Visited there store today for the new iPhone 13, the young lady they gave us was a thin, long dark hair with super long nails was not interested in selling us anything. She had an attitude and said we would be better off trading in our phones somewhere else, so we did. Went to Bestbuy, got a great deal and walked away with two new iPhone 13 Max to be delivered in 10 days.That’s not the first time I have unpleasant sales reps at that location, I think they breed them there.

Nico did a great job of solving the issue I had last time coming in setting up new service! He was able to get cable and internet account and equipment all done is less than 30 mins! Talk about customer service! Definitely recommend this store, very nice and personalble! Glad they are our local store!

I am very disappointed with the customer service and quality. More importantly, I hate how much they LIED TO US during the whole process.I don’t need to go into details, but we were scammed. You can set up performance starters on your own WITHOUT having a technician swing by, but they make you sign a $100 waiver if there is something wrong with your connections inside the house. Ours were perfectly fine, and we had proof, although. We exchanged two modems, both having problems; it was odd. Although the corporation may be good, they got reticent when we confronted them as other customers watched us return the service.As a business owner, I was shocked to see a lack of character or motivation. The rudeness blew my husband’s mind away, but their lack of honesty is what drove us out. I recommend AT&T across the parking lot, Ken gave us outstanding customer service, and although he couldn’t help us, he was honest about their products and services and pointed us in the right direction. I wish I could recommend Xfinity, but their character flaws and who they hire are beyond the standards they assure their customers.If you need more evidence, more reviews are complaining about this same issue.

Not so good. Getting charged for stuff I had not requested and not given a refund on those charges. Also even taking off the service I hadnt asked for the amount is still $30 more than I was previously charged. I understand that pricing goes up, but to not refund me for those months I was being charged is a crime. What happened to customer service??? Gonna speak with customer concerns and hopefully I can say some kind words on how they responded.

At this store they can never help you. It is never their responsibility to do so. When told by the online support help to go there and exchange equipment that is not working the store says they are a different and can only exchange equipment that they sell in the store. Apparently Comcast online and Comcast Store are separate companies. And the store is not interested in helping anyone that obtained equipment online. Brian the store manager says that the online help does not know what they are doing. And apparently since they are not the same company it is not their responsibility to help customers who use their valuable time to come by the store to resolve the problem. If you buy the equipment there at the store then they will help you apparently. If you buy the equipment online from Comcast - they will take the equipment from you, write you a ticket and maybe in a couple of weeks the online company will send you a replacement piece of equipment in the mail. And then they tell you you should be happy because they have helped you.I have never had a positive experience at this store. It is always not their job to resolve the issue. So buyer beware.

Xfinity is absolutely horrible they have zero customer service constantly getting charged more than what I should get charged constantly canceling my service saying it wasnt paid when I have proof it was paid and they dont want to see the proof because it comes out of my bank you can never talk to somebody this is the absolute most worse horrible terrible internet service available!!! All I have is just straight internet its supposed to be $74 a month and Im constantly getting charged $200 or $300 or $150 and its insane and nobody can explain to me why! Do not use Xfinity!!!!

Terrible service, terrible customer service. They just want to blame your modem because its not bought through them. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. Ive been paying for 800mbps for 3 months and only receiving 200mbps. They refuse to give me any money back because the call wasnt made until now even though their tech came and installed the services. They now are trying to charge me ANOTHER $100 for a tech to come and figure out why Im not getting the correct speed. Such a waste of time. I HATE HOW THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY AROUND IN THE AREA.

As a person who works in customer service that lives by Google reviews, I had to write one for Daniel Oliva! He responded to a problem with my cell phone bill that was my oversight. I was being way over charged for a mistake I made and was hoping to get some help with. He listened, empathized and wrote notes that persuaded the customer service department to understand my mistake and offer a full credit!! He secured my business with xfinity and I just wanted to get on here and say something awesome about his service. Customer service is not easy and Daniels premier customer service should not go unrecognized. Thanks so much for taking the time to help me today brother 🙏

Bryan R was very helpful. He gave us our cable boxes, explained about upgrading one to HD. When I asked about Xfinity mobile phones, he explained it thoroughly and gave us a pamphlet was further info. The store itself is big, comfortable and has a large display.

I pay for 150mbps and Im getting... 0.60 mbps... WHAT IS GOING ON??? I shouldnt need to use my phones hotspot when Im at HOME! What am I even paying for? And yes, I restarted my modem and router and the speed hasnt changed. Cant even load Google.com. Comcast is garbage!

Well, I went to this store and I was treated very poorly. I was spoken down to several times. I was talked over constantly. Danielle, needs more customer service training. She has NONE! Tony should NOT be a manager because he cant control his own employees. I have been having trouble with my service from xfinity almost since I have signed up for there service . This last problem has been going on for over a month now . And still no resolution. They act like it does not exist. But the still demand that you pay your bill. I would highly recommend that if your thinking of getting xfinity service to reconsider and find another provider . These people take your money and run . My Internet is unusable as well as the TV for 6 to 8 hours a day . They will only offer a $20.00 adjustment on the bill that totals $185.00 . If there was some other service provider I would use them but there is none so I am stuck . Do Not Sign Up For Service with Comcast /Xfinity, so will be sorry you did.

They had a problem from there end with internet couldnt fix it. Wanted to charge me 100 dollars to fix. They are the worst, I was warned about there services. I dont recommend them to anyone. Now I have to send there equipment back or they will charge more. No help to a new customer, they really dont care about no one.

The staff are friendly and nice, but dont know much of anything about there system and equipment. If you have a Hisense tv and need to reprogram a new xfinity remote to the TV use code 10178 first. The X1 platform cost is too expensive and stinks. Doesnt work correctly, it will reset on its own (even when watching a show), it will freeze up while watching shows, it skips or is intermittent during watching shows, will restart if change channels to often. These are the X1 platform problems.

The internet constantly goes out at-least 4 times a week. Never get the speed I pay for. Will tell you nothing is wrong even though you clearing arent getting what you pay for. All around horrible company but if you want a speed faster then 25mb/s or faster your stuck with them and they know it. Also theres a data cap. Really? In 2020? Thats just stupid.

Went in to get a new phone, sign up for a mobile plan and get a new modem. Daniel Olivia was super helpful with all of it. Very patient and we were able to accomplish everything we needed in short order. Staff was polite and the whole experience was great. I guess anyone can have a bad experience at anytime, I just didnt.

My review is for Xfinity services in general.Well, its this time of the year. My internet is down for 5 to 6 hours a day for almost a week now. I had same issue last year by this time. They sent like 4 technicians, didnt find any problem. They made me replaced my one year old and modem I had for the latest version of their Xfinity modem. Voilà..it worked prefect for exactly 1 year. Now Im having same troubles. And of course, They will start sending technicians until they get the modem replaced(maybe the 2021 version) one more time. I had to cancelled tv service, guess I will cancel internet as well as soon as I find another provider. Good luck with them.

The employees were nice. That’s about it. This is not somewhere to view or discuss any bill or billing issue. They are “just a store”. Guess it’s good we went early so now we can return home and get on the phone where the estimated wait time was 2-3 HOURS yesterday. I’m sure it will be the same today, or sign up for the call back feature and then they call at 10 pm when some people are asleep. Customer service at its best....Comcast

I have had the worst experience with xfinity. First I pay for speeds of 200mbs and I am lucky if I get 25mbs. They have sent technicians out, replaced modems etc and still can’t get it together. I’ve paid for internet since July 21 and it’s almost September with still no service. They have only offered to compensate me $15 of a $140 bill. Horrible service, horrible ethics

I have been a comcast customer over 25 years. I gave so many splitters and wires hanging outside of my house in the front making house looking very ugly. I contacted Comcast to request I do not need all those wires since my children are no longer residing in this house and they refused to remove wires and splitters the put in my house. Horrible service thinking about changing companies to be able to keep internet connection. It is too bad they had monopolized internet services in Lee County.

Amazing service! I was blown away by how fast and helpful the service was. I got everything I needed, saved a bunch of money and was in and out in 20 minutes. I only gave them a 1 because I had to. We set up for a self install but there was no signal to inside the house per Xfinity. We set up for an appointment for them to come out on Sunday to the house when my son would be home and they did not show up so we had to reschedule for Tuesday when my son worked. Then Allen showed up. I cannot stress how rude he was to me throughout the entire transaction (I have a witness). In fact when I tried to shake his hand he looked at me, turned around and walked away. He was mean, short tempered and angry. The connection had been disconnected at the telephone pole, (30 feet up) most likely by exfinity! But they will still charge you! There is no such thing as a self install! He gave me no paperwork when I asked. We had been told on the phone by a supervisor that if it was outside the house we would not be charged. They lied! Allen said no matter what they have to come in the house even though he admitted the connection was broken as the telephone pole. This disabled mother feels taken advantage of! 70$!

Had to wait 25mins for help with my internet issues and then was told the staff helping me was unable to, so I had to wait for the manager to assist me. Of course, the manager was helping someone else who was irate about something, so I ended up spending a little over an hour waiting to be helped. Thankfully, she was able to resolve my issue but I was disappointed because I feel all the staff working there should be trained and able to assist the customers coming in.

Comcast has the worst set up for customer service of any company on the planet. Two phone calls resulted in two different screw ups. The assistant at this store told me I have to call Comcast billing dept. I refuse to deal with them on the phone, as they continually f things up. She sent a message regarding my problem. Hope our HOA can get a different provider when the contract is up, otherwise, well be streaming.

Fantastic store, absolutely childish people that come here. Its truly amazing how most of these reviews are focused on Comcast as a company rather than the store and its service. Everyone here was kind, professional, well-rounded, and I worked with two people that both did their best to help. Everyone posting bad reviews here is either bashing Comcast as a company, which has nothing to do with this store all on its own, or incapable of waiting more than 5 minutes in line. If you cant wait your turn In line, then thats your fault, not theirs. You clearly see them working with other people. There are like 8 to 10 agents in the store and they are all working with people. What is wrong with you people? Theres nothing they can do about that. Do you want to double up or something?

My mom purchased a Phone from Xfinity. It’s took them over five days to get it ported it over. So after the fourth day we took it into the store. The representative said I’m sorry we can’t do anything the port is still in process. It’s been in process for almost 96 hours why can’t you do anything? Wish I could rate zero. As in Zero customer service. Danielle went from customer friendly to Vile & Nasty in Zero time once she knew we were there to cut back services to internet only. Horrible attitude. It would be nice if they didnt have a virtual monopoly & had viable market competition, maybe then they would have to develop some customer service skills. Normally Id be the last person to give Comcast 5 stars. If I were to call Comcasts customer service line you might get 1 star out of me at best. However, they have really improved at their Six Mile Cypress location. The wait time is non-existent. I used to go to the Gateway location and wait over 1 hour!! This location is convenient, and they are super fast and helpful!
