Alex Crandall was my sales person and the only person I would deal with at that branch. He was committed to the customer and was polite, however at that branch they were not prepared to resolve my issue. I spoke to his manager in his absence, Patrick, and requested a call from the district manager which never happened. They would not give any names or contact numbers. I do not recommend this store - not customer committed and the manager definitely does NOT care about the customer. An extremely valuable lesson learned!!

When I approached the floor seller, wearing my face mask, he took 2 steps back, as if I had a gun on my hand. It made me feel extremely unwelcome. I tried to ignore the unprofessional behavior of that person and move on, but now I regret buying from that location. The store was very clean and organized. Mr. Patrick Davey was my sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made several suggestions which were helpful to me in making my selection. I was a little disappointed when the original mattress was defective. The warranty process was very good, but even though they replaced it with the same model, I had to pay an extra $250.00. I was told that I could not get the replacement mattress for the sale price that I originally paid, plus I had to pay for delivery again. I believe it should have been replaced at no cost since I only had it 4 months.

Basically over priced.. Youre better off doing a little research on top 5 or 10 best rated mattresses and order one from a manufacturer. If you dont have the money right now for one of the sleep number beds dont even bother getting a different mattress here because the rest honestly are not good mattresses no matter what they tell you. Youll just be needing another bed in a few months to a year. Also, the manager at ft Myers definitely rubbed me the wrong way. He seemed irritated answering questions. I had a bad experience and for the reasons above Im rating a one star because theres nothing good I can say. Do your research as I am, there are many really great mattresses for the right price, for what theyre worth. Unlike mattress firm where these type of mattresses are overpriced and guaranteed to suck, unless you get a sleep number.

I will also persuade everyone I know not to business at this store. Was stated some b.s. about company policy from the sales man. He was very rude about it. This made my wife and I feel terrible. Went to mattress firm to get a bed. The person I worked with was alright no special treatment or friendliness. Looked at beds and made my purchase. Wasn’t truly given the chance to read the entire document before I said the paper. Because of COVID the table to sign the paper was 6 feet from his desk and it seemed like he was trying to hurry a bit. Left the store and two days later got my bed. Was super excited. Two days later from sleeping on my bed I had an allergic reaction. Thought it was bed bugs. Called them to let them know what happened and it got sent to corporate.Because I said bed bugs it got sent to corporate.Spoke to Prishila and she said my warranty was canceled, asked for her supervisor. Never got the number but she said that person would get back to me. The supervisor called and left a message on my cell phone I called back and no answer, so I left a message on her phone asking her to contact me at work because I do not get signal on my cell phone at work. She called again on my cell and left a message. Called her back bout 4-5 times no answer and have not received a call back yet. Called both ladies in corporate and both numbers are out of order. Needless to say there is no rectifying of the situation. Call the place where I got the bed to see if there was anything he could do. When I spoke to the same person who sold me the bed he gave me another phone number and said there was nothing he could do. I mentioned I was going to write a bad review to a family member and he started yelling and saying that the review would affect him, he was not concerned that I wake up every night with swollen eyes!

When we mentioned price he stuck to our budget...did not try to show us more expensive mattresses. Answered all our questions and spent a long time with us.
