Great store, I take all of my companys devices here to be fixed. Just be warned, if you go during lunch or the weekend it can take awhile to be seen. Very busy, but always great work.

They broke my new laptop…So, I brought my laptop there and they keep it for a few days to order the part. They called me and told me what they charge. It’s about half the price of the laptop to fix the screen (insanely expensive) so I declined service. The laptop worked fine, it only had a screen issue, it was pink at the bottom. I bought it in July 2021, the only thing wrong with it was the screen which was damaged because I left laptop on the floor and accidentally stepped on it.I got it back today and now the laptop doesn’t work at all! Seriously upset. would not recommend this place.

These guys have always been amazing ! I’ve been using them for over 6 years. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable and patent with non “techies”-explaining things . They do a fantastic free 48 hour diagnostic! I couldn’t believe it, FREE! Everyone usually charges $50 bucks! Fantastic group of guys !I will continue to always use these guys! They’re the best!

They could have replaced the charging port I asked them to fix since my phone wouldnt charge. Instead they diagnosed it as just needing a cleaning and saved me money. Its nice to find honest businesses that want to create repeat customers.

I had a great experience with UBreakiFix. I took my laptop in and they ran diagnostics and found that I needed a hard drive with more space. They ordered the part and installed it in a very timely manner. Once I got my laptop home I noticed that it would not hold a charge or turn on unless connected to the charger. I called them, took it back it, and it was fixed within an hour at no charge. There was a wire that had been bumped when replacing the hard drive. Great and easy service.

They really know their stuff! The gentleman that checked me in was the same that checked me out. He saw my repair from beginning to end which was comforting. There was a glitch and he called me to let me know exactly what was happening. The communication was exemplary.All around, they earned five stars and will be the only ones that Ill allow to work on my electronics.

Went in today for a repair to fix my laptop battery. The manager was extremely kind and helpful regarding my issue; literally the most upstanding professional I have had the pleasure of meeting in the repair industry.I believe the manager was named Ivan - I am so thankful for him and the rest of the team at this location!

I had a broken screen replaced at uBreakiFix. The work was done well at a reasonable price, and the turnaround time was fast. However there is something I am disturbed about. The employee who took my order asked me for my phone’s personal access code. I gave it to him, assuming it was needed in order to make sure the phone was operating correctly. Later I realized I had given him access to all of my personal information, banking info, passwords, and who knows what else. Is this really needed in order to replace a broken screen? Should I be changing all of my passwords, credit card accounts, etc. because of an employee who is trying to make an extra buck selling personal data? Or is it normal operating procedure?

The first employee who dealt with my case didnt seem to care whether or not my phone would be fixed. He recommended I drop my phone off to another store located an hour from where I live. He attempted to avoid having to order the piece I needed and didnt bother to call when the piece came in. The second gentleman I had was much more pleasant and handled my situation with ease. I was able to get my phone back with no issues and highly stastifed with the customer service he provided for me.

I brought my Mac into the store located in the Forum in Fort Myers. The employees were very professional and returned my computer within the time they said they would. The issue was minor and I’m very satisfied with the service received. Would definitely recommend this place. They are fair and efficient!

I dealt with Kevin personally and the customer service that I got from him was second to none. I had a problem where my note 20 ultra froze and I could not get the screen to turn back on. Kevin walked me through all the steps to help me troubleshoot and was willing to do anything he could to get my phone back up and running. I would go to them 10 out of 10 times. I was under the impression that my phone (crack) screen will be fix and I will be allowed to keep all my pictures and music that was on the phone. But when I got my phone back it was wiped completely clean. I don’t recommend this company or the staff they have working for them. There not honest and tell lies. Don’t side the contract they are under contract with Samsung. I recommend (Rob the phone doctor). They are straight forward and they will fix your phone and keep all your personal things on it like pictures and music. Your phone will be the same way as you had it.

The HDMI port was damaged on my Xbox Series X and it took a few weeks to fix since it had to be shipped to a different store who had the proper equipment. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the service that I received and will come back again if I have any issues with anything electronic in the future.

Just got off the phone with corporate and I hate to be THAT person but this place is so unprofessional! Makes me so mad that they’re the only retailers that fix Samsung phones. Not only is my bill to fix my phone going to be over $250 but my phone has been in the shop for THREE WEEKS already. For a simple camera fix that was supposed to take AT MOST 3 days. Every time I have to call the shop to check the status of my phone. They don’t even call the number I left them on file to update us on the status of the phone. The young man at the front desk has told us several different excuses as to why my phone is not ready: the wrong part was ordered, the part was delayed, the wrong part showed up to the store, the list goes on and on! I finally got tired of it and demanded a discount because not only did I have to PURCHASE a temporary phone, I’ve had to wait to retrieve all of my old phones info onto a different phone! I rely on my phone to run my business and personal life and this store has made the last three weeks simply STRESSFUL! They need better customer service training and they should actually be following up with customers about THEIR PHONES! I shouldn’t have to call very couple of days to know what’s going on! So upset! I wish Samsung had another option in my area!

My back plate on my samsung watch popped off. The team at u break took care of me within a few minutes and had me out the door before my car warmed up. Highly recommend them for any repair.

They work for Asurion and served as a middle man to recieve my product for processing. They are a full service electronic repair company as well, offering free diagnostic and paid repair services on a range of products. Prices seem fair, customer service is good. Id go to them again.

Ran by very young people that just take in your phone, then tell you 48 to 72 hours JUST TO LOOK AT IT. When I was told by Samsung to go to this place and they would flash my phone while I waited?The young man stated I wish they wouldnt tell people that, we dont do that.I was treated very coldly and without care. They seamed to not care that a disabled person would not have a phone until this was fixed. I tried to call from my wifes phone (this took place during my wifes Christmas break) and was told each time how much time they had left on the 72 hrs.Finally the store called and stated the motherboard was fried? Please come get your phone!I wonder how they stay open with customer service like that?This BTW is the only one star I have ever given to a store.

Went onto website set an appointment for Yesterday 4 p.m. Called around 2:30 to see if I could drop it off earlier then my appt. was told that it would take about 2-4 hrs. So I had my wife take it there this morning when they opened and was tails that cause the back of the iPhone was bent that they couldn’t fix it. Um Your called “U Brake We Fix” right!!! They also told her that we should just by 1 for bout $150. Didn’t even give her a price to even think about completely fixing it. So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I came in today because my iPhone 8+ all of a sudden wasn’t charging. I for sure thought this was going to cost me $100+ to fix. The gentleman told me he was going to try to clean it first to see if that would fix the problem. He came back 2 minutes later and it was fixed! And he didn’t charge me anything!! This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and I have ALWAYS received wonderful service. I’ve never felt pressured to have to purchase anything there too. I will always recommend this place to friends and family!

In a word - EXCEPTIONAL ! Courteous, knowledgeable and at a very fair price. Brett and the entire team have a small store front but a huge ability to handle the job. They have the parts or can get them quickly and the technical talent and tools to make complex repairs appear easy. There is no up-selling, they just make repairs as quickly as possible and your stuff is as good as new. A very well run, clean and efficient operation all happens behind a simple walk up counter. Id go back in a nano-second. My repair was the lightening port charger assembly of an older iPhone model SE (A1662) and its now working perfectly. A big thank you to this team.

Times are tight right now because of the epidemic, these guys repaired My iPhone 5 at a time when I can’t afford an upgrade and exceeded my expectations! Also it was a fast repair .

On 2/2020 I took mine phone to be fixed the screen was cracked, Olso i wanted a glass screen protector, which only lasted a month and1/2. I went back because it was chipping and Matthew told me it was nothing he could do , I had to pay another$20 dollars I went to Wal-Mart and pay only $9.00 and when I change the screen protector I noticed the phone glass was stilled crack, there products are bad and there service tooo. I dont recommend this place on the Forum at fort Myers bad service.

These guys are genuinely good guys, extremely professional and are not just trying to steal your money. I repeatedly come back here and tell everyone to use them. Good quality screens are used and when there was a defective screen it was switched out promptly. Definitely recommend.

I took my wife’s phone in — it had been splashed heavily by salt water. After 4 hours only, I received a call that the circuit to the motherboard was corroded and there was nothing they could do. They showed me the photos of the circuits and told me there was no charge. They did not try to sell me anything. Hopefully I won’t need to go back — but if I do I will have total confidence in them.

I came in thinking I would need to have my lightning port replaced. The nice guy at the counter took my phone to the back and when he returned it was fixed. Apparently there was a lot of lint in the port. He removed it and gave me the phone and said “no charge”

I had a great experience with this place! I accidentally spilled water on my computer and originally took it to Apple. They told me that they can take it to a technician at headquarters for a flat fee of 750 dollars just to see what was wrong with it. At that price might as well buy a new computer, so I took it to uBreakiFix (I went about a year prior to this to get my phone screen fixed) and free of charge the man working there dried the battery to make sure no water was left and could do anymore damage. I came back a day later and the computer works just as good! Very pleased with this service.

We just had an amazing experience at this place! My husband took in my iPhone that, despite cleaning the exterior of the lens, had a black spot in every photo. I would give this store more than 5 stars if I could -- my daughters IPhone died and she had very important documentation on it -- Verizon was no help so she went to UBreakIFix at the Forum. They stayed late on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and were not satisfied with the result so they asked to keep it and try again the next day. When they had exhausted all possibilities, they did get it going long enough for her to retrieve all of her important stuff and when I asked what I owed, they said NOTHING! I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism displayed by these guys. Thanks so much.

Austin was my technician , the man is an engineering wizard and my customer service guy nick was polite, professional and had the coolest beard Ive seen outside of lord of the rings. Really nice people working here , took my Sons PlayStation 4 to get it fix, Sean told me he was going to check it our without charge, then told me the reading disk needed to be replace and I agree, they took the time to change the reading disk and at the end it wasnt that, is was the something unrepairable and to pick it up with NO CHARGE AT ALL..... Definitely recommend this place and if I could give them 10 starts I would.

How great it is to find such great techs that are so knowledgeable about the products they service. Over the years, it seems that when you find such quality in people, they think theyre so much above anyone else. Not so at this store. These guys are PROs! I know in the future that when I tell others about this place, I will be doing them a great favor. Im sure these guys will be around for a long time and I hope corporate recognizes the talent they have working for them at this store. I dont know what they make but they deserve a raise!

Used genuine parts fixing my phone, and returned it in basically no time (after the parts were delivered) even during tourist season.Best part is that they give you a ticket and you can track the order online.

I had a great experience today. I took my phone in after some online research to possibly diagnose the problem. My phone wasnt broken but the LCD screen on my iPhone 4 came loose and the screen would not come on. I walked in and was greeted shortly and the associate was very attentive. He took my phone back knowing what I told him was most likely the problem and came back a few minutes later. It was the LCD connection to the phone. He was able to snap it back into position. I was ecstatic that it was now working. He did the work free of charge. I would definitely recommend them to people I know for electronic repairs!!
