I guess they do not want my business - spent 45 minutes there yesterday and they were too busy to even acknowledge a potential new customer for the next 5-10 years. Dark haired service manager walked past me at least 5 times and not a peep or even a smile or head nod. Busy or not, you can acknowledge someone. Someone else in service, walked by, blond guy, could not even be bothered to answer a question and just walked past the first time, and walked away the second time. Maybe you should look into some customer service training, especially when there is an office with 4 girls sitting in it and not one got up from their desk or offered to assist or welcome someone to their business, and they all saw me standing there for over 30 minutes. Not a good first impression and definitely will not be taking my Jeep there for service or parts. As nice as their new building is, customer service, warmth, friendliness, does not match. Pop down the road and see how Loveland Mercedes treats their customers. Makes me sorry I traded my Mercedes for a Jeep, if this is the service behind the product.

I would definitely buy other vehicles from this dealership, very specifically from Ryan Buller. I came in wanting a specific Jeep and Ryan not only made that happen, but didnt try and push me into any different vehicles, or upsell me into anything I didnt need. He made sure I was fully comfortable and understood my new Jeep. It was a wonderful experience and I am happy with my new Jeep.

Ryan Buller is an absolute pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. In the past three months we have purchased two used cars from Ryan thanks to his guidance, patience, knowledge and determination to find us what we wanted. We have bought several cars from Ryan over the years, beginning in 2004 when I purchased my very first vehicle. I bought a Jeep Renegade at this dealership about a year ago. My jeep was totaled in an accident and I needed paperwork. I called them several times. Nobody ever called back. So, I drove to the dealership and the Finance Manager Sam Hardy told me get lost, call or email me. I did, not response and the email bounced back as non existing. I never buy anything there again. They didnt even care after I told them that I am in the market for a new vehicle. I buy about every two years a new vehicle, doing a lot of miles and this dealership was by far the worst.

The service department is poor at their best. I have spent 10 months trying to have tire pressure safety sensors installed on my brand-new jeep and the sensors still havent been installed. My new jeeps sensors were pilfered by the selling dealer prior to delivery. Last October (10 months ago), I came to the service department off of Harmony because my week-old jeep’s warning light and alarm kept going off. Service representative told me all of the sensors were missing and that I needed to schedule an appointment to have the sensors put in. The following week during my appointment they told me, ‘the parts weren’t in stock’; and to return in two weeks. Two weeks later, they still didn’t have parts. So, service told me they would order the parts and let me know when the sensors arrived. I called service every week or two, and they told me the parts were still not in. In December, I called the parts department… They told me, ‘there was no order in system for sensors in my name’. Then I contacted the national jeep customer service department, they took my complaint and said the order was prioritized and should be available next month… then the sensors were pushed out again… then pushed out to May… then June… I then called both Fort Collins Jeep Customer Service (left a message) and also called National Customer Service. National Customer Service must have escalated with Fort Collins Jeep… The dealer then called to tell me alternate parts were available, and I could come in this afternoon to have them installed. So, my wife and I drove down to Fort Collins Jeep, a service person asked me, ‘do you have appointment’, and replied ‘no, but parts said I could wait here while the sensors are installed’, he replied ‘no, we are short staffed, it will be week or two, you need to make an appointment, go talk to girls in glass office and make an appointment’, and he walks away. As a customer, you should expect to micromanage your car’s service because they are certainly not going to be proactive or provide follow thru. I’m really hoping that after 10 months, next week Fort Collins Jeep will actually follow thru on serving my jeep.

Fort Collins Jeep rocks! I live about 39 miles east of Fort Collins, and lost the key to my wrangler. I contacted the local Jeep dealership and was told a new key would be 360 dollars but they could not fit me in for a couple more weeks.I called Fort Collins Jeep and was told they could replace the key at a substantially less price than Greeley, and could fit me in right away. The staff worked to reprogram a new key, but it the Jeep was communicating between the security system and a control panel. They keep stated there overnight. They offered to send me home in a Jeep pickup, but I had a ride. The next morning I picked up the Jeep , it was ready to go, and total cost was about 200 less than Greeley had quoted.I bought this Jeep here at Fort Collins, and I guarantee you that I will buy my next one with these folks (they are also fun to negotiate with)Thank you folks!

We purchased our Jeep GC Overland back in April 2021 and love our car. We also had a great buying experience with their associate Jeremiah Yeh. Jey was very knowledgeable, patient with our questions, helped us compare various models along with pros and cons for each and at no point in our three visits to the showroom did we feel pushed to buy. Thank you Fort Collins Jeep Service Department, this week while I was out of town my wife had to use my JL Wrangler. Her week started with a flat which she got changed and then tried to get it fixed, the local tire store said the tire could not be repaired and she needed a new one. She drove to FC Jeep and stopped on the way to pick up some items. When she was next to the Jeep the rear hardtop window blew out for no apparent reason. She called Fort Collins Jeep and they said to come right in. They saw how bad her day was going and they were very nice and accommodating to her. They brought her in right then without an appointment and looked at the tire and rear window. They said the tire store was correct and she needed a new tire, they also looked at the rear window the service writer Bryan Dufree showed the GM Steve Hardy the rear window. The Jeep is 10 months old and after listening to my wife about what occurred they went to work. Mr. Hardy and Mr. Dufree contacted Jeep and were able to get the rear window covered under warranty! Their actions and going above and beyond our expectations really made a bad day and great day for my wife who still had not told me about my Jeep! These guys are rock stars and I thank you for your help. I will also add that this dealership has done all my prior service and each and every time it was done fast and correctly. I am very pleased with Fort Collins Jeep. Thank you!Keith D.

My wife and I have purchased two new vehicles from him, a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland and recently a 2020 Wrangler Rubicon. He is always there to answer questions, spend quality time (including test drives in-between purchases) share a good outdoor or driving story and seeks to build relationships with his clients. Weve never felt any pressure or uninvited sales tactics from Ryan, while at the same time we feel he would never sell us a car that he didnt believe was a great fit for us. I am not usually one to leave reviews, however, given that this is a new Jeep dealership I felt the need to warn everyone about their terrible service department.I recently had some front bumper work done (fender bender through insurance) on my 2014 Jeep SRT that required the front bumper to be replaced along with the parking sensors. The body shop that did the repair sent my SRT over to Fort Collins Jeep to have them take a peak at the Parking Sensor 2, as it was throwing a code. Jeep proceeded to keep the vehicle for several days stating their techs could not find the issue after testing all the wires. They recommended replacing the parking assist module (PAM) to which I told Devin (service adviser) to see if insurance would approve that since they already did the sensors and all wires tested good. He went ahead and replaced the PAM without any approval and it did not remedy the Sensor 2 issue. They stated they would need to pull the bumper off and further inspect, to which my body shop wanted the vehicle back since they did the front bumper work. Upon letting Jeep know we would be picking it up, they asked us for payment on the PAM. I asked if Devin spoke to insurance to get approval and he did not. He took it upon himself to push the work through, knowing full well that it was an insurance case. I reasoned with Devin, since I am in the auto industry, and paid wholesale for the part so that both sides could walk away. Something I did not need to do, but I wanted everyone to be taken care of. Fast forward to getting the SRT back to the body shop and we notice several parts of my SRT were damaged by Jeep.Jeep started by removing bolts from under the bumper and then needed to remove the passenger wheel-well trim. They proceeded to use a RAZOR BLADE on my brand new, recently replaced, wheel well to get under it. They went around the clips and then proceeded to leave said bolts from the bumper and the trim piece they hacked out under my hood just rattling around. Lucky nothing else went wrong with those under there. Upon further inspection, they also snapped the trim piece inside the cargo area of the SRT, where they replaced the PAM sensor. Wow. Nice work Jeep!Fast forward to today, Jeep will only make it right if I bring the SRT back to them to fix the trim in the cargo area that they broke. Apparently they wont do anything for the wheel-well they hacked up. You think I am going to bring my SRT back to you after you used a razor blade to hack up the work a body shop just completed? No thanks. Waiting to see what Jeep will remedy as a solution as I will NEVER be bringing my Jeep or any other work needed to them. Never again! Take you Jeep needs anywhere but here!!!!Absolutely shocking that they would treat a vehicle such as this with such disrespect and lack of concern for other peoples property. No wonder they dont have any SRT jeeps on that lot...they probably arent trusted with them and for good reason.Stay away from Fort Collins Jeep!UPDATE 4/20: Bob Lee (service manager) and Steve Hardy (GM) wont take my phone calls even when their receptionists advised me they were there. They continue to TEXT me without any solution by beating around the bush. They broke parts and need to replace them, not very complicated.Rude phone call from Bob Lee led to him saying he will not do anything for the fender that his tech did a precision cut on. Said he will look into the rear damage and nothing else even though his tech hacked it up. He told me he would like a BBB complaint over $200 worth of parts they damaged.

As much as I still believe Josh (Internet Manager) is a con artist whose success, if any, is based on lying and cheating customers who put their faith in him, (examples include misrepresentation, lying about Carfax, lying about damage and repair, vehicle not being inspected, cleaned or even having the oil changed before I picked it up, ETC).  That all being said, the vehicle really is a great running car. Jeff Sheldahl and the service department are the exact opposite.I had a problem on a vehicle purchased 10 months ago and Jeff went to the general manager and arranged for reduced rates on parts and labor.  Another problem appeared the next day and the service department was able to look at and resolve the problem without an appointment the next day.  We needed to replace another vehicle last Halloween and instead of purchasing another used car, Jeff showed us the benefits of leasing and proved that it has changed since our last lease forty years ago. It is only due to Jeff that we now have two Jeeps (one used and one new). That is the type of service customers want and expect.  That type of service, sadly,  has become a lost art but it is refreshing to know Jeff Sheldahl still works for the customer after the sale is done.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Supposedly their Jeep certified tech did some rewiring and replaced the PCM in our 2002 Jeep Cherokee. Less than 24 hours later, it wouldnt start. Returned it to Jeep and Devin immediately deflected. He completely discredited the possibility that the tech didnt do the job right or possibly even diagnose it correctly and blamed it on something else being wrong with the vehicle without even looking at it. They proceed to tell us the vehicle isnt throwing any codes and started for them every time. Take it home, and once again, it dies in the morning on my husbands way to work AGAIN! $1,100 later and we have a vehicle broke down on the side of the road and no explanation as to why it keeps doing this. Not to mention my husband was late to work and is now missing a full day of work because of this. $1,100 and they jeopardize his job! DO NOT take your vehicle to their service shop! They have no problem taking your money and every issue finding a solution to the actual problem. Completely unprofessional, incompetent and greedy is what I rate them as.

If I could give no stars, I would. On March 4th, 2020 I took my car in to have a check engine light checked out. I was told by Devin that the error was caused by my catalytic converter and that would need to be replaced. On June 11th, 2020 I took my car in again to have a tire pressure sensor replaced and to double check if anything besides the catalytic converter needed repair. I was charged $110 to be told by Bryanthat the catalytic converter was all that needed to be repaired. Today, on June 30th, I brought the car in to have the catalytic converter replaced, as the dealership had previously advised on two separate occasions. I made an appointment for 8:15 am since that was the only available drop off time. Sadly, this facilitys poor customer service and management really started to show. No one had confirmed before my scheduled appointment that the part that I needed was in fact in stock. I was told that it was my responsibility as much as theirs to be sure the part was in-stock and that they werent able to check if the part was in-stock because they had no record of what part I needed, even though on two different occasions I had paid to have this checked on. I had made this appointment specifically to replace the catalytic converter, on their advice that it required replacement. Of all of the Jeep dealerships Ive been to, and Ive been to many across the country, I have never been told that it is my responsibility to remind them of their own stock and what repairs they have suggested. Ive never been this disappointed with a Jeep facility and their inability to maintain their own records.

When I arrived, they could not find my paperwork or receipt information for several minutes. Then, had forgot where they parked my car (right out front of the service department).

Didnt know how to do something so recommend to put the new part in but a 1500 dollars all it needed was reset which my brother did and he fixed the problem. Without the having to buy anything or replace. Jeep is a joke customer service is lousy. Love there vehicles though.

From the minute we got onto the lot, working with Ryan Buller was an easy experience, almost like buying a car from a friend. He found the exact used vehicle that we were looking for, and once we drove it, there was nothing left to do but paperwork and head home in our new ride... we will definitely reach out to Ryan at Fort Colins Jeep for our next vehicle purchase.

I’ve bought and sold many vehicles in my life. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend Mike Strickland enough as my sales man. Also, Michael Woolery and Greg Lerew were incredible.I had a problem/misunderstanding with the vehicle I picked up. Two weeks after discovering the misunderstanding (not having a feature that I thought the vehicle had) this team went out of their way to make it right to include exchanging the vehicle and working with my lender to make it happen.Thankyou very much for being great examples of Jeep People.

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. Avoid this dealership/service department!! They “supposedly” installed a shifter cable in our Jeep Liberty. In the process, they didn’t install it properly and caused a shifter alignment issue. So now Drive was actually in the D2 position and Reverse was in the Neutral position. Then they tried to charge us $750 for a new shifter assembly…..the issue that they caused. First, the service advisor Jodi Frost said it was a coincidence that this “new” problem had occurred. She added that the work that they did on the shifter cable was no where close to the shifter assembly that now “supposedly” needed replacing. I called Service Manager Bob Lee who said that we all drive by motor memory and our car probably had this problem all along. Implying that we hadn’t noticed we had to shift to the Neutral position for Reverse??? When I didn’t agree, he said what Jodi had said that the work on the shifter cable was no where near the shifter assembly (but couldn’t explain himself). When I didn’t agree, he tried another story and said that a drink had been spilled on the shifter assembly(by us) and had “gummed it up”. And, that was now the cause. Anything to shift the blame to the customer. So when I disagreed with all his ridiculous stories, he ended the conversation by saying “I”m not buying you a shifter!!” So, I took the Jeep to my independent mechanic in Denver. He provided me with a picture of the shifter cable and described how it is attached (which Bob Lee couldn’t do). Shockingly, the shifter cable does connect to the shifter assembly. So, either Service Manager Bob Lee and Jodi Frost are clueless = BAD or they lied = WORSE. The new shifter assembly that they said we needed was actually a loose shifter cable adjusting screw!! That’s right, the part that they improperly installed. My mechanic was “amazed”(to use his words) that Fort Collins Jeep couldn’t figure it out and also, that they didn’t know how to properly install the shifter cable. So, I called the General Manager Steve Hardy thinking he would want to know this information. I told him his service department had tried to charge me $750 for a new shifter assembly when my mechanic charged me just $25 to tighten a screw because his guys didn’t know how to install the shifter cable. He talked a lot , interrupted a lot and generally seemed confused as to why we were talking. I asked him to get with his people and get to the bottom of this. The next day he called and gave me another ridiculous story of how they figured out that the shift cable “actually does” connect to the shifter assembly but in a different place and couldn’t have caused the problem. One last attempt to shirk the responsibility. Everyone I spoke with was rude, seemed inept at any customer service, refused to take responsibility even when the facts are staring them in the face. Steve defended the honesty of the operation even though the facts don’t back that up. He didn’t deny they were incompetent. No apologies ….ever. He did offer me $25 for the work that I had done to fix their error. What a joke! There are a lot more details to this story. We sent an 11 page complaint letter to Jeep and they agreed that this was a “horrible” situation. Unfortunately, since Fort Collins Jeep is owned privately by Doug Moreland, they have no control other than to file a complaint against the dealership. Which they did. We are following up with Doug Moreland. Avoid this dealership…..dishonest and incompetent service department, Service Manager and General Manager.

Seemed extremely disorganized when I checked in and gave me incorrect information several times about the recall on my vehicle. I was told I would be able to pick up my Jeep in about an hour and was advised to wait at some local businesses until they called. I waited 3 hours and they closed for the night without calling me that my Jeep would be kept overnight. Very inconvenient and frustrating experience.

I brought in my Cherokee for a brake light issue. It took them a week to diagnose and fix the brake lights not working. It also costed $400 for them to run a simple wire, something I could do myself for about $5, had I known what the issue was. And to top it off, as I was pulling out of their parking lot, my spare tire in the back fell over ontop of everything in the back (it was secured when I brought it in), AND my third (top) brake light literally fell off and is presumably smashed on College Ave. Not just the plastic cover, the whole light assembly. I would highly recommend you find another dealership or mechanic.

I had an amazing experience with Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. The sales manager, Mark Matson, made me feel like I was a friend, not just a customer. Yulia Avdeyeva guided me through the process of trading in my car and John Ores finalized my our purchase. I recommend this dealership to everyone!!!
