Amazing! I had a damaged hood thanks to flying debris and AW Collision repaired it perfectly. I was concerned about the quality and details being that I drive a luxury car. Part of me wanted to go to Mercedes directly but friends recommended Anthony and his team. From dealing with Jessica our coordinator to speaking with Anthony about what was required, the service was outstanding, the pricing reasonable and was completed on time as promised. They even washed my car inside and out when done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AW Collision should you require any body work.

I was referred to AW by my local Infiniti dealer (only certified body shop in the area) and it was an awesome experience from start to finish! Rick was extremely responsive and I always felt in good hands. They made what is typically a terrible experience something that was much more enjoyable given the circumstances (also SUV looked awesome and reminded me of when I bought it). AW Collision of Ft. Myers, did a wonderful repair on our Mercedes SUV after I backed into a tree and shattered the rear hatch window in downtown. I called our dealer and they referred me to AW, I called a bit unnerved and Jessica calmly gave me the address. I drove with glass shattering on the way, once there she took care of everything including the rental car. Angelica and Rafael both also gave updates as the vehicle was being repaired. You can’t go wrong trusting your vehicle with this company.

AW Collision of Fort Myers completed excellent body work on our Mercedes GLC 300. In addition, Rafael and his team, problem solved to correct an issue with our rear hatch keyless entree. Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers, who partners with AW Collision was the only bad experience. Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers basically ignored our request concerning the keyless entree issue and made excuses for not fixing it. Great job by Rafael and his team!!
