I have been going to Tires Plus for many years with the same vehicle and Vladimir is the primary reason why I keep going back. He makes the atmosphere very pleasant and inviting. He doesnt just push products and services on me. He educates and explains to me why the recommendation is important. Vlad truly goes out of his way to help the best that he can and I witness this with all of his customers. He is very passionate about his leadership role and I dont go to the Store if he is not there. Thank you Vlad for keeping my vehicle on the road! :)

Very friendly staff. They were able to take care of my car on short notice and did so quickly.

These guys saved the day! I was in the middle of working on my boat motor alternator on a Sunday afternoon and I needed to swap the pulley out on the alternator. This requires an impact tool and I didnt have one so I called around and Shaun was the only person I called who was willing to have me even come by to see if they could do it. I came by and less than 5 minutes they had it swapped out for me. Unfortunately the new pulley wasnt working because it was missing a washer, So they hunted around through the parts fan until they found something that worked for me. And all of this for no charge! These guys rock!

Be advised there are scam artists working at this location.This business engages in wildly fraudulent practices, and lied about the services rendered unto my vehicle. I had to spend hours on the phone with both customer support and their legal department to resolve my issue of an employee holding my vehicle ransom for what was a routine tire change.Be wary of a manager named Vladimir who participated in the aforementioned activities. Be even more wary of an employee named “Sean” who pretends to be the manager when you ask to speak to one, and who attempted to add on unrelated multiple expenses prior to having examined the vehicle (thankfully Sean admitted to this over the phone line, which in turn allows for review by the regional manager).The sketchiest part was how team members and management at this location repeatedly wanted to resolve issues “off the phone” and out of earshot from other employees and off their recorded main phone line. Employees did everything in their power to have me only discuss my concerns with them privately, and away from earshot of other team members. This led to being told many different prices and issues, dependent on the individual I spoke with.My issue was only resolved once I was able to get corporate to conference call into this business (with me on the line), and directly tell them to stop ransoming my vehicle. My issue was resolved, I would like to escalate this further to ensure others are not also scammed, but I’m not confident I’ll receive follow up from the organization despite being promised I would (if I do, I will edit this review to reflect that).If the business responds to this with accusations of my specific case I have no problem further coordinating with their legal team and reviewing the recorded calls between me and representatives at this location.

Waste of time and super rude. Made an appointment online at 10am on the available slot at 6pm for just an oil change. Received an email processing the appointment and in the notes it stated that if for any reason the appointment becomes “unavailable” you will be contacted to reschedule. Without any contact assuming that since the time to schedule was available online I went to the place and the employee asked me what I was doing there, I told him I had an appointment at 6 and he told me “no you don’t I only have one guy and you never received a confirmation” stud up and left.. no reschedule, no apology for making me waste my time coming to this place.Long story short don’t book online for Tiers Plus in Flagler. Go to the Weston location they are 100 times better and I never had an issue there.

Only recommend this place if you like your lug nuts tightened twice what the manufacturer recommends

I called Tires Plus after Tire Kingdom called and canceled my scheduled same day appointment Meanwhile I am on a spare donut tire and would have had to try to drive all the way to BocaVladimir at Tires Plus exemplifies the meaning of customer service After finding out what size tire I needed and verifying he had it on site ...He told me to come on over and that he would be sure that somebody got it on for me They were short staffed and busy but made time for me I appreciate everyone there for their fast And courteous service

Watch out for scam. My daughter went in to get a slow leak in her tire repaired. They told her that she needed two new tires as the tread was separating. Took the car to a different place we trust and they said that she did not need new tires and fixed the leak for free. It is unfortunate that this location of Tires Plus tries to recommend repairs that are not needed.

Was heading down for the evening and had car trouble. Made a few calls and being a Saturday no one could help until I spoke to Greg. I explained that I was on my way to Ft. Lauderdale but needed to be back on the road first thing the next day. Greg asked for a few minutes to check for the part and called back with the good news that they could help. Greg and Shawn took care of our needs quickly and kept us up to date with their progress.Great service, great guys, we thank them for helping us when we needed them!

So dissatisfied and disappointed in you guys. I think you lost my business forever. Definitely lost my trust. With Covid , funds aren’t as good as they were. So this wasn’t something I could afford. I feel very taken advantage of and now a Bill of over $1,300! I came in to get an alignment and rotation that would have been free as I paid for this for the life of my car. They Told me I needed new tires and several people including the dealership said I didn’t . Then 2 other things I was told were wrong . Mind you I was at the dealership the weekend before and they never said any of these things were wrong. 3 neighbors in the last month said they went to you guys and felt taken advantage of. So upset. You guys should be ashamed of yourself.

Tires Plus in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale has been a staple for good automotive service, from an oil change to a set of tires. The crew and management do a great job; they give you straightforward pricing and show you the differences between tires. And, on several occasions, the staff went beyond their duties to fix a little part here or there, always at no charge. I recommend Tires Plus highly.

Dropped by first thing in the morning for a check into why my brake lights would not turn off; the associate was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem within 5 minutes; i was back on the road a happy customer :)

Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. Went in for a a very simple patch for a nail in my tire. Repairable location. Get a call an hour later stating not only will they not do the repair bc my tire is 6 years old, but I need 4 new tires. Such a scam, this is a regular theme for this place. Took it to another reputable shop, verified I do not need any new tires and the tire was able to be safely repaired. Clean puncture in the middle of the tread.Convenient location, but not worth the waste of time and inconvenience.They did a similar thing to my boyfriend a few months prior, making him believe he needed all new tires. Took to another place, not even close to the wear bar needed to consider new tires.If they can’t upsell you for unnecessary services, they aren’t interested in your business.

Owner is someone who needs lessons in customer service. Its not just from one visit. Its from having four different cars serviced there. Trust has been broken. This location is close to my house but after this past visit I will gladly drive miles out of my way to avoid this place.

I had such a great experience with the team at this location! I’m always anxious to have anyone new touch my cars because South Florida is full of shady businesses. Honest people and great service goes a long way so I will definitely bring our cars here from now on.

Yesterday I went there to fix my flat tire. They told me its not fixable and I need new tire. They offered me one for $217! Today I went to another place, they fix it for $15 in less than 10 minutes. Dont waist your time! Very disappointed!

Good service. Small miscommunication with regards to wheel alignment. I actually didnt want one but they did it and charged for their lifetime package. I requested a refund for the difference between the lifetime and standard which they resolved straight away. Will go back even still.

I have been going here for 5 years. They take care of their customers like family and give great advice (I do not know much about cars so I appreciate their honesty). I trust them, they work hard and are fairly priced.

I was at the store at 430 pm for an oil chance. They told me there is only one tech. Couldn’t do it. O ask what time you closed. They said. 700 pm. Bad customer. Service. So I went to jiffy lube. They were done in 20 minutes.

I had just purchased a used car. After having it for just one day my engine light and tire pressure light had come on. I was on my way back to the dealership and happened to be passing Tires Plus on N federal. I stopped in to see if they could give me a diagnostic and Sean checked my engine and tires for me and had me in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely come back for any auto repairs!

I made an appointment for a simple oil change for today. When I arrived, I confirmed services and asked how long it would take. I was told I would be done in an hour and 15 minutes. As that time drew near, I noticed my car had not moved from parking space. I was also the only customer in the waiting area. At the same time, the tech at counter had been on a personal call on his cell (using the speaker phone) for quite some time. He stopped talking to say sometimes it happens. Again, I was the only customer waiting and made an appointment the day before. I have spent thousands in service at Tires Plus over the years. I requested my keys and indicated I would not be back. I think the tech was more upset that I interrupted his personal call than losing a valued customer.

Great Place! My go to place for all my car needs! Great service, knowledgeable and trustworthy advice from their staff. Any problems or complaints I have had with them they have resolved them quickly and fairly. Highly recommend them for all your car needs.

This place is excellent, Tom has help me out multiple times with my car. My new tire ripped as they were replacing the flat, then they replaced the whole tire with a new one on their own on their own dime. These people are amazing and when I eat multiple devices they help me any way they can. They are professional and reliable. Also busy so sometimes you have to leave the car there for a day if you need a lot of work done (but thats the same with any other busy service shop). I highly recommend these guys and the lash that works here is excellent as well.

Great shop. Tom and Greg both are great guys they care about the customers. There tire prices are extremely competitive. Always go for lifetime alignment when you buy new tires saves you in the long run. The same faces stick around every year I go back. Which is always a good sign.

This location is in a very convenient location close to downtown. The manager and guys at the counter take care of you fast. They match competitors prices on same tires. Their prices on tires are low.

Needed a simple tire plug from a nail in my tire. Told me he couldn’t do it, tried to sell me a new tire. I bought this car 3 months ago. In & Out Tire helped me out no problem, go there. Literally took 3 minutes.

Outstanding tire shop in Ft. Lauderdale. My wife had a flat that needed either patching or replacement before she could drive back to Miami. They were willing to do either on the spot. The patch was quick, expertly done, and reasonably priced. The staff was pleasant, skilled and wanted to do what was best for the customer. The waiting room was comfortable and had a good range of magazines.

Wouldnt ever go back. Went for brakes to be replaced and was told rotors needed replacing too even though I had replaced them with in a year from then. I was told one set of pads were fine. Was told there was a problem with the cooling gasket. I was going to not fix this but was offered a credit account. I was approved. I was quoted 200 for the the gasket and went I got my bill it was over $1400 mainly from labor. I had to wait over a day when I was told Id have it back. I was told there were oil leaks but kept adding more and more time. Now my brakes are squealing and it hasnt even been 3 months with limited use. So disappointed I recommend going somewhere else.

I won’t blame the mechanics because the did a grate job in my car, but the customer service wasn’t good at all, the person at the front desk , I think Vladimir I know he was busy but he was very unprofessional and bad attitudes. I won’t have him as an employee at my business.

Took company car in for a tire replacement. The job was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The vehicle also received an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. Overall . Quality service.

They were extremely courteous and anxious to please on price. We had 4 tires delivered to them for mounting and alignment. They threw in front break pads for the same price. The car was ready 2 hours early and exactly as promised. I dont know a lot about cars but I would use them again, readily.

I’ve been purchasing tires for years at this location and have never had an issue untiltoday when I pulled up and ask the service man if I could get some air in my tires he pointed which I thought he wanted me to get closer to the pump and to surprise he actually was telling to get my own air.

Absolutely disgruntled. I ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Tires Plus. They installed the tires, balanced them, and I allowed them to sell me an alignment. Big mistake. Upon driving my car home from the dealer, I noticed that when I took my hands off the wheel to kind of test the centering affect of the alignment, the car pulled to the right. Typically, the camber of the road will eventually pull a vehicle to the right; however, I repeatedly tested the centering affect, and the car pulled to the right at rate that caused me to believe the alignment was just off. Also, my steering wheel, which was centered prior to my experience with Tires Plus, was no longer centered. I noticed when driving straight, my wheel was slightly tilted to the left. I wrote a review about this, and they called and told me to bring it back to have them check it out.I brought the car back to the shop and they supposedly re-aligned my car. Well, pulling out of the parking lot onto the road, I noticed that the steering wheel was still offset from center when driving in a straight line. I was so furious, that if I go back there, I am afraid I may end up in jail. Stay away from this place...thats my advice. I always say, I dont care how nice or rude you are when talking to me, just give me what my money is paying for. That is the real customer service. The staff are pleasant, but you will probably end up with a ruined alignment and an offset steering wheel if you deal with them. Take your pick!

Toms A-team delivered customer service beyond my expectations - they listened, identified the problem, explained the options and just got the job done. Their top priorities were safety first and customer satisfaction. Fair pricing and convenient location - simply a bonus for all! Very disappointed with their road hazard protection scam. It is outrageous that they are charging $20 per tire for this coverage when the true cost of this coverage is $1.50 per car. Then when you check out they offer to take off half the cost but theyre still screwing you for $40. I didnt notice it until I got home and I called Greg the manager and asked him to remove it and credit back my account and he refused. The overall good experience and swift service will fade from my memory and I will never use them again because of this greedy tactic. They will never get my business again and I will do everything in my power to let other people know about their greedy and shady business tactics.

They were polite and professional over the phone. I replaced 4 tires and they honored the previous quote from another Tires Plus location. They are very polite and professional in person and attentive as well. I would definitely recommend this location without hesitation.

Got up on a Saturday morning to get there early for my 9:30 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT for an oil change, and finally at 10:15 I asked for my keys back because they hadnt even started and I said they shouldnt take appointments if they cant accommodate them. When the nice lady handed me my keys she asked me if I wanted to reschedule...cute. No thanks.

Had a great experience. Had to have a tire installed and an oil change. The were busy and told me 3 hours. I got some lunch and took an Uber home. About 3 hours later they called me and told me the car was done. No surprise charges when I was ready to pay. They did an excellent job, and didnt even move my seat! (Its the small things that matter). All the staff there were very nice and very helpful. They made a great impression and I will definitely be back! Thanks again,

I used Tires Plus in Coral Springs. My parents live in Fort Lauderdale and I took my fathers truck to the downtown location. Vlad and the staff were great. Did work on my fathers truck and it purrs like a kitten. Great job and I recommend them highly

Fantastic service! Didnt have an appointment, stopped in to have rear tire checked for a leak. All tires had dry rot, left with 4 new Firestones !!!! Shawn is hands down the best in customer service !!!!!

Great Service! I get all my car service done here from Tires to oil and to any misc service that comes up! They are extremely welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. My car needed a new shifter cable installed and instead of driving wayyy across town they did it in a day for me! Job well done guys!! Keep it up!

I had a slow leak from a nail I ran over. They closed in under an hour but still took me without an appointment. Fixed in under an hour and tire is as good as new. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Its a mixed bag. I think this place does good work. But based on a recent experience, its pretty clear that they gouge people on actual work/repairs. You can go there to buy tires or for an oil change-- thats fine. But I do not believe you can trust this place to do serious repairs. You will wind up paying at least 1.5x as much as you should pay (and as you would pay at a reputable mechanic). Its unfortunate, but apparently thats how they make their money.I dont think Ill ever go back.

Been coming here since 2014. Always had a great experience. The location has a great customer service and professionalism. From my personal experience, Daniel is always trying to optimize customer satisfacition one way or another. Been back and suggested the place to friends and relatives, who also liked the way they were treated. I have been to other Tires Plus franchises thinking it was company policy but it really isnt, since at another location I preferred to leave rather than getting service there, making me realize that this particular store is very customer-friendly.
