The latte I had to wait forever for was watery and too hot, 1 barista making all the mobile orders while people who come in have to wait too long never going back $4 bad latte

Very lazy...they couldnt even shake my iced green tea. Its called shaken iced green tea for a reason.

I stop at the Edgewater location every morning. Great service & super friendly, hardworking staff.

Ok Starbucks. Staff are friendly but not very good at making Fraps. Once they charged me both stars and money for a redemption for a frap.

Google says it opens 6am but it was closed when I got there around 8am. I met a barista there but she said it’s closed and ready in another 30-40min to open. That place needs to update the information. lol

Coffee was good but the barista seemed confused when asking him basic questions about the drink.

Lines are too long for my taste. I prefer my coffee around noon, and the line is just too long for me to. I am not sure about other hours, but I would avoid it at this time.

There were two staff members on a Thursday around 9am. The younger lady made a Pumpkin Spice while the older one made a breakfast sandwich. Both very good and the the Pumpkin Spice was better than many other Starbucks within Bergen and parts of NYC.No crowd when I was there and staff was friendly.

I paid cash because I forgot my PW and I never got my receipt smh..

Good location right next to the G W Bridge entrance and exit below the plaza. Friendly staff. This is HIDDEN inside an ACME supermarket so has many advantages: Parking available. Never seen it crowded so seats have never been a challenge unlike many or most other Starbucks. Quiet without the loud music so can have a conversation. Unlimited selection of food and snacks in the ACME from the shelves or deli counter at low prices and fresh. Very good customer-centric management, and maybe best of all you can take home some items to avoid a shopping extra trip, and dont forget the cannoli!! (I think they have cannoli in the bakery department)?

I ask for a scone on display to be told we dont have any so why leave it out on display? I know why because no one cares

The girls are very friendly, they always have a very good attitude.

Standard chain fare.Seating is uncomfortable.Slow employees.Restroom not exactly clean. No posted schedule of maintenance.

There is a lady named Julie who is always in the store ALONE with no help and there is always a long line with high school students, the locals and the supermarket employees. They need t hire more people !!!
