Placed an order online to pick up in store. They were super busy when I walked in. But, They had everything ready. I only waited maybe 2 minutes! So awesome!!

Employees are always extremely helpful, give them your email and adress to get free coupons in the mail and email, its worth and you can gets lots of items free. Candle day is the best time to buy candles.

Thrilled with my experience here yesterday! An associate greeted me right as I walked in the store and took a personal interest in helping me find some lotion. She was fun to shop with, and made the wide selection of lotions less intimating. The store offers scent cards now to sample the products, and none of the associates make me feel awkward for sampling pretty much every scent in the store! I ended up getting the Buy 3, Get 2 for Free deal. I had no problem choosing 6 different scents that I loved. If it had not been for the great customer service from the associate who greeted me, I probably would have tried a few and walked out. I had an awesome experience, and will return for the June 14 end of the summer sale.

Love this store. Even during semiannual sale the staff is super friendly and helpful. They will search down every last scent like you are a VIP.

The manager Dawn was extremely rude and very degrading to her employees and two customers. While I was in shopping cant believe that a person let alone a manager would act like that.. corporate needs to intervene.. because its ridiculous..

I love and enjoy the products that Bath & Body Works puts out; however I was sadly disappointed to see a low poor selection of shower gels. It appeared to me that it was like 80% hand soaps and the other 20% were shower gels and other products that I wouldnt purchase. I truly love and enjoy the shower gels; great products. I will be back to purchase products, but I hope in the future that the selections of shower gels increase. Thank you!

Although its great everyone wore masks, the prices are super high if theres no sale or youre lucky enough to have a store coupon. Unfortunately, for this visit i had neither. Hand soap foams were at regular price, $8.50--- not paying that.

Unable to use promised rewards because the company does not redeem in Florida. I have two rewards expiring soon and unable to redeem because of this situation. I explained to store management about my frustration and all I got was, they don’t accept use of rewards at any store in Florida.Called customer service and was told I can use it online, but as I explained, I’m sensitive to smell. I have to go to store and smell the product before I purchase. Their suggestion is to come to the store to smell the product (waste in time, mileage just to go back and forth to home ) then order online. My fact, then I have to spend more money in shipping because on top they don’t have pick up in store. I just fill this is too much to do, just to use the promised rewards.The company needs to remove the false advertising of rewards along the country. The company need to specify the excepted States, so, we as clients don’t take false promises.

Love the place, although I have had to shop online because the store has been out of some items I like which is odd to be out of an item for so long and its a popular one . Japanese cherry blossom with glitter, there have been times Ive ran into rude help and there lack of knowledge, but I just ignore it . I mostly go into the store so I can smell the products . I do like the new wall plugin and the sweater weather body spray is nice and they have an apple one out thats I would suggest , if you like apple. I get a lot of compliments

I absolutely love Bath and Body works however this is the worst location to visit and unfortunately you cant even trust the official companys websites advertisement of store hours as you go and it says temporary closed with no ETA or guesstimate on reopening. The people of FORT MYERS have not even had the opportunity to shop the semi annual sale evident by this being signage thats still riddling the store at this location today SEPT 2nd 2020!....Theyve been closed everyday since the end of JUNE!!! Ridiculous!

During the Valentine’s Day sale I bought two wall fragrances thinking it was half off like the sign said but after I checked out I realized they rang up the wrong price. When asking an employee about it (I think it was the manager) they apologized and said the sign was misplaced. Then they STILL gave me a refund even though the sign I read was not valid. Customer service was excellent 10/10

Love this particular Bath & Body Works in the Edison Mall. They have a great sale going on with the Aroma Therapy bath washes, body lotions, body creams, hand washes & etc. The staff was very helpful & kind. I would recommend going in here to get yjay special someone a gift

I absolutely love Bath & Body Works products...from the hand soaps to candles to body lotions and all the rest, they help to provide me with a spa-like environment in my own home. The scents range from soothing to invigorating...I find them all so delicious and gift-giving, dont get me started. My friends love to receive the goodies I select just for them.Okay, now back to reality...the staff members are friendly; they offer suggestions and encourage you to try, try, try! I feel like Ive been to a party for the senses. I look forward to every visit I make to Bath & Body Works!

Absolutely terrible management, Sheri refused to help me or even try to rectify a situation, leaving me losing $25. Best part was she told me I was only losing $7!!!! If I’m losing money how is that good, I work as hard as anyone for my money and to be treated how I was is unacceptable.

This location has got to do better with their event management. I went on “Candle Day” and there was no method to the madness of their line control protocol or why they asked customers to take their candles out of the cardboard holders and place them in their canvas shopping bags while we were in line. Seemed like a wasted effort when there was so much craziness happening everywhere. Including the registers shutting down while there were 100 people in line. Waited 2 hours to spend money.

Always love the products here and make it a number one place to shop for the girls in my family. Recently, Ive been less than pleased with the service. I went in at Christmas time and was being helped by the cutest little thing when the rudest manager interrupted us and began to hard sell me. Her style was so off putting I left without purchasing anything. I went in again the other day to buy my nieces Valentines Day gifts. To my surprise the manager was STILL there and all smiles!! I said hello and goodbye! Someone should tell her shes employed by Bath & Body Works and not a second rate used car lot!! The products are 5 star! Go to a different store if youre looking to enjoy meandering around taking in the sites and smells.

Love the products cant stand the store manager. Overall the employees in there are very nice and helpful. I have had several bad experiences with the store manager (short blonde hair in her late 50s-60s). She had embarrassed me more than once because I wanted to return an item. B&BW has one of the best return policies in any store I have ever shopped at but this manager will call you out and shame you if you try to return something. I walked out in tears once because of her. If I see her I wont go into the store. Reported her to corporate.

The staff was so helpful and the store looked amazingly clean. I know I must have asked the same lady one question about 8 times and she still answered with a smile.

I love this store. It is a little pricy, but they always have sales, and this one in particular wasnt as busy as the others so I had te freedoms to walk around and really look and experience the products at my leisure. I spent more than usual, but it was totally worth it!
