Outstanding customer service from Erik Clear, store manager. Really went out of his way to get me the best deal and refund for DirectTV Stream.

I bought a new phone here in January 2021, and decided to purchase their $50 screen protector since they told me any future screen protector replacement would be free. I went in today to replace it and they charged me $8. The manager told me that the previous manager said they were free, but theyre really not. They were not willing to honor previous commitments made. This particular store lies to customers and is highly unethical, avoid at all costs.

Erik and Jake were exceptional and patient while I was upset about my phone issues. They listened intently and helped me solve the issues I was having with my iPhone. Their professionalism and understanding is the reason I will stick with AT&T. They were both exemplary representatives of their company and great people to work with.

Adam was fantastic! I had a few issues to untangle. He attacked them with confidence and a great attitude, solving them easily. He let me know about a few specials without applying pressure. I also appreciated the way he talked to his trainee while showing him how to do different transactions. What a surprisingly pleasant experience. Thanks!

I had to put one star in order to post this, but in reality I would give this store & the store manager a -20!!!!!!! The manager couldnt be bothered to assist when there were issues upgrading my lines which caused me to be in the store for 5 hrs total!!! Then our plan was completely messed up & our internet now does not work!!!! Due to this store we are looking at going to another provider & taking our business elsewhere!!! This store is a horrible representation of this company!!

I tried making an appointment with two different AT&T stores in Loveland, Co. - both Franchises - and neither responded to my online request. By the time I brought my phone into this Corporate store, I had my phone stored on a bag of frozen corn in an insulated lunch bag, because that’s how hot it was getting. You know all those annoying questions you’re asked at the Franchise stores? How it takes forever to get down to the main attraction? How they don’t open till 10? How walk-ins equal a long wait to be seen? And all those sales pitches? You get none of that here. And walking in with no appointment and no wait at 9am, totally rocked. Chris was straight forward, matter-of-fact, and totally efficient. Plus, the process took forever because of WiFi issues, and he was hands-on the whole time. Super nice guy! Ask him about his Bees. 😊 🐝

Stopped into the Fort Collins store to ask about adding a trail cam to my family phone plan. Thought I would spend only 5-minutes, ended up leaving about a half hour later with not only with a recommendation of a cam but also a newly upgraded plan that included support for a cam AND was cheaper! 5 stars to Haden.

If you like being lied to about employer discounts, told you need to purchase something from another company to get a discount, AND have your credit ran TWICE because an employee thought she needed to make a new account when you already had one... This is the store for you! Couldnt be more disappointed in trying a new carrier in over 10 years! Extremely glad I DIDNT give this company my money or business... unprofessional and very bias towards employee personal preference, I dont want something just because you like it! Also, brush up on your phone info if you want to still give this place a try, they know NOTHING about the specs of newer phones and will just read product cards in front of displays.

I and my family worked with Jacob Juhl, store manager, for more than one days. He has always been very patient and receptive to all our requests. Most importantly, he is very honest with his answers compared to other sales people in other stores. Because of his professionalism, we trust his recommendations when buying the iPhone 12 pro max, accessories and additional services. I am writing this review because I thought he deserves an excellent review.

Im very happy with the service at this location. I had to port my number from VOIP account and different location did not do it and moreover said it cant be done. Allie was amazing helping me through the process and everything work great, porting was successful.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I went in to see if there was a less expensive plan and walked out paying more than when I walked in with absolutely nothing! The rep was unable to change my plan back to what it was after she changed it because it was an old grandfathered in plan. Guess that’s what you get for being an Att customer for so long.

Fantastic experience. I switched to their prepaid plan that includes Canada and Mexico but is only $40 / month on autopay. I think AT&T has finally figured out that people dont want to pay a lot of money for cell service. Anyway the customer service was absolutely stellar!! They got my service switched over and I walked out really happy to have switched.

Went there the day they opened, (We were their first customers). The service was great. They did not try to talk us in to buying a more expensive model but they made reasonable suggestions on options, no pressure. My wife and I brought new iPhones, I got the 8 and my wife got the X. We had our two year old with us and they put something on the screen for him to watch and one of the salesmen also played with him some. It was a great experience.

We went in today after my GF’s phone spontaneously died. Jacob helped us get a better plan for less in the store, and helped us decide on a better deal that was happening online than getting it there in the store. We were contemplating changing providers but are now signed up with 2 new phones. Thanks Jacob!

My representative David was initially nice and helpful, but added an $80 screen protector to my purchase without my full knowledge. When I noticed the charge on my itemized bill, he claimed he asked me if I “wanted a package around 150/200”. He also pushed the TV package when I obviously was not interested. I left with the pricey package but a feeling of disgust. I understand y’all want to get money, but this felt like robbery. I won’t be returning again and honestly will probably be switching from AT&T because of this experience.

Recently went in to look at potential upgrades. Nice new store and friendly staff. Took their time and walked me through my best options. Definitely going to return when I need anything

Walked in, 25(!) mins later the staff had only said hi to us once when we walked in and were still helping the same customers as when we walked in. Worst of all they were just helping them set up their new iphones, such a simple task that anyone can figure out themselves at home. We ended up walking out without being helped.

I recently went to the new AT&T store to solve a problem with my iPhone and arrived very upset. The three gentlemen working there could not have been nicer! Kudos to Haden, Chris, and Thomas for being so helpful, professional, and friendly to a Baby Boomer like me who is not so good with technology! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this store again.
