After being recognized service was prompt and courteous. One clerk had more important things to do.

I went looking to change my car’s windshield wipers but didn’t know exactly what size I needed. A young lady named Kenia assisted me. She was very polite and helpful assisting me to pick the best ones and replacing the old ones. Service was excellent.

The staff, including the manager, are disrespectful to long term clients, that have no place closer to get items they need for their vehicles. They are arrogant and dont resolve issues that have been brought to their attention. I truly hope the concerns get to corporate and they make adjustments to their staff, especially the conduct of the manager....stuff runs downhill, so to speak. So this particular store, I will no longer purchase items for my vehicles. So, if you do not know what you specifically require for your vehicles and need to ask a live person at this particular store..... DONT! Go somewhere else! Sad management!

I do most of the work on my Jeep and frequent auto parts stores looking for what I need. I am often let down by either the lack of knowledge or empathy by employees of said auto parts stores. That was not the case here. Felix R. and Angle C. were great. They listened to my issue and told me everything I needed to do to resolve it. It wouldve been so easy for them to brush me off or send me to another store but they did not. They both took their time to resolve the issue with the utmost respect for not only me, but also the other customers in the store. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, this will be my Home auto parts store for the foreseeable future.Thanks guys,Appreciative customer

We needed to find a great cover for his vehicle, we had a hard time trying to get the right one. I packages had the sizes on the boxes and we found out if we didnt find right size in store than we can order online. That was very helpful to us so hes going to get one online and we found an even better one.🤗

Great place, got warranty on battery back in Idaho and had it replaced in Florida. Lady was great at replacing and answering questions I had.

I had to buy an alternator, belt, and new battery. The Manager of the store was a blessing!! While at the location on Palm Beach Blvd, he replaced all three parts in my vehicle and saved me a lot of money and hassle from going to a dealership. He was all about helping people in the community of Fort Myers Shores. Thank you for your help! 😊

Brought $13 and change for two items . Register person goes $23.0 I looked at him and said how could it be that much and you told me you discounted me $2. Hes looking like Im crazy. I was like this is $7 and this is $6 tell me how that equal s $23. He gives the look again like thats what the register says. I said oh so where do I swipe the card . I said Ill be back in 3 minutes figuring by the time he figures it out theyll be closing.

Ive never really shopped at your location until tonight. I went to your competitors first, their service was less than pleasant. So I left without purchasing anything. I Drove to your store and got what I needed. Although I arrived in a bit of a bad mood, as soon as I said I have a question to your associate Javier he took right over with nothing but a smile on his face and helped me like a pro! He actually seemed happy to help! This guys customer service skill was some of the best I have seen in Lee County in a year or more! Give that young man a raise and the pat on the back he deserves!

Worst service ever! I came in to do a engine light check, and no one was at the front. One other customer actually left from waiting to checkout because everyone was in the back talking, not paying attention to the store nor customers. Finally after looking around, one of the associates called someone to help me. So we went outside to run the diagnostic and I guess the guy didnt know what he was doing. He said there was no connection and must be some wiring issues and took off, leaving me waiting for some answers. Absolutly no professionalism at all. I went down the street to the new ORielly Auto Store and got superb service and answers, and no there was no connection issue. Dont waste your time at autozone, they have zero experience and zero work ethics.

I called to get an invoice either faxed or scanned/emailed to me so I could complete my bosss expense report. Very short with me on the phone, I had the date, name of my company and the amount that was charged on my card and was told that they it would take them too long to look up the invoice, and that they do not have a fax machine, scanner or any computers..... really?
