When 1st Moving to Florida in the area we moved to. Out was the most difficult thing to find black hair products and when you finally found something there was not a lot of variety and the prices were rediculous. After 6 years of living here finally found a place where it was not only the largest store Id seen. But had every black product you could possibly find. The variety was like nothing is ever seen and the prices were AWESOME!!!! So Sistas/Bothas or people of any color really. Heres the place for you. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 was bcuz one of the staff seemed just a little rude. But then I realized they may have been of another culture. But did get one who was very nice and helpful. So thats that.

They have everything from A to Z. The prices are reasonable.

They are limited in there bleach choices. I had stopped going there because of the way they treated there customers 4 years ago. Stopped in today March 16th,2021. Somethings just dont change. Maybe they have it right though no car stayed longer then necessary. Oh well, us 12 happy to keep our human wig purchases and anything else we need with Ebony its sis Diamond and any other store that knows how to treat their customers with class.

A lot of Haitian workers...If you need fake hair and hair stuff this is the place to go...

The young guy was very disrespectful and the older one had no patience. Only the cashier was very professional and is the reason why I shopped there. Therefore I have no reason to drive there from Naples again.

They have a very large variety. The biggest in the area, but they put so much tape on their products thats is overwhelming. I love the store, hate that I have to do hard manual labor to open my purchases.

I go here majority of the time to get what I need for my hair YES y’all they do watch you but it’s not to the point you’d feel uncomfortable(at least not to me) so the store have a great supply but their weave coloring- girl just go buy some human hair weave and dye it the color you want it’s just extra money they want you to spend

Pretty upset. I went here today and bought a very expensive wig. I told the girl my hair was practically black and she said “okay perfect, this is your color” I said it’s darkest right and she stated “correct”. The lighting is so dull in there that I could not even tell. Well I got home and tried it on and it’s brown with red through it. I just wasted the money I saved for this and can’t even wear it for my wedding shower. I’m devastated and curious. You would think she would not of given her input and got someone else to help me.

I went in today to get some extensions. The lady (I didnt get her name) but I think she might be part owner. Anyways she was very helpful and knowledgeable!! Very pleasant. Ive been there a million times but this visit really stuck in my mind. They the biggest,nicest quality hair and products around. Wont go anywhere else again..

Had small amount of hair for such a huge shop, the quality of the service was indifferent, it was definitely not worth the trip from North Port. A real ghetto store. Not a good shopping experience. Over priced nothing.

The customer service is the worst. Ive been shopping here since 2005 and every time I walk in, Im never greeted and Im always watched. Besides that, their selection is the best in the Ft. Myers/Naples area and I would rate 4 stars. There is a wide assortment of synthetic and human hair wigs, weave and bundles, braiding, accessories, jewelry, and everything hair and beauty. Prices are average, leaning towards the lower end and comparable at least. The location is not the best but it works.

Walked in, not knowing what I needed to get. The girl behind the register was helpful, when not assisting another customer. One of the 2 associates in the wig section wasnt helpful at all. I think her English was limited. I did find what I was looking for.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I purchased sew in hair. The girl told me the curls would fall in soft waves. She have me wrong package and wrong hair!!! Went back and explained to manager he told me it was my problem. Ive spent hundreds of $ here and will never buy anything again. They lost a good customer over a $60 pack of hair!!!

RACIAL PROFILING. Do not shop here. I went to buy some hair and the Asian owner was watching me the entire time. He pretended he was arranging some of the stocked items. What a coincidence that out of all the aisles in the store (Its huge store with 15+ aisles) , he happened to choose the aisle my brother and I happened to be in. I will be filing a claim with the Office of Civil Rights against them. BLACK PEOPLE, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I think its ridiculous that they wrap the products with tape as an anti theft to the point the consumer cant get into it. And for this I prefer Empire Beauty supplies on Cleveland Ave.

Horrible customer service. Stay away from the lipsticks and glossers. They are old and sticky (no expiration date). And you cant exchange it if you open it...the thing is you dont know that its old and sticky until you open it and apply it to your lips...just asking for a simple exchange which is allowed based on the signage in the store will get you scowled by the owner for being cheap. It was a rather horrible and embarrassing experience. Will not recommend to anyone, they dont care about losing one customer because Apparently they have too many to worry about just one. Very rarely have I given a bad review, but I figured you needed to know...shop here at your own risk.

Best hair supply in ft.myers / cape coral area , the selection is amazing... if the people would act like they are there to help & the other people wasnt following you around just to be on your heels I would give it 5 stars...

They have a fair supply of wigs and hair pieces, which is what I went in for. However, their hair pieces have a limited supply of hair colors. Had to wait several minutes to get help and then the pregnant lady that helped me made me feel like I was taking up her time.

OMG, leave your purse at the counter, turn your pockets on the outside & walk with ur hands where they can see them. Because these ppl are ridiculous!!!!!!! I go there for 1 item & thats cause I cant find it anywhere else,, YOU CANNOT JUST SHOP IN THIS STORE WITHOUT A HOOVER. They even have 99¢ eyeliner alarmed & double tape. Just to secure the eyeliner was a whole lot more than the eyeliner!!!

My wife, daughter and I went into this rat hole yesterday and from the time we entered we felt like we were bothering everyone in the place, perhaps because we are white. I dont know. Then while standing at the end of one of the aisles looking at some articles we clearly heard someone next over from us say, I think they are trying to steal something. Then we got a little asian girl watching us at every turn. Suffice it to say that even though my wife has over the years bought a lot of things in this store, I will never even allow her in this lousy place again for anything. Oh also, we had some things in our hands to buy but after this we put them down and walked out. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Horrible. this place is in the hood. not safe at all. then when you walk in there as an educated, hard working black woman they dont know how to provide you customer service. when i walked in there was some bald white guy in there trying to be security. the ghetto rude older woman at the register completely ignored me while she rung up like two customers. the item i was interested was behind the register, not once did she say ill be right with you. i waited there for about 15minutes until finally an asian man walked by me to put something away and i had to say excuse me do you work here, may i get some help? then he said, what you need? as if i was interrupting him. the last i checked i had the $$$$money and was going to buy something!! lol. once i look at what i wanted i politely told him no thank you b/c the customer service is horrible. i wont be shopping here unless i cant find it online or at another store.

On June 25 2014 someone working at this store ordered a lady and her service dog to leave.I urge the management of this establishment to train their employees about the rights of folks with service animals. There are questions you can ask... asking the person to leave is NOT one of them.Everyone else... walk with your feet and dont give your business to a company that kicks out a person with a service dog.
