I saw Chloe while I was at Verizon! Her customer service skills are amazing and she is absolutely on top of everything! i had so many questions and she answered them all so well and with no struggle! I would highly recommend coming to this store if only to to see the amazing customer service this young lady has!

Had a great time getting a new phone and while it took a long time due to transferring my photos to my new phone, I was able to talk to the people mainly Zack who worked with me and made sure I got the best deal when trading in an old phone. Highly recommend this Verizon store.

Very nice representatives; too bad they work for snakes. Ive worked for and with Cellular Plus and I dont know why I gave them another chance. Be very careful what you agree to when dealing with Cellular Plus. Ask about secondary agreements and fees. You will be better off with Verizon directly, or reputable authorized dealers. They wont nickel and dime you as bad.

Isiah - one of the employees at this shop - did a fantastic job in helping through fixing my phone issues. Not only did he help me and my family get a more affordable cellphone plan - he also helped me (past closing time) to get a new iPhone with a promotion that reduced the price of a new phone dramatically compared to any other option I had explored. I could not have been more satisfied with the service. He is definitely an employee to keep around - far surpassed any other experiences I have had at various Verizon stores over my life.

The guys at this store were so helpful. They made a painful experience of a lost phone tolerable and helped me all the way through from start to finish. Isaiah was my main customer support and he was helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

So for the most part everyone was fairly nice except the lady we had. I’m not sure what her name was but she had the poorest attitude and didn’t look like she wanted to help or anything. Tried to be nice and she was just very stuck up and rude for no reason!

Buyers be cautious Stopped by to get a phone up grade. Sales staff 4 of them quickly assisted with what I was looking for. Was told however that I was obligated to a $260 set up fee and several accessories were included in the set up fee leading us to believe we were getting a deal. Reviewing my receipt that is a farce. The accessories are not required for a purchase of an upgrade. Learned to question better the sales rep, including 2 managers when making this type of purchase. They are slick, courteous and attentive. Just a word of warning.

What I thought would turn into a disappointing walkout with no new phone or paying way more than I imagined turned out to be a very pleasant experience and I payed nowhere near what I thought I would pay. Gaby really helped me from switching from my flip phone to my new smart phone

Went here to purchase a new phone. Called ahead to make sure they had it in stock and to see exactly where they were located. Person who answered the phone while nice had no idea how to give generalized directions beyond their address and that they were in old town. When I arrived it was a half hour to 45 minute wait. I later found out that out of the 7 employees there only 1 person was fully trained. Ask for the new phone and told them I was paying in full for the A71 I had already looked up the cost on the Verizon website but they told me it was going to over $700 for a used phone. I thought maybe because they werent actually Verizon it had to be more. When I reaffirmed that I would be paying in full no monthly payments they told me the total cost with activation would be well over $900. I told them that was ridiculous to charge when all Im doing is upgrading my phone. Told them I would rather wait and buy it online. The customer service was subpar and the pricing is a ripoff.

Had a good experience with Isaiah today, he helped me get into a new phone iphone SE last years model for a good price and transfered all the data over and get me going again. Thanks a lot!

Came by for a phone upgrade. Before I could even get out of my car I had one of your employees at my door asking if I’d be entering your building or if I was just some guy shopping in old town. With that being none of her business I told her “it’s none of your business.” She immediately threatens to get my car towed and goes on this big tangent about how people park in your parking lot who aren’t supposed to. I DONT CARE!! Don’t send your chihuahua to my car to come bark at me before even seeing if I walk in or passed your building. I will always discourage people from shopping here. Rudest experience I’ve had that I wasn’t even willingly part of.
