Of the several dealers we visited over the day, our visit to Nissan was the only one where we were met outside by and greeted by someone, instead of us going to track down assistance.We were welcomed, and it was immediately apparent we were speaking with someone who was trying to aid us- instead of simply sell us a car.There was real effort to find out what our needs are, and to meet or exceed them.Everywhere else is using the vehicle shortage as an easy excuse to throw their hands up and say you get what you get, if youre lucky- and everyone I spoke with at Nissan just viewed it as another obstacle they needed to help us navigate.

Since I live over 100 miles away I wont be servicing at this location. A friend recommended this dealership and I couldnt be more pleased with our experience from start to finish. Just bought aSubaru Crosstrek from Fort Collins Nissan. It was a great experience - Zach Thrash was a gentleman - no pressure. He is honest and very helpful. I had some family coming to town so they even gave me a car to borrow, so I could see my family, while my new car was being made ready for me to pick up following the weekend.

Service department is top notch. I went in when my car was acting funny after a month of having it and they didn’t think they’d get to me but would check the check engine code. They ended up getting the part replaced and had me out of there within an hour, with updates along the way.

Our experience with this dealer was excellent. We had taken our son’s vehicle in for a service and decided to look at some of their new inventory. Patrick kindly greeted us and let us test drive the vehicle. Due to the fair pricing of the vehicle and the no pressure sales we decided to make a purchase. The buying process was fair and price negotiations were smooth. There wasn’t the typical fight for a fair price with the financing group. Overall it was a good experience. The service group was also excellent to deal with. Zac was always in contact and very knowledgeable.

Just purchased a new truck from Cody A. at Ft. Collins Nissan. Cody, my salesperson, was friendly and listened to my needs in terms of utility in a vehicle and my budget. He was an absolutely pleasure to work with and Id not hesitate to purchase a car from Cody again.My only complaint was with Codys Sales Manager, also named Cody. Cody the Sales Manager was a bit brash and quick to dismiss me whenever I would make a reasonable counter-offer and almost lost Cody A, the salesperson, a sale. Luckily, common sense prevailed and my salesperson, Cody A. was able to work to get me a great deal on a new truck in this upside-down car market.Thanks again Cody A. You rock!

I had a great experience with a car purchase at Fort Collins Nissan. Patrick was great to work with. When I showed up, he was busy with another client, but the other staff at the dealership got me started by allowing me to look at and test drive a couple of vehicles. This made good use of my time. Then, when Patrick returned, he took me to one of the used cars I was looking at that was at a different dealership getting detailed. Everyone went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. I didnt feel pressured at any time. In the end, I purchased a new 2021 Nissan Rogue. The process went smoothly and relatively quickly. After the sale, I was able to reach out to Patrick about a couple of questions I had (I live out of the state) and he quickly returned my message. I originally came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It turned out that my battery needed to be replaced, and they quoted me $135 for it. It turned out that the battery actually cost $235, but because they quoted me a lower price they honored it. I was in shock because not many places would do that, but Fort Collins Nissan did. This is why I wont go anywhere else for service on my car.

I had the most amazing experience purchasing a Nissan Leaf from this dealership. The sales associate who facilitated the purchase was Alex Thompson. Alex made himself available via text and email. As someone with social anxiety, this helped me tremendously to feel at ease.Alex wasnt pushy and was super straight forward about what incentives I qualified for. When I asked him for time to think about it, he was respectful of that boundary; unlike other sales people that I have encountered who kept calling, emailing and texting despite me asking for time to do research and before making a decision.I would 100% recommend this dealership and, specifically, requesting Alex T. to be your sales associate. He got me a much better deal than what was being offered to me in Denver and Aurora. He even found a driver to deliver my vehicle all the way to Aurora from Fort Collins. Best car buying experience ever!

I bought a Nissan Pathfinder last year and purchased the extended warranty from First Extended Service Corp. My car was in a accident and totaled not even a year later. When I called financing to have them send the refund to the bank he told me that this policy is NON REFUNDABLE. I was never told that when I was purchasing this. I was never informed about this. Nissan Financing NEEDS to personally tell people this. Now Im screwed out of this money. Ins paid for my vehicle but Nissan stuck me with a extended warranty bill that I will NEVER use!!!!! I will never buy from Nissan again. My family has been a Nissan family for years. Not anymore!!!! Tynans Nissan was a lot better than Fort Collins Nissan. First time buying from Fort Collins Nissan was the last time buying from Fort Collins Nissan!!!!

To be honest I have been disappointed in the last many service appointments that I have had for my vehicles, so much so that I have thrown around the idea of going to another dealership to get my service done, even though they are not local. However, Justin P. in the service department, took great care of me this time. Best service I have had in a long time here.

I have used this locations service department twice now for warranty work. Both times have been very positive experiences. I am writing this because the first time I went in they didnt install a toolbox lock cover because it wasnt in stock. I took it in a month or so later for separate issue due to prior oil change where a different service department had not tightened the oil filter. I just noticed, they installed the rubber lock cover without me reminding them or requesting it. Every time I have been in their facility, they have been professional and concerned. I never felt dismissed and never have they been argumentative. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

I got my first oil change, and I was about 15 minutes early, they took my car back right away, wait time was exceptional! Kudos to the whole team!! Very friendly, very on top of things. I also needed my tires rotated, and they did it without hesitation.

A scam of a business, I miss the days it was owned by the Tynans. I have referred friends and family here for years, only to have my mom and sister be continuously lied to and taken advantage of by this place. We originally brought my sisters car in because it was making a noise. Somehow this led to us bringing this car in not once, not twice but THREE times. First time? They broke one of the hub caps..didnt say anything until we asked. Second time? Two more hub caps fell off. Third time? Noise is still not fixed, we have three hub caps fallen off...miraculously we now somehow need new tires....AND new hub caps. I have never seen a place lack such transparency and take such advantage of people. Dont ever bring your business here, we went somewhere else and EVERY SINGLE ISSUE WAS SOLVED in one go around. I have never written a google review like this before, but I have long recommended this place and have never been so let down before to hear of such poor service.

The service department is great but for the last week-week and a half I have been getting calls at 6-6:30 in the morning almost every day about them wanting me to trade my truck in. It is completely unacceptable to call that early in the morning looking for sales. Ill never buy a vehicle from them just because of that

Luckily the product saved the sale in this case. Brutal experience on my part as the customer, starting with the initial trip to just see the vehicle that was dragged out over 2 and a half hours and ended with having to metaphorically shake off one of the sales people refusing to let me leave.Once ready to buy vehicle, asked how long the process of closing should be. Was told an hour and a half, took you guys 6 hours in all from the time the check was handed over. Lost a lot of confidence in the various people that worked with me because their time estimates of certain processes ended up all being very much a lie.Far too complicated and unenjoyable process. In today’s world, efficient businesses thrive and Fort Collins Nissan should be worried. Luckily most of the workers, except for the sales person refusing to let me leave, seemed genuinely nice but as mentioned, confidence in their ability was diminished multiple times.Easy problems to fix as a business, toss out the bottleneck issue of sales piling up on the finance desk, and respect the customer.Interested now in Nissan more as a company on the whole and plan to do more business with them in the near future, but potentially through a different means because I’ve spent more than enough time working with Fort Collins Nissan already.

Transmission & Oil servicing, outstanding job! Justin was exceptional, and helped change my perception of going to the dealership. This is COVID, not the end. We assumed it would take the entire afternoon. The FC Nissan team took care of for both our service requests in about an hour. I took my car in cause the traction lights were on and the e-brake light was on. I also needed to have some locking lug nuts popped off cause I didnt have the key. An hour later I get a 2500 quote to fix some things as follows: rear pads and rotors needed immediate replacement, needs new plugs, needed brake fluid flushed, serpentine belt replaced and some other little things, but now my complaint. I took my car to another shop and they looked at my brakes and said there was still 75% life left on the pads and the rotors were still within specs, but not according to Nissan? I am only giving 2 stars cause they replaced my lugs for free and the inspection was free as well. My advice get second opinions before doing any work there, unless its under warranty.

I bought my certified used Nissan Leaf here. Their website is very informative with car features, photos and CarFax reports. They answered my queries via text messages and phone calls. If the car was already sold, they told me. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. When my sales guy had a day off the other sales guy jumped right in to help me. Ft. Collins Nissan moved the car from Greeley to Ft. Collins just so I could look at it. They follow Covid19 safety protocols. Their prices are very reasonable. After the purchase they delivered the car to my house 8 miles away.
