Izzy is the best. Not only did she help me in a state of emergency, no phone/canoe flipped over, had no money (wallet was lost in the event) I literally had no money because I had no atm access or phone access!!!! Izzy lent me her own personal money to save me!!!!! Two months later she saved my daughter who was traumatized (have to lol) she didn’t have a phone for 24 hours. Turns out even though I took the time to contact her store manager, nothing happened so it’s on to the district manager now:-) come on AT&T show Izzy some love. My husband and I went to this location to upgrade our phones. The process was surprisingly easy. I would highly recommend our sales representative, Marcus. He reviewed our current plan and made suggestions that lowered our bill, even with the purchase of 2 new phones.

Outstanding customer service when I had been to four AT&T stores prior to entering this store.

It was my first time at this store. I needed to upgrade my phone and change my plan. Isaura my girl Izzy!!!! took care of me and she was amazing, informative and patient. She helped me get set up. she was funny and sweet the customer service was exceptional. I ended up buying a second phone for my business and she set that up too! Izzy was great, shes an asset to the store.

Blane is by far the best sales consultant in any AT&T I have ever visited and was so knowledgeable on every single promotion they were running at the time and also went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional information on every single phone and Spec comparison I needed. So not only was I extremely satisfied with his customer sales representative professionalism and also how Sharp he was with his product knowledge. Will definitely be coming back to this store just to see Blane and only Blane for the rest of my service with AT&T! If you want someone who will answer ANY questions you might have on anything of their service I highly recommend you see BLANE !!! 👍👌💯

While I love AT&T, this location has TERRIBLE customer service. My husband and I have had a prepaid plan for years and never had any issues. However, today, my phone broke unexpectedly and my husband went in to purchase a new one (in full). The manager refused to sell him a new phone saying he couldnt do so with a prepaid plan. Excuse me? Weve been buying our phones from AT&T for years and never once had any issues. A quick search on the AT&T website and I was able to confirm this was absolutely wrong. Its their loss as we promptly took our business and money elsewhere! While Id still recommend AT&T, definitely stay away from this location!!

I would suggest stopping by this store for customer service even if it seems out of your way. There was no wait and we left very happy with the visit, service and outcome.

Terrible customer service. Store associate spoke over me, put me on hold to speak to a supervisor, and then never transfered me to the supervisor. I was just calling to buy a phone, and was treated like I was bothering the associate because they were very busy. You cant help a place that doesnt have the time to take your money.

Very happy, brand new store, the girl I always go to by my house, sent me here to pick up a case and things for my phone that I needed right away. They had a brand new beautiful top notch store. I didn’t even know it was here. Now I have another favorite store. Thank you for your help guys, I needed a lot of it, and you are fantastic. Keep it up with the excellent service, you will own one some day.

Don’t waste your time with AT&T. They convinced me to change plans and then I got hit with all types of charges and problems.Now I can’t even get it fixed because the people in this store are useless and unhelpful and when I call the support line I ultimately get hung up on after all their representatives refuse to help rectify the problem that they caused in the first place.Just go over to Sprint. You’ll be better off for it.

This is the absolute worst AT&T store Ive ever been to. Firstly its not even an actual AT&T store its a third party supplier which they should have to tell you. Secondly, I traded in my iPhone 8 Plus with their employee and he stole my phone. I am now facing almost a $300 fee for the non returned item. They fired their employee but for some reason cant take the charge off my account, and when I went to the store to speak with someone their manager couldnt even be bothered to show up for work on time. Ill be making the switch to a new phone company in the next month and contacting my lawyer about the stolen iPhone. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.

I just want to take a moment and tell you about the customer service that was above and beyond and I didn’t buy anything that young man’s name was Blaine he helped me understand what I could do with my trade in what it would cost..what it would do as in what the phone does !!! Great job !!! I still need a phone and when I decide to buy one I will give him the Commission!!!!!! You will go far in customer service!!! Thank you for the time and teaching me in detail!!!

Employee technicians were very knowledgeable. But I could not provide me. With military discount ATT Directv billing.

Fantastic experience visiting this AT&T store! Both workers helped me quickly with my sim card issue and had me out the door in roughly ten minutes. Explained everything in a clear and concise manner. Will be back to this location!

I took a replacement phone in and they lost pictures that I had saved for a year and a half. When I returned and asked about it they said they asked me to check before deleting everything, which they didn’t. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I told them right up front I was not very tech savy, but she still didn’t seem to want to help much

Had some issues getting my first net account set up. Took about a month to get it figured out. However I received discounts and credits on my account for the inconvenience.

In this center there was no one who spoke Spanish. The woman who was there did not offer us good treatment. When the three American clients left and I was alone, I insisted my daughter that she had to attend to us that is her duty. But there was social discrimination. . Very little professional on their part. Because when they want to understand Spanish. They try to help. Go bless america. .
