This place has a nice customer area and they fixed the screw I had in my tire at no cost. It is an upgraded version of a competing tire shop. Im going to be trading or changing where I purchase my tires now. They had a nice large screen color television running some home improvement channel. Nicer than just staring at a blank white wall. Since they match prices no reason to go anywhere else.

This Les Schwab location clearly demonstrated how a company should be operated. Excellent customer service, friendly, honest and dependable. I was pleased with my service today as I was receiving a tire alignment. Pablo and Jared communicated with me and provided upstanding customer service. This level of service is rarely seen in many businesses these days. Thank you Les Schwab for treating me with respect and as valued customer!

How many places have you been that you can actually say that about?All in one day...went in for some new tires for the boat trailer & ended up with some news rims on the truck & car!I have so many amazing stories about Les Schwab that it actually seems unreal. One of the guys in the front desk is awesome! I came in because I needed valve stems on some wheels I just bought. He went out and quoted me, installed them and had me on my way in less the 5 min. I wish I would of got his name. Anyways thanks big time!

Extremely disappointed! Removed the wheels off my car and took them in to have the tires replaced i ordered online. I was told it would take no more than 1 hour to install 2 1/2 hours later i get my wheels back scratched and scuffed beyond reason. I had a mint condition set of black oem wheels. Very unprofessional BEWAREMy response to owner... Your equipment has NOTHING to do with the damage to my wheels. The work shop is very transparent in the waiting area. I literally watched the installer check his phone several times during the installation process and this is why my wheels ended up scratched/scuffed, lack of focus. My car is currently at the dealer for an emissions recall. I will be back as soon as i get the car back.

My son got a flat and tire split open. It took AAA 45 minutes to get to us and put spare on. The Manager was so extremely kind and understanding when I called 10 minutes before closing and let us come get a new tire. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGER

Their service is exceptionally good, and I get the feeling that honesty is part of their company culture... something I cant say about sears automotive who tried to charge my daughter for brake work she didnt need. If youre a lady, stay away from Sears.

Lazy is what I can say about my visit on 10/13/2021. Dropped it off for an alignment gave the specifications that my suspension manufacturer recommends to the tech and he was like if I cant get these specs on my computer alignment machine I wont do it . I am like cool but these specifications have been tired and true for my lift kit but he had an attitude like I didnt know any better. So drop off vehicles at 930am and gave me a call at 500pm said it was done I get there and they said on sorry the tech didnt get to because he could not do what was requested because he machine wouldnt let him do it. Coming from an automotive background thats a load of b.s. because I have done tons of alignments and the machine gives you perimeters to try and get into the green or correct setting per the computer and manufacturer. I had detailed instructions that have been able to accommodate from real alignment shops. This is the second sour taste this store has left me with. I will not be doing any business with any les schwab in the future.

Our first experience my husband and I took our truck for them to check the brakes they told us it would take an hour. So we left our truck went home. Hours has pass by, we notice it was 5:30pm they close 6pm they havent called us. So my husband called the sales advisor ask for update they told him that they didnt have price for brakes because the vehicle was to new its only 2019 Toyota Tacoma and they didnt have time to change them. My husband ask why didnt you call me at least. So we pick truck waste our time and had nothing done. We just so disappointed with the quality of service. Honestly sales advisors should take some customer service classes or etiquette classes on how properly treat their customers.

I take all my vehicles their and recommend them to my family and friends too. Staff are friendly and they have good customer service. Prices are good.

They refused to align my truck because it had aftermarket upper control arms for my lift kit. The technician refused to use shims to push my control arms back to get the alignment done. Nice lady’s at the registers, but the guys are full of it. Went to a different shop and had it done without a problem.

Ive had great experiences here the first when I purchased a tire they helped me find one that was not to expensive but was exactly what I needed. The second was when I came to patch my tire after a nail had gotten stuck in it. I did not have to pay a dime for the patching of my tire.. they have fantastic customer service would definitely recommend the one in Fontana (off Sierra Ave and 210 fwy)

First time in about13 that no information on what work was performed and what I may need to have done in the near future. The biggest disappointment was that I had to look for my car . The kid who worked on it was out to lunch and the girl said I think its parked down by the dumpster, not sure but you can go look for yourself.This was the worst experience. If I hadnt already been to les Schwab in the past, Id never come back. But guarentee I will never come back to this location

While traveling from CA to UT, got a flat tire where screw went into the tire. Stopped here at Les Schwab, where Cory came out into the rain, greeted us and said hed take care of it. Kids were able to get popcorn, watch the repair and be in nice clean store. They fixed it in less than 20 min and we were on our way. Super friendly staff. Would recommend this store!

I had a amazing experience here. Ive been to quite a few tire places and hands down this was the best. Not only did they have skilled technicians there, those same technicians have wonderful customer service! I had a really bad tire that pretty much fell apart, and I limped my van to the shop. Right away I was greeted in the parking lot with a smile and hand shake! I also liked the welcoming feeling I had even when they saw that I was a UTI student where other places felt as if I was looked down on. The pricing was great for the labor and a good set of tires with warranty; moreover, they also did a free alignment check! However, thats not what stood out, what stood out the most is the inspection they did, updating what my Van will need. There was no sales pressure, matter of fact, they gave me advise how I should go about it as a student! Which to me was very impressive! They even brought onto the shop floor, and showed me what was going on with my alignment. Very honest, very professional, and Im sure youre guaranteed to leave the smile. Thinking about getting a set of tires? this is the place to get it at! Thank you Les Schwab! This place is awesome. Fantastic customer service. I came here a while ago for tires on a car and service was fast, was able to wait, have coffee and relax. This week I was in a pickle. Put air in my tires, but a light stayed. Stopped by and they checked my tire pressure and reset sensors without issue. No charge, just great service. Im definitely a long time customer now.

This place use to be very good and fast know Unknowledgeable staff. Very very slow! Watched tech drive my bmw into the bay. He opened the door while driving forward and engaged the Safty on the transmission. I hear and watch my car grind to a holt!

Went here to ask about wheel alignment as suggested by a friend and was impressed with their pricing, their customer service and thorough explanation of what they found and completed. I may start doing all my maintenance here from now on.

I liked the attentiveness of the service reps. They didnt overly suggestive sell, and were very knowledgeable. They attended to my tire issues quickly and were very fairly priced. I will be back when it comes time to purchase tires for any of my cars.

I went to les Schwab to get a price on a tire today. I wanted to see if they would match the price for a specific tire with their competitors just up the street. The price I was given was $50 (on a set of 4) more then the people up the street. I then showed the sales representative the ad from the tire shop up the street, it clearly showed the same tire at a lower price with the same warranty that less Schwab offers. After that I was told the price I gave you was the best we can do at a $50 difference this was a easy decision.I understand now why Les Schwab tires does not put prices on their website and I recommend to anybody shopping here to do price comparing with other local tire shops before making your purchase.

Ive put tires on three cars there and went in yesterday to get the tires on a new car - that I didnt buy there! - balanced and rotated.Q: Whats the charge?A: Ah, dont worry.This is how you earn customer loyalty! I mean, Im confident that their prices are competitive, but that becomes almost irrelevant when you consistently demonstrate your desire to earn your customers business.

Went in to get my tires rotated. After all the tires are off Im told I need (16) new lug nuts! That because they have caps it tends to happen. There was no mention of maybe needed new ones my last visit. My car is just shy of 2 years old, mind you. I was shown my old ones and the new ones he wanted on it. They completely destoryed mine!!! Didnt put the impact drill all the way down, cut into the cover and nearly ripped it off! AND MADE ME PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENTS!!! Never going back!!

Got a blow out on the way to work, had my vehicle towed here arriving at 6:50am. Before we had even offloaded the car a Les Schwab rep was already taking our information and showing us different tire options. Had four tires installed. Three were installed properly. One was not. All 4 tires are directional. The third tire was installed incorrect. If u get your tires installed at this location pay special attention how they install your tires. Came to America’s tire asked them if the tire is installed incorrect they confirmed it Tire will wear out a lot sooner then the others if tires are not installed properly.

I came to L.S for an alignment check. I had previously had an alignment done at a different shop (which I visited twice attempting to get the alignment straight). I called L.S spoke with the technician, who was very pleasant and informative. I was told to bring it in for a free alignment check. I was greeted and taken back immediately. The waiting room was very clean with complimentary refreshments. All of the staff were helpful. I was very pleased with the service I received especially being that I got there at 5:30, which was close to closing. Angela, Mike, and Chris were awesome and know their stuff. I learned a lot and feel more confidant. I will definitely use L.S for my needs in the future.

Angela and Lee were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bought 4 new tires took about 20 minutes. The place is really clean, has a lot of seating and a lot work areas so even if it was busy I dont think the wait will be that long.

They waisted my time. The guy didnt even tell me what heneas doing with the car. He didnt ask me what i wanted. He got my information down and took my keys. They took20 mins to come and tell me exactly what i already knew plus they dont even have used tires they dont know how to communicate with their customers if they would have let me ask questions before taking my keys then all of this could have been avoided because i only went in for one thing to get a used tire

Exceptional staff. Fast, friendly, helpful. Took 2 ATV wheels to swap a set of tires, they unloaded them from my truck and finished in 10 mins, then loaded them back in my truck for me. Price was great too. Probably will be my new tire place from now on due to great customer service.
