Steven showed up within 30 minutes (AAA told me it would be 90 minutes) and he got my car started and put a new battery in immediately. My new battery was fair priced too! I would highly recommend this towing service.

Robin rescued my husband, myself, and our three children (in partnership with AAA) when our van broke down and stranded us 60 miles north of home, late at night, in unseasonably cold weather. Just wanted to share a very positive experience. My car was stuck in park at a store parking lot. Unfortunately I had an uber driver coming to take me to the airport to catch a flight in an hour. I called 3 different tow companies in cape coral(where I was) to tow to my house. All 3 said not till Mon. I dont have AAA but called to see if someone could help. Coastal Towing not only towed my car within the HR but did everything over the phone so I could make my flight. Very professional and charged a reasonable price for a non AAA member. Thank you

Nothing worse than to hear that when youre in a desperate situation! Coastal was the only local company that answered their phone. The woman dispatcher couldnt have been any more nicer. The driver Steve arrived in about 10 minutes. Steve was very professional and a nice conversationalist. He gave me some very good advice about getting AAA.!

Let me start by saying I did not use their service. Albeit we pulled into Publix parking lot in Cape Coral on Santa Barbara and saw their flatbed. By the time I went to take photo he came out and pulled away. He parked long way in the wrong direction in the front of the lot. Kind of irked us and we discussed it and as we watch older people have to park past this huge flatbed and walk around it. How many have been towed doing this? But wait it gets better when he came out he hauled but the wrong way. You have to train your drivers that they rep you and your business. Happened 5 minutes ago...

When my car wouldnt start this morning, the service that I received from Coastal Towing was EXEMPLARY. Steve arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, physically pushed out of the parking space so he could access the hood, got the car started and went above and beyond offering to follow me to the dealership for the required service. Called Coastal Towing this morning needing a boat moved that was on a non functional trailer. Karrie answered the phone and was able to answer all my questions.Set up a time within 2 hours of me calling to have one of their trucks come hook up the boat, they arrived almost half an hour early.Chip was the driver who came and was very professional and friendly.Got the boat hooked up and delivered without any problem!All around great experience! They came highly recommended and now I see why!Not to mention they were nearly 150$ cheaper than anyone else I called!Thanks again guys! I cannot say enough GOOD about this business. Was referred to them by Towing service when my sons car was broken down on road. From there they fixed his car...very fair and honest! The following week, I had a screw in my tire. They were able to get my car in right away, and again..very honest and the best price I have EVER experienced for this service in Ft. MYERS! I had a flat tire at work and I called Coastal to come and tow it to dealership for me, instead the driver OVI took a look at my tire and decided to fix it on the spot it was a simple tire patch for him but a SUPER BLESSING for me because I was a afraid that I’d have to buy a new tire , OVI spared me of that expense!! I was so happy that there’s people like him that are out in the community making peoples lives easier from the heart. Not all super hero’s wear capes some of them drive tow trucks :). I will be utilizing coastal for any other auto emergencies in the future

Please do not use this company! We did have excellent service with our tow and figured we would give them a shot taking care of our vehicles issues but unfortunately that was a mistake. They initially quote great prices and fast service but neither of the two actually happened. This is a second rate AT BEST service shop that looks like it should be condemned and we were lied to 4 separate times. The owner and manager do not care about there clients but simply getting paid which unfortunately I did prior to examining to my car which had the same issues it came in with. There are MANY other details I could list as to why we will never spend another dime at this shop but i will be polite and simply advise against ever using their services.

I said to my husband before the worker got here to take a mask out with him in case he wasn’t wearing a mask. When the agent came he was not wearing a mask. My husband offered him one and he refused to wear it. I consider this very rude behavior and no consideration for anyone else or for a while what others are going through.

AAA gave me costal towing to bring my truck to my mechanic to get worked on, and once I return to pick up my truck I noticed that my $300 KENWOOD radio was missing. I filed a police report and eventually called the costal towing to get the person name who towed my vehicle at least and the service lady was rude and no help at all. I wouldn’t suggest this company to my worst friend. AAA should look into their representatives..

The situation makes us want to cancel triple A because they are using this company . Very unprofessional I’m still wait for a call back from whatever manager works there wich I have not received .I am A business owner and work with customers daily at their homes . I would never treat a woman or anyone the way we were treated . The first associate carlos was great and the other associates that came and picked up the battery. Vern should not be able to be customer facing because it is not something that will help your company build a good reputation in that line of work .If she was a singleMother at home alone it would of been no help for her and totally just didn’t help to make her life easier I mean that is why we have triple A. Late on Friday night I got a call from my 82 year Dad saying he was pulled off to the side of the I-75 Freeway broken down. I was concerned and asked Oh no! Are you OK? He was I am fine and Ovi is here with me from Coastal Towing. He got here super fast, car is already loaded and he is taking me and the car to the repair shop by my house This was the best option for my Dad, not the closest for Ovi but he genuinely cared about my dad and his needs and safety. I met them there, Ovi shook my hand, told me what a pleasure my Dad was and that he was glad to help. Help he did. He was AWESOME and I would highly recommend Ovi and Coastal Towing!

My kids and I drove from Pennsylvania to Florida, and my car broke down. Needless to say it was stressful. But I called AAA and Coastal Towing came to the rescue. Our driver was Ovi. He was more than amazing. He let my 6&7 year old kids help him load and unload the car off the truck. It truly made their day! We were waiting in the Florida heat, so it was already nice he was early. Then he made my kids so excited about the process...my son even bough a tow truck toy at Walmart later. I rode with him on the way to the auto repair shop and he was very personable, kind and most of all knowledgeable about auto repairs. Ovi was my driver and I was very impressed. He got to me sooner than expected, very respectful, made me feel comfortable riding with him. I just watched one ir drivers literally drop a ladys car on the ground. His bed was literally at least a foot off the ground. Today would have been the 30th anniversary between my Husband and I had he not died 13 November 2017, I am relearning how to drive and had to go to a bad area of town, far away from my home to apply for food stamps.
