Amer is the best, if you want to know what good customer service is like, then watch Amer and his team. I went in for a Xfinity starter kit for prepaid internet, and I was amazed at the service I recieved. Really great experience!

This is the BEST PLACE FOR FIXING PHONES! They are extremely nice and professional. Amer and his staff ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME! I live 4 minutes away from a boost store but I ONLY go to the boost at Edison mall . It’s like bringing your phone to the hospital and Amer’s the surgeon .🤗 I have yet to leave there and not had a fixed problem! They are honest and kind. They are so extremely busy so you must be patient, but you get the best care possible . Drop it off and grab a bite or a cup of coffee and it’s done. Thank you for just fixed my daughters phone yet again!

I wish I could give it a negative star rating so I went on vacation and it turned out to be a nightmare but point being I need at my phone for a lot of different things such as finding a hotel airline ticket back home an emergency happen with my daughter and the on-call nurse had to call me multiple times to get in touch with me and also while working I work as a dispatch meaning I receive nothing but phone calls throughout the night and meaning I lost out on passengers because of this phone service and so now I have to go buy another phone and switch my service is definitely recommended not to get this service. My fiancé has also told me has has tried contacting me while Im working and he cares for my daughter who has multiple medical issues and the calls dont come through

It was good. I had some Weird things going on for a while. I needed an Upgrade too. I also had to go to 2 different locations; But if you go, Go DIRECTLY to Edison Mall, No other location 1st and see Amir. He knows his stuff 👍🏻 Amir = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great store! Amir and Adam are super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their products and they actually went so far as to specifically make sure the phone I wanted was shipped to them as soon as it was available and saved just for me! They go up and beyond and dont come off like theyre just helping to make a sale like a lot of cellphone places do so getting a phone from them was a refreshing experience!

Amir is wonderful service repairs and phone guru. Bring him all your damaged phones tablets or tech devices to get fixed usually in under an hour and can even go out of his way to get your device fixed and connected on the BEST service for non contract in USA.

The staff at this store has enough knowledge to take apart an I phone or smart phone into 100s of pieces and repair it better than new! You get your phone back and swear its not yours it looks perfectly brand new!!! Blew my Mind! I continued to be a customer for about 5 years now. I live in the cape across from a boost store and I will ONLY go to THIS store! Hands down the best prices, knowledge and ability Amir and Adam have! Ive bought over 8 phones, had my iPad fixed and laptop with a touchscreen! I asked if they fix anything else?! TRUST ME PLEASE! THIS IS THE ONLY STORE YOU SHOULD GO TO!

That the store is not n the Edison Mall near the ladys MACY store entrance into the mall. The two gentleman were very helpful and supportive, and kind to boot

They have good phones with a good price but their data isnt all that great but I like the phones that they have I got a ZTE MAX pro and Iike it because it has the finger print on the back of it to only where you can get into it with out typing the password to where everyone knows what it is but Boost Mobile isnt all that bad if you have a problem they are quick to fix it and if you have insurance they may offer you a good deal for you to replace it with a better deal then one the that they gave you the first time like I have took in my phone a few times and I got a good deal on a brand new open case phone for only 80$ with data on it and it will be active but of it has a crack on it they say it was crack if it acts up and they will not able to fix and if you had insurance on it you will have to fee of 50$ to get the screen fix on it or they will send it back and get the same phone as the one you got
