Poor customer service from beginning to end. This was a true nightmare of an experience.I originally booked the appointment online. The only availability was a month out. Car repairs are busy, so understandable. A day before the appointment, I received a call saying their online portal wasnt working and that the appointment I booked wasnt available. The next availability was another month away. Hiccups in systems can happen. I wanted to take my car to a Ford shop, so I booked the new appointment.When the time came for my new appointment, the service rep told me they wouldnt be able to actually look at my car until the middle of the following week. I already had my rental lined up, and my car wasnt running well, so dropped it off. What is the point of booking an appointment if the company cant adhere to their own schedule...After innumerable calls, and repeated delays, a month passed before all was said and done. The car needed a new clutch. I also asked them to do an oil change, and check out one of the tires for leaks. When I received the car back, they did not do the oil change or check the tire. The tire in question had a pressure of 10 (out of 32) when I received it...When I checked out, I reviewed the charges on the invoice. There was a $100 charge tacked on for Quick Lane Inspection. As they didnt do the oil change, I asked what this was for. The service rep explained that this service should actually be free as part of the repair. They removed the $100 charge, but who knows how many customers they have already hit with this tacked on charge.Needless to say, I will never go back here, and do not recommend anyone does.

This location has had common problems from the previous owners. Falsifying repair work, harassing calls for good reviews, etc.Was hoping that with Ken G buying the location, things would be better. Any Ken G in Utah has 5 star service. But, nothing seems to have changed at this location under new management. Called in to set an appointment with the repair shop. Can’t get a single person to pick up the phone. Eventually getting someone, but told me someone would call back to book an appointment. Hours later, I call back in just to get my appointment set. Only to be told it’s going to be weeks before we could even plug a diagnostics tool in.Hopefully they can work out the staffing issue. Seems to be bad staff from previous owners.Edit: Loveland & Greeley locations are awesome. Call there if you need help.

I cant say enough about the friendly, helpful staff in Parts & Service! Matt, in Parts, went out of his way to help me find what I needed & was prepared to contact other Ford dealers who might have what I needed if they didnt. Claire, in Service, was beyond kind and cheerful, surroprting my understanding of the process throughout. Eric was able to explain & finish the job while I waited. Everything about my experience at Garff Ford exceeded my expectations!

I live 60 miles from this dealership and they worked hard to do regular maintenance and handle my warranty items so I would not have to make 2 trips. My service advisor (wish I could remember his name) kept me informed as to progress. Everything I wanted done was completed satisfactorily. Waiting area was spacious and clean.I ordered some accessories and worked with Matt. Part of what I want is tied up in the supply chain problems, but Matt has kept me up to date.I am happy with the service and parts at this dealership. I will be a repeat customer.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Let me say the sales man was nice however everything after has been horrible. I have not received anything that was agreed upon or promised to be completed in the contract. I bought a new Ford Ranger. When I bought this truck there there was a hole in the bumper. This was written in the agreement to have fixed. I would not have bought the truck if I new my brand new truck with leave the lot in that condition. I have tried many times to make an appointment to get it fixed and have been passed on to many people. I bought my truck in July and its now October. Luis the sales man started out so friendly however since making is money on a sale has dropped the ball over and over. I also paid extra for a package to get things like a clear bra, tinted windows etc. Do you think that has been followed though with? I have called multiple times, sent multiple texts and now have contact a manger with a promise that he will personally handle this and contact me with an appointment day. Has that happened? It has not! At this point I will be heading up the chain and no longer be dealing directly with this dealership. I love the truck its been amazing, however this dealership has been nothing but a head ache and broken promises.

Bought an explorer here and had a recall done and a part replaced under warranty. New part is faulty. Took so long to get repairs, i will just live with the problem before trying to get them to fix it again. Also paid for the extended warranty that covers everything except tires. Tried to get my cracked windshield and streaking wiper blades( both covered under the warranty) replaced, and was told the 3 chips arent bad enough to get the windshield replaced. Even though one is right in the drivers line of sight. DO NOT buy any extended warranty from here. I even tried to also buy an f 250 and was told i only need an f150. I suggest buying from elsewhere. Corporate should shut down this con mans dealership or be sued. I bet i will get the please let us know what we can do to help. Sorry we didnt give you a 5 star service. How bout you honor warranties people pay for.

Would probably give minus 5 stars if possible! Tried buying this vehicle and was told it was this price in the picture posted and when I called to make sure it was available since its an hour away all of a sudden its a 10k mark up on the truck!! Be cool to know that before I went and got my title on my vehicle and down payment for nothing now!! Not very good business if you ask me and just trying too hustle people!!

First off there is a 1 star rating because it forced you to have at least 1 star. They deserve a -5 star rating in reality. My wife took her vehicle to this Ford dealer to have recall work done on the brakes. Sounds simple, right. She picked the car up and was told to go around the car and identify damage. No damage found but you could not see the top of the vehicle, sun roof. The service shop did a pre inspection before the car was accepted and never mentioned anything about the glass being broke. So she leaves and when see opened the sun roof it had a sizable crack. There was a spot of impact from something heavy like a tool or something that had made contact and broke the glass. My wife called the service manager and they refuse to take care of it. What kind of business model is that? I called him and he told me contact my insurance company and they will handle it. Very disappointed in this dealership. I have owned Ford cars and trucks for over 60 years now. Do not take your car to this dealership. I can promise you they will never get another penny from me.

Brought my truck in for routine maintenance and got home and the oil filter was leaking oil all over my drivewayI took it back and told the service manager exactly where my truck was leaking from and they sprayed it off and told me it was good. I knew better so I wasted time going to breakfast so it would start leaking again and took it back and had to actually show them where it was leaking to get it fixed. Would not recommend. The service department is a joke

It is illegal to sell you a used car and not disclose that its under an active safety recall. However these people did and they couldnt care less. They took our $80k and will not call us back.This is not the first issue we had during the sale of our truck. The service director Scott actually gave us his personal number because our sales person lied to us about a few things and we ended up with $1500 of free services to make up for it. A week later our fuel pump had to be replaced (this is a new truck). We tried sending the sales Director a video since he asked us to deal with him personally, but he wouldnt call us back. So we went to another dealership for the repair, where we found out the truck was under a safety recall.I called Scott trying to see if they did the repairs themselves on it, and he wont call me back. So I tried to call the owners of the dealership and they also will not call me back.So, either they did not do their due diligence to find out that the truck had a safety recall, or they knew and illegally chose not to disclose it to us.Im filing a complaint with the dept of revenue. Do not come here.

My service appointment went smoothly from the time I called to the time that I picked my truck up after the service was completed.1. INITIAL CALL: The call surprised me because I did not have my call transferred to someone that I would end up leaving a message with. There was an actual person who listened carefully to what I wanted done, then repeated it back to me to ensure correctness.2. DROPPING OFF: Dropping off at the scheduled time was easy with no wait. and the service writer (Gryphon) was very professional and courteous while he verified the details of what was to be done3. COURTESY SHUTTLE: The driver was ready at the specified time. The vehicle was clean and we were efficiently driven to our destinations.4. VEHICLE PICK UP: I was contacted when the vehicle was ready and was able to pick it up once I arrived. All work and charges were explained - Thank you Gryphon!

Generally ok. Had to come back in and ask to get print out of The Works inspection. When I looked it over, some data was missing; e.g., battery cranking amps. The battery positive terminal boot was left flopped over out of place. There was dripping oil from the oil change service and coolant dripping (and smell that took a few days to go away) from the cooling system flush service. Theres more relative to how a spark plug service was described and priced that caused me to not want to schedule it with Garff and go in a different direction. Collectively these things left me a bit nervous about the quality of the actual work performed. If you have a watchful eye - this service department is probably ok.

To start, when I called to make the appointment the soonest available was six weeks out. I understand that we do have a health crisis at the moment so I should prob give them some lee-way with this. They did the oil change but they didn’t find either of the problems that I took it in for. The issue I have is that they didn’t even connect it up to a diagnosing tool, they simply drove it and said they didn’t notice anything. This is the second time I have brought it in for this issue, left the car overnight (because it only happens on a cold start), yet they find nothing. Next thing, they call me and say it is ready, I said I will come right away to pick it up. I get to the dealership about 45 minutes later (there is not a single customer in the service area and only one customer sitting in the waiting area) and I say I am there to get the car and they say “Oops, I don’t have the paperwork, if you could go to the waiting area, it will be about 10 to 15 minutes”. I suppose I am supposed to give them another pass for Pandemic but it’s more difficult considering I didn’t come until they called me and no customers where anywhere to be seen. OK, fine, it’s not too long. Some quick background, I have had an extended warranty and an extended service contract on the car since new, the contract numbers are listed on the service papers every time I have work done. But this time the maintenance agreement was not listed and they charged me $145. I said what happened to my maintenance contract, she said it was cancelled. I said why, she said she didn’t know, she showed me the computer and there was no date that I could see, no reason, just cancelled. I asked he if I could talk to someone and she said the only person there I could talk to was the finance guy. I didn’t understand how he could help, and I was upset so I just paid it and left. One final thing. I had my customer ID in my hand and was ready to read it off to him when I dropped off the car, he said no problem, he didn’t want to take the time and would just look it up and include it. After I leave I do not see my I’d number on the paperwork and as of a couple days later I do not see it listed on my online service tracking. So not only should I have not had to pay, after I did pay I didn’t even get their “rewards points”.

Very poor communication, recently took my Ford Escape there to get serviced. Multiple phone calls multiple promises they would get back to us. Replaced a brand new battery that was just installed and didn’t give me my battery back. They said it was in my vehicle but when I got home it was nowhere to be found. Their customer service is downright unprofessional. I will not be back and I hope others see this and think twice about buying a vehicle here or taking your car here to get serviced.

5 stars only for the the fact they were able to get me in the next day , replace my brakes and were fast and efficient!!!! Service/repair never disappoints 🙌 I have been a Ford customer for 5 years and only bring my Explorer here for everything ! My only complaint and frustration is the customer service , every time I walk in everyone is always scrambling around and customers feel ignored . Nobody greets you when you walk in and it’s almost like you have to scream to get any assistance! If the desk folks were more attentive and friendly i would have no complaints .

Dealerships are usually hit or a miss and Spradley Barr Ford was definitely a hit. Me and my girlfriend both bought our vehicles from here and it was a good experience both times. Was never hassled or followed around like I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Jason Huber sold us both of our vehicles, my girlfriends 2018 Ford Focus and my 2019 Ford Ranger. Worked with us every step of the way and helped us get the perfect deals we were looking for. If you go in ask for Jason! He definitely won’t let you down.

Buying out my 39 month lease from the Spradley Barr dealership in Fort Collins, Co was one of the worst experiences of my life. When I tendered the contract residual price, I was told I owed an additional $800 as a reasonable fee. The paper work to complete this buyout took an hour and thus a reasonable fee. There is no control or cap on what the dealership can charge as a reasonable fee. Further at no time during the original lease time nor during the lease period nor during two additional meetings with representatives of the dealership to discuss the purchase of a different car was I informed of this $800 reasonable fee that would be charged.

I recently bought my first new vehicle, my dream car. It was obviously a stressful situation that I was unfamiliar with. Luis was my guy. Not only was he super friendly and attentive, he also made sure he was available and had no problem answering just about any question that came to mind, and I had a ton. Let me start by saying. I was in a pretty dire situation when I walked in here today. Between not very good credit and being drastically upside down on my trade due to a high interest rate. With all that being said. Larry and the team here still got a deal done for me on a brand new vehicle. With little carry over and a much lower rate than I expected. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. I am very happy that I stopped in here and gave them a chance to help me. If you are in the market for a vehicle. Took car in for repair in July. Car is still there waiting, apparently, on a part for a known recall issue/warranty covered. Was told 4-6 weeks, which lapsed weeks ago. Main issue is communication: Ken Garff has NEVER reached out to us to update on the status. Not once. We have the phone records to prove that. This is unacceptable business practice, and when (or...IF) our car is ever repaired, well never bring it to this dealership again.

I had to have my engine replaced at 55,000 miles due to coolant leaking into the second engine cylinder. The service representative was very friendly and helpful, even making sure to have my car back to me in only a week. However, on a road trip only about 1000 miles into the new engine my service engine light turned on and stayed on. I had to take my car into a Ford Dealership and delay the continuation of my trip by almost two weeks just to learn that when the engine was replaced, the techs missed a step, which was causing the service engine light to keep coming on. Great customer service, but missing this key step cost me a lot of time out of my vacation.

Bought a beautiful new truck unexpectedly. Very kind and helpful til we drove off the lot. Have tried to reach service manager, sales manager, sales person, via numerous, emails, calls and messages. No one seems to respond back. We are waiting for parts on back order and reimbursement for services that were promised. So very disappointing to have to go through all this trouble and be ignored after spending the large amount of money for a vehicle we have saved our whole lives for. Have always shopped Ford dealers and never been treated so poorly. Heart breaking actually. I also have never put out a bad review on anything ever!! I guess unless you are a maybe Colorado native you might be appreciated for your purchase. I would suggest looking at other Ford dealers if looking for a new vehicle.

DO NOT do business here especially if you are buying a used vehicle.I purchased a 2016 4runner from this dealership on or about January 10th. The salesman “Torrey” explained that this was his best friends vehicle that he trade in with them. He personally insured me that this vehicle was in tip top shape. I was shown a 120 inspection page briefly and told that everything on this vehicle works.Keep in mind, this is a 5 year old vehicle with very low miles. It has some aftermarket items on it and very clean. There is a winch mounted on this vehicle and there was no winch controller. I explained to the salesman that I need the winch controller before purchase and he gave me the previous owners phone number to contact to get it. He said he would take care of that. I agreed and made the purchase.2 days after purchase the front door locks quit. I figured being a used vehicle this stuff happens and went and had them replaced. Not an issue.1 week after there is a grinding coming from the front end Andy 3rd party mechanic says my hub bearings are bad. 50k miles? Hmmm ok. I order the parts and have yet to have them installed.While at the mechanic, I have them go over the vehicle and do their own inspection. They found that the front cab mounts have been cut from the vehicle and not replaced because of clearance issues. This seems to be a major safety issue to me.During all this time, the previous owner offers to “sell” the winch controller to me and various other parts he removed from the vehicle. Trying to make a deal and maybe pick up some extra parts, he completely quits talking to me. At this point I have a winch hook that is almost dragging the ground and beating up the front of my “new to me” truck.Fast forward to today “3 weeks from purchase” The previous owner says he left the controller in the 4runner when he traded it in, not long after he tried selling it to me. Keep in mind this is apparently the salesman’s best friend. I return to the conversation to the salesman and in no short terms was told to pound sand.Now. Toyota is looking at replacing the frame on this vehicle. I have to buy another winch controller unit plus various other mechanical parts and the dealership gave me a big middle finger.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Made what could have been a desperate and depressing situation a pleasant experience. We were in Ft. Collins visiting from Texas when our 7 year old Explorer decided it was time to give up. Brian, Anthony, and the entire team were great in helping us work through our options without being pushy. They even gave us a generous trade-in amount. If this is how well they treat someone that does not live here and is not likely to be a repeat customer, I can only imagine how great they are to work with for people living in the area.

Made an appointment for an oil change, showed up 15 minutes early for appointment that was well over a week out. I was told it would be a 3-hour wait before they could start on it. I had a mid morning appointment 10:00 11:00 I dont remember exactly, he wanted me to wait around the dealership till 2:00 or so before they would do the oil change then I would get out of there probably after 3: 00. I did not receive a call to come in later or ask if I wanted to reschedule or anything before I showed up and was then told. I felt that by 9:00 a.m. when I had to leave when you open at 7:00 a.m. you would know that you were running 3 to 4 hours behind schedule and should start doing something about it. I feel that my time is not hugely important but it is to me. Rescheduled with them again to make another appointment two weeks later which was there next available, and the next available weekend appointment was going to be over a month. Service writer explained to me that someone called in. So as I said once again you open at 7:00 I would think by 8:00 or 9:00 you would know that they werent there and you would need to change your schedule for the day.Dealership seems to have a lot of turnover of employees in the year and a half since I bought my new truck that Ive been dealing with them. Theres been 3-4 different service writers.Ive been a dealership technician for 23 years. I completely understand the business and the service department in a dealership. Im also at the point that Im tired of changing oil so I buy a maintenance program with my new vehicles if the price is right. It also works out well if theres a warranty problem that theyre claiming maintenance wasnt done.I may be expecting to much or setting the bar to high, but I really dont think I am. You sold me product I paid for in advance and I expect you to do what you say you will do. Whether thats be here at this time or Im going to do this labor for you.So anyway, just thought Id let you know what my experience was.

I have had nothing but the very best service and attention since making the change. Where to even begin.A year ago around this time I decided to place a special order on the BRONCO and at the time it was $100 to reserve. Thought maybe Ill do it, if not, lost a hundred bucks. Playing with the idea, I went ahead and selected everything Id want on the vehicle with help from Sean K. one of the fleet managers. It was nice hearing his opinion on options available.The options I chose pushed delivery date back to Spring of 2022. Again not a bad thing, gave me more time to convince myself to go for it!Two nights ago I received a personal message from the GM Anthony Pernice saying my Bronco was here. Still having spring in my head, I thought the man was crazy. I was, and I HATE to say this, wrong. My Bronco Had arrived.Today 10.9.2021 I drove over to the store to do paperwork and pick up (still working on nickname) the Bronco.. excited but paperwork am I right.I walk in and am instantly greeted with a smile from the other fleet Manager, Paul P. Timing couldnt have been better, walking into Pauls office, Marty the Detailer pulls up with this gorgeous big blue monster of a Bronco. Increased heart rate. After filling out paperwork literally as fast as I could, Paul took me out to my car and did the best New Car delivery I have ever experienced, sadly, I sold new vehicles back in the day and he put my delivery to shame.Got done with Paul and headed into financing where Bill S. was a Rockstar, got me the extra coverage I wanted and steered me away from what I didnt need. Edit: called the number below last week to resolve my complaint. Still no call back. Trash customer service 9/22/21I bought my used car from them in November 2020 with a 150K warranty. A few months down the road after a trip to Vail, my car wouldnt accelerate past 60 mph. Called Ford someone told me just to bring it over and theyll look at it. When I got there the service associates told me I needed to go to Buick since that is the make of my car and they didnt have the tools. I asked about my warranty and they said they would transfer to Buick.. not how that works! I called Buick and luckily it was covered under manufacturer warranty.Most recently (2 weeks ago)I brought my car in for simple oil change. On the way home I noticed the smell of burning oil. I just trumped it up to someone spilt a little when refilling my reservoir.5 miles later after the car was parked for 2 days, my check engine light came on when I was driving. By the time I got home, my car had smoke coming from it. I opened the hood and their technician left the oil fill cap off! I had 2-3quarts of oil ALL over my engine. Brought it in to Ford the next morning. After diagnosising the problem, they sent my car to Buick. They said if Buick can prove we cause the failure then we will pay to fix and a rental car. Called several mechanics and they said there is no definite way of proving how the turbo failed but could be caused by not having enough oil pressure + oil getting into my turbo. So Ford has washed their hands or any wrong doing. Left me with $6200 in repairs. Luckily, its being assessed by warranty. If warranty doesnt cover this, I will be taking further action.

I went to get my Ford Escape fixed and the mechanics took three weeks to fix my car and when I went their to pick it up they couldn’t find my car. Additionally, the speedometer did not work anymore! Some of the most unintelligent people I’ve ever done business with. Good place to buy a car but the mechanics department needs some help!

I’ve been using spradley Ford for almost 10 years now since I bought my truck first service after switching to Ken Garff was not a good one, 1st show up and get terrible rude customer service to check in my vehicle for oil change.2 no it was done very fast called me within 45 minutes to say truck was done do that was nice. 3rd after picking up vehicle on my way home someone flags me down cause I’m dragging something under my truck after inspection it’s the dust shield that is removed to change the oil someone did not put the bolts in all the way or didn’t tighten them so I had to crawl under the truck on side of the road to tie it up out of the way and now have to order to fasteners to put it back together guess my time with Ford in Fort Collins is done.

There is zero communication between the service department and their customers. They, on every occasion I have been there, have scheduled the wrong service, forgotten to schedule something (causing them to have to schedule another appointment), and have no interest in completing tasks in a timely manner. They don’t tell you that if you schedule an appointment for 9am, that they won’t even start until 11am. They cannot keep track of warranty work & plans on their system, which leads to confusion when leaving every single time. While they eventually get the job done, they are in no hurry to make you feel welcome. Rather, they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I would never purchase a vehicle from them based on these experiences and am ready to take all service work to another dealership.

He took the time to explain what our car needed and he made it happen for us. We really like that they rotate the tires as well as giving our Fusion an oil change. Finally, a service department I feel that I can trust and rely on! As someone who has had a few too many poor experiences at dealership service centers, Luis helped to build trust and earn my respect through his customer-oriented approach. I really appreciated his honest, clear and timely communication.I took my Focus in for a bearing replacement, and the work was done for similar cost to other local shops, but with the Ford guarantee behind it. They also found a cracked coolant tank and repaired that (with my approval), and made sure everything was perfect before returning the car to me. The delivery back to my home on the north side of town was a really nice finishing touch.A note though: that online appointment booking is only for regular service and maintenance (such as oil changes and tire rotations). Do yourself and your technician a favor and call to book an appointment for anything else.

Called to purchase used vehicle in the morning and was told it was getting painted, but that they’d call me as soon as it was out, most likely that day. Never heard back. Called again that evening and left a voicemail for my “guy”. Next day, didn’t hear back so called again and was told the vehicle sold after it was brought back from getting painted the day before. Really disappointed in the lack of service. If they treat prospective customers this way, gives me little faith that they’d be good post sale.

I brought my car in for an issue under the warranty. I was told my warranty had ended. I called Loveland Ford, they confirmed my cars active warranty and described how the work should get completed. Either they are grossly incompetent or are willingly to lie to avoid fulfilling a warranty claim. Do not waste your time and trust with this business. Take your car to Loveland Ford.

The first time I took my truck to Spradley Barr Ford in Fort. Collins for repairs the service rep/cashier handed me an itemized statement for over 700 dollars. What he failed to realize is the extended warranty company informed me that everything was paid for and covered under the warranty. He proceeded to hand me the proper paperwork with the hundred dollar deductible I had to pay instead of 700 dollars out of pocket. Once I brought it to his attention.The second time I took my truck to Spradley Barr Ford in Fort. Collins the service rep/ cashier argued with my extended warranty company. They asked me to never go there again.Today September 1st 2021 I rescheduled an appointment and was told later on in the day I had to wait till October. To be honest I feel as if I’m being discriminated against. Once I asked if there was a personal issue I was told “ I’m am not allowed at Spardley Barr Ford in Fort. Collins anymore.” I guess my assumption was right. Having severed in the Army as an Infantryman for eleven years, fighting in the middle doesn’t really matter once people see the color of your skin. It’s comes down to doing the right thing even when it doesn’t benefit you. I visited Ford towards my end of my lease. I wanted to either buy it out, trade it, or get another lease. Due to the market I quickly found out that buying it out is the better financial deal for my circumstance. Sales went out of their way to lead me down trading it, which is their job and I have no issue with. My vehicle was worth a lot, more to the dealer, due to inventory. I eventually decided to buy it out. Once I made this decision, the customer service was trying to punt my business elsewhere. This has made it very difficult to work with my credit union due to the unwillingness to help me when they know it won’t benefit them.

First two times I got my oil changed were great. Third time they left the oil cap on the hood of my truck luckily I noticed it before I got more than a mile or two. When I called to let them know this had happened they said they would speak to the service tech and they would quote take care of it next time. I go back today ask about the discount and told yes okay and then when I go to pay he looks up a coupon to use that saves me about $15. and then when I expressed my displeasure with being basically given a coupon he says Im just not going to charge you abruptly hands me my keys and that was it no paperwork.The only reason they get three stars is because when I spoke to the service manager he was much more polite and considerate I still will not be back but he did redeem the situation somewhat.

Took in 2019 F250 for an issue with my outside mirrors. Mirror glass would not move in the down direction but could tell they were trying, just seemed stuck. I left truck there for 4 hours. Later was told a master tech was needed to solve and most likely a wiring issue but tech was not available. I said no way. I took truck home and took mirrors apart myself and cleaned the moving parts. Now they work fine. Called the Service advisor back and told him they now work fine. He stated they are not allowed to take the mirrors apart but guess its okay to take the truck apart looking for mystery broken wire. I actually dont think the tech had a clue what he or she was doing or they did not even look at it. Most dealers give the warranty work to the new techs. Wish there was another Ford dealer close. Come on guys quit BSing your customers.
