Rick and his team over at Performance Motor Werks go above and beyond for their clients and prioritize professionalism above all else. I had extensive engine work performed by their shop on my BMW M3 for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Not only that, they were able to get to work immediately unlike many of the other specialty shops in the area that are booked out a month in advance. While the staff is extremely knowledgeable, the extent of the repairs needed for my car was intense. They went beyond the call of duty by seeking a second opinion from a local M3 expert to help calm my worries and confirm the work that needed to be done. Throughout the entire process, they were completely transparent which made me feel like they really had my best interest in mind.For future repairs, Performance Motor Werks is without hesitation my first choice. This repair facility is great. Took my car to have the gas tank looked at and they advised me it was an item covered under my manufacture warranty. They even called the dealership and provided me a point of contact. When I went to get my car they did not even charge me for looking at my car. You can rest easy knowing you will not be told you need things done to your car. Honest, professional and friendly.

There is no other place to look for mechanic shop in the area. The owner, his wife and great crew treated my vehicle with as much care and concern as if it were their own mother’s vehicle. I recently attended the Ladies Day Clinic at Performance Motor Werks and I was very impressed. It was very informative, and hands-on. I was taught how to change my own tire and how to check all of the important fluids and items on my own car. The staff were very professional and friendly. They took their time and had patience to explain every question we all had. I will definitely recommend their service and will be bringing my vehicle to them for all of my automotive needs.

Ive dealt with a lot of mechanics, now, im not saying that all of them are out to get over on people, but, this shop was by far the most comfortable environment in terms of an auto garage that ive ever been to. Friendly staff who are easy to talk to and converse with you like a friend. They were able to diagnose an issue with my Camry that my primary mechanic could not. I will definitely be back. Used Performance Motor Werks for some warranty work on my 2009 BMW 3 series. They clearly explained the warranty process, got approval from the warranty company within a few hours and started working on my car. They called daily to give me updates as we waited for some parts to arrive. Highly recommended and look forward to using them in the future!
