan, he is truly the best…I’ve had a pleasant experience every time I walk in here ever since Ryan started working.

The girl who helped us was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great sales person for that store! Will be our new smoke shop we go to. Close by. Use to go to Marleys. But they are just too expensive now. Oh and got my cool jack and Sally lighters also 1.99!!!

I just recently started going to Lotus and I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN. The staff and manager are extremely kind, helpful, and friendly! Their brand of vapes “SPACE” are also amazing, tasty, and actually last me a good amount of time! SPACE is currently my favorite brand and I would highly recommend!!Xoxo!

Went in for puffco atomizer told them it was for the cheaper model gave me wrong one I came back to replace. GUESS WHAT THEIR BOSS SAID.....NO WHEN YOURE EMPLOYEE GAVE ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. Because the product I asked for cost 40$ less I had to buy extra things I didn’t want. Since I was forced to spend money because I’m getting denied a refund I stocked up on joint papers and a expensive lighter. I’m checking the bag this morning and the lighter has no juice in it and the 6 joint papers that I bought were the wrong ones I told her quarters she gives me kings all six packs. So no I’m gonna go in for a 3rd time and never going back. P.s i went somewhere else to buy more joint papers that morning instead of going back for the right ones

Prices here are pretty much the same as other local shops... I usually go here when I need to purchase one of my novo 2 cartridges in singles. Only place I know of in the area where you can buy only 1, or 2, rather then a pack (minimum of 3 usually), which is nice if I am on a lower budget or trying something new!! ;)

This is by far one of the best smoke shops in Ft Myers. On our visit there was a girl who went to school in Michigan and a guy. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. So many awesome items to choose from. Staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk thru the front door. We visited in 4th of July and this will definitely be our go to smoke shop.

Went two days in a row to take advantage of their 4/20 sale and both days we were in great hands. First day, we picked up two very gorgeous pieces of glass with the help of two incredibly friendly and knowledgeable members of staff, Phil and Kristin(I hope I spelled it right because she was amazing). Next day, we picked a couple accessories with the help of Mandy, who was also awesome and very informative. All three staff members were very helpful and we love everything we picked up based on their recommendations.

Didnt really like it, cuz I was constantly comparing Lotus Vape to my USUAL smoke shop.. SMOKERS FANTASY. Lotus Vape was dirtier, darker, (sales staff was) slower and less knowledgeable. And the cigarettes were much much more expensive!

I have spent about $450 at Lotus Smoke Shop over the past month. Sometimes customer service is great, other times they cant be bothered. (obviously, all depending upon the staff working). Last week I went in and made a +$200 purchase, and the girl at the counter was rude & had an attitude. Got home and opened the container and noticed that the seal on the top was broken, creased and at least 1/3 of the contents was missing (and no its not due to settlement). I hope the owner gets a chance to read this so that they can address the personnel issues. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the area.

Wish I could remember the employees name that helped me pick out a device.. Ive been in there quite a few times & have never seen her- Im assuming she was new to that location/company. Very personable, passionate, knowledgeable, etc.She really listened to what I needed and was patient I just cant say enough good things about her. Shes a mother of 3kids and after smoking 2pks a day for 20years, shes proud to b a non-smoker for the last 3years. Good vibes & an inspiration-she should b appreciated by her employer... with a raise! LOL.

Many better options around town. First off, this store is extremely overpriced. The owner will mark things super high and then offer you a “deal.” It’s insulting honestly and shady. I also found out the owners last store (in fort Myers diff location) was raided due to the owner selling spice. You can see this online if you were to look it up. They will sell old stale products without batting an eye. No masks, so no regard for their customers saftey or health. Shady shady place. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Look elsewhere.(UPDATE) : my name is Felicia...and this reply proves how he runs his business. Very unprofessional. It seems he must have an issue with another person to the point where he is publicly attacking the wrong person? He will no longer be getting my business.

The customer service at the location is deplorable with the exxeption of one or two employees. The owner of the place has a rich history of questionable business practices and i as a customer do not feel is it appropiate to shop there. The last few times i have visited this location they did not have the product i was looking for to purchase so i will look elsewhere.

After meeting with Kristen today, I truly am a satisfied customer. She answered all my questions with a lot of knowledge and helped me find all of the products that I was looking for. I will be back!

I had to find a new smoke shop after moving out of Estero, and I truly felt like I hit the jackpot on my first try. Phenomenal selection, clean, everyone is personable, so all around the ideal atmosphere for a vape or tobacco pipe shopping experience.

Be careful for price gouging, for example, I figured that rather than buying hydration packs from Boveda.com, Id support a local business. I asked for 10 hydration packs, and thought something seemed off when it rang up to $55 (but was in a rush, so I figured Id look into it when I got home). Well when I got home I realized that the hydration packs were not only old and crystallized, but that when you buy them from Boveda its only $15 for ten of them!!! So they over charged by $40, and gave old packs. When I asked for a refund the best they could do was a store credit and some attitude (and that was after calling the owner).The worst part? I still have the receipt for $55 and when I went to use my store credit today, they only gave me $47 and gyped me $8. There are plenty of other local smoke shops to support ✌️

Phenomenal variety of things to choose from whether youre looking for glass, silicone, tobacco, batteries (for carts), vaporizers, vape mods, disposable E-cigs, hookahs, kratom if youre into that stuff... literally everything i could ever think of i have been able to find in this store and that is truly amazing. The fact that they even sell exotic sodas, candies and snacks from around the world is my absolute favorite part. 12/10 rating from me. Hands down my new favorite smoke shop. Definitely worth the time to stop by if in the area at any point. Kristian and Carey helped me out yesterday and they couldnt have helped me any better :) I am beyond satisfied with every purchase that I have made inside. Keep it up yall!!!!

I was very pleased with the shop but the product I received was terrible. I had bought a carb cap and the first time I used it, it cracked from the heat and broke. I even asked the guy if it was tempered glass and he said yes. Of course when I called the only thing they wanted to say was Im sorry and now Im out 15 bucks. I will definitely never buy any more products from Lotus Vape and will advise my friends to do the same so they dont fall victim to the same thing. What a disappointment.Well Sunny I called the shop to see if you were there and was told you wouldnt be there till Monday afternoon. Im glad I didnt drive back ASAP like you said because you wouldnt have been there and it would have been a wasted trip again. I appreciate the response but I think it was more about saving face than actually taken care of the problem. I also understand the fact that theres no warranty on glass but when your employee tells me its tempered glass and its obviously is not, well thats just not a good way to do business. No need to respond back, it will not make a difference.🤞

Everyone greeted me when I walked through the door and they were all super nice and helpful. I only went in for two small items but ended up leaving with beautifully wrapped purple amethyst crystal! Definitely making this my go to place.

Large selection is the only thing I can say in a positive manner. They charge you 8$ just for using a debit card supposedly because of the machine they choose to use for payment. Ive never heard of such a thing. Customer has to pay for the device they decide to use for payment? Square doesnt even charge that much if you decide to make the customer pay. The boy who works knows nothing about vapes other than the one he smokes which is outdated and for cloud chasers not for people trying to quit smoking.the prices are already through the roof some of the highest prices Ive ever seen. Supposedly Ill get a free gift for leaving a review, well see.

The top Fort Myers head Shop for leaf related luxury accessories, novelty gifts, smoke eliminating soy candles, and did I mention their awesome sock line? I bought 5 pair for Christmas Gifts and one of the pairs I gave to my new boyfriends mom. She loves/wears baby blue and white clothing at age 73 and highly conservative, and she loved the leaf patterned “cute” socks.I was in shock and admiration when she coyly showed me her cute new socks on the way to church on Christmas Eve! 🙏🙋🏻‍♀️🤣. God is real.The prices are fair and store is very organized. The owner is friendly and helpful. Love this place! I drive from the Cape just to get their amazing service. They have everything I need and always answer any questions I have. You should check them out, I guarantee good service.

Upon entering, you’ll find Lotus to be a chill no-pressure shop with a knowledgeable staff. Schae (sp?) helped me, showed me a range of products both suitable to my initial shopping inquiry and items of interest after a casual conversation. Which is why I’m back two weeks later to buy one of the items she suggested.... actually two - cuz I want the carrying pouch too.

Went in because it was close to my work & was so surprised and happy about my experience. The shop has so many different products including incense holders, incense and cool smoking accessories among other cool glass pieces. Both employees working were very sweet & helpful when explaining the products including the peach OG kush candle I just bought! Definitely will come back for further smoking purchases!

LoveDthis place! Everyone is so knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions. The owner and crew are very nice. However:UPDATE: So I went in yesterday to get my Kratom. The same thing I always get and was told my total wase $65 ! Its gone from $50 to $55 to $57 to $65 and I paid cash. Usually charged a little to use my card, but I even did cash to avoid the upcharge of using the card. Guys I really love this place but the price for my product went up $15. Its to much for 100 caps. Very disappointed.
