A great place with cozy lightings & vibes! Iced Americano is one of its kind!! Not sure if their rude employee is still there, but...except that, its a perfect place to start your day with your friends :)

We went there after a lazy Barbeque lunch for coffee and the coffee was like cherry on the top of a great lunch.Apart from the amazing cappuccino and macchiato they had a limited but amazing selection of cookies and pastries. We tried a strawberry pastry, tiramisu, peanut cookies (which were different but wow) and these amazing thin almond cookies.Everything was great!

The bubble tea was amazing BUT the female cashier with dark complexion who seemed to have a nose piercing and dark complexion was INCREDIBLY rude. NOTE: I am Deaf and communicate through American Sign Language and written English. She made me feel so frustrated because she would not even try to write back and forth NOR gesture after I asked her to write down what she is saying - nope. she dismissed that and continued to speak to me. That....is awful customer service. This spot would be so much more amazing if she has some knowledge about diversity out here in the world. But hey, this coffee shop is amazing if you dont mind the cashier. :) Good wifi, good drink, super cute and comfy place to work in!

I ordered food at the restaurant, I did not know it had something I was allergic to in itWhen I discovered that the food I was allergic to was in my order I ask for something else insteadThe woman at the front was so rude and started trying to get in a Fight with me!She would not stop yelling at me so I asked for her manager, she said that he was not there and then I asked for her for her name she told me it was ILLEGAL for her to tell me her name!......she refused, she also refused to tell me her managers name.So if her manager is reading this review the date and time was 01-27-2020 at 3:15pm the woman was about 5’5”ish and she has short dark hair and a dark complexion.I will be calling the restaurant to speak to the ownerTruly the worst service I’ve ever receivedAlso she made the food with out using any glovesShe touched all on my food with bare hands, she was very much against health code

Food was good but I cannot get past how one of the workers spoke to me. All I asked was whether she was working on my panini and if my bubble tea was being made because more than 10 minutes has already past. She responded with “I Know!” in such a harsh tone. I did not appreciate that at all. This was the first and only time I went up to the counter to ask and I did not speak in a rude way. I understand that there were only 2 people behind the counter but the place was not that busy and she just came at me with an attitude that was not necessary.

Great spot. However, everytime I go there the guy that works there randomly closes down the cafe early 830PM-900PM instead of the advertised 1000 PM

The owner needs to read bad reviews on the cashier(tall asian guy)s AWFUL customer service. He always makes face, barely answers on customers question, never admits his fault, and doesnt have appreciation to customers. Once I ordered a regular coffee and a decaf coffee but he didnt mark which one is decaf. When I asked which one is decaf, he gave attitude and said he informed me which one is decaf but he NEVER mentioned. I wonder how he has been there for a few years. If you value service perspective, this place is not for you.

Great coffee!!!! One of the best in town.fish cake with red bean is my favorite and the beautiful/delicious/organic cup cake is perfect gift item. Employees are super kind also.

Good macchiatos. The strawberry cake is a treat I like to have.Decor follows the farmhouse and black pipe trend. The table surfaces are too rough for my taste.

Taro Bingsu was awesome with it’s deep and strong taste of taro along with tapioca and mochi as well.

Way too hot here- they dont turn on the AC even if its the hottest day of the summer.good if your not staying long but cant stay here longer than a few mins-drinks are good but not many choices for bakery.

I was really looking forward to enjoying some sweets here based on the pictures and high ratings. I came to visit with my husband, mother and my daughter. Walked up to the counter to see their menu and place an order and lost track of time of how long I was stading there before someone talked to me. When the young man was ready to take my order was not pleasant at all. I didnt feel welcome and it ruined my experience.

Came to taste their cup cakes as ive heard a lot of great things about this place. Tbh they were pretty good, so was the coffee!

I like everything about this place except its way too hot. Its a rainy October day out there and Im sweating. Its a pity because I would like to come here regularly

I first called to see if peach bingsu was available, and they said yes. My friend and I went and ordered thinking it would be the same from the last time we tried, but it was all foamy and like sherbet instead of bingsu. The peaches were soggy and chopped up instead of sliced for decoration, which was NOT like how it was before. When we asked if the bingsu changed, the owner told us that they can’t make the same bingsu anymore because of how peaches are “not in season” these days. I completely understand, but I did not spend 17 dollars on it just to hear they can’t make it anymore. The fact that they waited to explain that until we asked, instead of explaining when I first called, was disappointing. I would like to be notified beforehand next time since $16 + tax is not a small amount of money to spend for students.

Nice place, I recommend the Snow Bingsu at this cafe, with friendly team and fairly inexpensive.

Everythings good, except that its really hard to catch the Wifi every time I visit. Its not a phone problem since my Android phone, Ipad, and laptop all have a trouble connecting it. First time I got password and there was no problem connecting it but idk why it always happens afterwards.

The staff here are very friendly and their coffee is spot on. I also love the environment - very quaint and it feels so Brooklyn.

According to the review, everybody is dissatisfied with Albasac, and I agree that everyone feels. Instead, the coffee flavor ratio is the best. It was the best ice caparate Ive ever had. The walnuts and macaroons are delicious. Service is not important.

Its a waste of time to give even a star.They say they dont know what the worst part-time student isAre you staring at customers and having a snowball fight??;; There is no basic politeness, whether it is to throw away the receipt and ignore the answer. Cant you say goodbye thank you?? ...This is the first service I really felt in my life. It is a waste and the worst service to pay that money and go for coffee.
