I called many places trying to get my sons screen fixed. They all told me they couldnt fix his screen because it was too new of a phone model. Then i called JJS and he assured me he could order the screen and get it fixed! So i dropped off the phone that Monday. It was ready by the end of the week. Being a great repair person he obviously checked to make sure the screen worked before returning the phone to me. He noticed that it still had a glitch at the bottom, turns out that with this type of model, any damage to the screen causes the charger port to fry, thus causing the glitch. He immediately contacted me and insisted on fixing that before he returned the phone to me. He could have pretended like nothing was wrong with it, and just returned it to me, but he was effective in his communication and honest which was a huge plus for me. Not only that but he is a small business owner and i would rather my money go to small businesses over bigger companies. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of phone repair, have already sent business his way! And shall i ever need phone repair again, i know who to go to.

We had a Note9 with a tiny little crack that was going to lose us $800 in value. Note9 screens are very expensive online and JJ quoted me a price that was cheaper than I was able to source the screen for on my own for the whole service. There are 44 steps to remove that screen and it is quoted at 2 hours, but he pulled it off in less than an hour. This man is a ninja. I will gladly be back if we need it again. Glad for his service to our community!

We were in a time crunch as our daughter was leaving town and he came in on his day off to take care of us. Professional, accurate with estimating time he would be complete and product was fantastic...like new!

Coming to JJsmobilesolutions was great. I spoke with him about a repair via text that no one else in the area was even offering. When I went to his shop he had every tool need to repair devices the right way and was very passionate about his job. We talked about repairs for around 30 minutes and I learned how long he has been doing this. All of his parts are OEM and will make sure your phone isnt left with weird error messages that some other shops have when the repair is done. No one in Fort Collins has the tools to do the repairs that can be done here. When there was an issue he even took care of it better than Apple would have if I had their warranty. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs phone repairs. Communication was excellent and all around he is a great guy who is passionate about his work and has integrity to tell you what really goes on with your repair. I will keep driving up here for future phone issues after I graduate because of the excellent service I received here.

When your phone breaks on Christmas and wont charge, there is a slight sense of panic. I called the day after Christmas and he was able to get the part ordered right away. I dropped my phone off and an hour later had a new charging port, and the relief that I wouldnt have to buy a new phone. Repairs done for less than $100! This shop is the one to go to for fantastic and friendly service.

I dropped my phone (Samsung) and the drop dented the side frame where the on/off button is located. The dent was holding the on/off button down and it just needed to be popped out. I went to 2 other cell phone repair stores first and I was told they would have to replace the entire frame. They told me there would be no other way to fix the phone. The estimates were around $250. I decided to try one more place to see if my phone could be fixed. JJSMOBILESOLUTION looked at my phone and said he could fix it. He started on my phone right away and it was ready within an hour.
