I have a brand new Toyota Rav 4 with 21” tires. Somehow a nail found its way into one of my tires (coincidentally right after my Toyota was serviced at the dealership I bought it from—Toyota Roseville). I took my RaV into Toyota to see if they could repair the tire. After putting it up on the rack, the service guy told me it had a puncture and they could not repair it because of Toyota’s high standards for tire repair. They told me I needed to buy a new tire for $331. Instead I decided to take my RAV to Les Schwab in Folsom to try to repair the puncture. I am so glad I did!!I pulled into the Les Schwab lot around noon and right away someone came over to help me. He said they would have to put it up on the rack and look inside the tire. He would call me by the end of the day to tell me if they could repair it or if I needed a new tire. I left and the guy called me back a couple hours later to tell me they were able to repair it. I thanked him profusely and went in to get it a liitle later. I was expecting to pay around $100. When I got there, the lady told me it didn’t cost anything!! I was shocked and amazed! I mean, it took some time and effort but they didn’t charge anything for it. Contrast that with my Toyota experience and it’’s clear which business really cares about the service they provide. It didn’t feel right not to pay anything. But this morning I woke up feeling so grateful to know that there are still good, honest companies out there and I want to share that with as many people as possible. Thank you, Les Schwab! You’ve restored my trust in good service, good people and good business!!

I just called to get a price quote for replacement tires for a Tesla. The tire I am interested in is a Bridgestone Quiettrack. I was told this tire is not designed for a Tesla even though Costco indicates this tire is original fitment and other sites such as Tire Rack and Firestone indicate these tires are an option when searching by vehicle. Also the price I was quoted was $280 more for the 4 tires than their competitors. Dont buy from Les Schwab!

Horrible customer service!!I drove all the way down from Shingle Springs believing I had a staple in my tire.In the past Ive always had excellent customer service from the Folsom location. Ive been buying tires an doing business with less schwab for over 16yrs. Ill I wanted is to have them look at it. I was told theyd get to it when they had a chance and it would be 4hrs to wait since I didnt have an appointment.. The girl associate was rude an unprofessional..I called the sunrise location they said come on down. They were as busy as the Folsom location from what I could see.. I was greated immediately and helped out..The Folsom location should be ashamed of themselves for poor customer service..

Last week to avoid an accident I was forced up into the median island and the curb bent my driverside front wheel. I was lucky and was able to quickly pull into a parking lot out of the way but still, not fun. My roommate works for Chevy and was able to order a new one the next day which he quickly replaced for me. I thought I was good to go. I didnt realize he didnt replace the tire and Friday while driving home my dash lit up telling me I was losing pressure in that tire. I didnt feel or hear anything indicating Id run over something and these were good tires not even a year old. Turns out I had a small crack in the side of my tire and it eventually opened up. Right where some of the paint scraped off the curb so I assume from my almost accident. I work nights, and dont know anyone really so I just googled the nearest tire place. They werent open yet but Google maps indicated opening was usually pretty busy. I went anyway. I was third in line, but told they had allot of 8am appointments and it might be several hours. Hours in which I would have to sit around since I didnt know anyone who could come get me. Well it was barely 9am when someone came to find me letting me know it was done! Got two new front tires along with a surprise full inspection of my wheels, brakes and whatever else had to do with wheels which I wasnt aware theyd do if I didnt ask and something my roommate didnt do since he just changed my tire quickly off the clock. I was grateful and impressed with the professionalism and swift service and I will be going to this Les Schwab from now on. The place was clean and comfortable and service was great!

They do a great job with most basic needs and more. Always friendly and professional. Helps if you have an appointment, but they take care of you if you are a drop in.

Im Extremely Satisfied. This was my very first visit to an automobile shop in USA and was very nervous. But as soon as i entered sales person Zeric come over and listen to my problem. They told me to wait for 45 min but they completed the work well before that.To my surprise they didnt even charge me anything and they did it for free. They made the day for me. Im happy and definitely recommend my friends as well.

But no, they said it was perfect. I guess Im just a cynic. Honest shop, I highly recommend.

Where to begin...Ive been going to Les Schwab in Folsom for two years. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The free services are amazing! Going on a trip? Get a free trip check-up. Have a flat? Get a free repair. Ive purchased tires, gotten an alignment, and had struts replaced so I can highly recommend them.

The Manager, Scott, is very helpful, he goes the extra mile for service and customer satisfaction. He took the time to handle and issue with a tire purchase, where the result was that I was satisfied with the purchase. I have always heard that the service was great so I decided to take my daughters car in to fix a flat. I will say the service was excellent from the moment I walked through the front door until I got the keys back. Not only did they repair the flat tire from a bolt they did it for free. It doesnt get much better than that. I will definitely go back to Les Schwab.

Had an issue with my tires in the middle of my work day. I do deliveries and was worried about my safety as well as my income. They understood this and I was in and out with piece of mind in a much faster time than I could have anticipated.

Been going to Les Schwab for about 15 years . Took my truck in yesterday for breaks , alignment and mount wheels/tires I purchased from a neighnoor. Fair price great service . So much so I took my wifes Jeep in today to have rotors turned. Great price and job completed in time as promised . Highly reccomend the Folsom , Ca location.

I took my car this am. They quickly checked in and looked at my car. Noted couple of nuts and removed them for free. Amazing that there is no charge. Best of all great customer service and the girl in the back is so nice. She is very thorough and honest. I highly recommend this place. They deserve more than 5 stars. Hard working people.

I used Les Schwab to get tires for my forklift. They spent time finding the correct size and gave me options. They didnt get it done in the promised time and the tires werent pressed with the correct offset. To resolve it they sent someone after hours to pick them up and they brought them back the next day, which made me happy.

Great customer service, came in 20 minutes before closing time to get 4 wheels balance. They got it done in 15 minutes. Thanks guys!

I went there asking for a simple tire alignment, which I booked. They checked my tires, and said I needed new steering rods and what not, said it would cost $800+ dollars to replace all of them in order to do my alignment. Went to my trusted mechanic at Daves European, and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong or any signs of major wear with any of the parts Les Schwab said I needed replaced. Do not go here.

Great experience. Had a slow leak and they fixed it up in about an hour. Didnt even know until the end that a repair was free even though I didnt buy the tires there. Convenient location for walking to things while you wait, but theyve got coffee and popcorn in the lobby, too.

So far, 3hrs to fix a flat. When I arrived this morning at 9:00am they told me it would be 1hr ish, 2 hrs later I had to leave for another appointment, i was told they will get me in right away when I return, still waiting 1hr 15mins still not done, O wait its done so 3 hours 15 minutes to remove a nail from a tire. To be clear I understand they are understaffed right now however you should tell your customers upfront a more accurate waiting time

I went to Les Schwab Saturday for complete brake service (all rotors/pads) and had a great experience. I could tell the crew was happy to be there and enjoyed their work. Its simple- when people like what theyre doing, they do a great job. This was true of the Folsom crew. They were upbeat, moved with purpose, and did a great job on my brakes at a very competitive price. Dont mess around with other brake shops. Stick with the pros and get it done right. Always had great service at Les Schwab, but not today at this location. There with my daughter. She left her vehicle to get new tires and some shocks....while I appreciate the snow created challenges for the tires she wanted to arrive....to not get a call between 11 and 4 when she came to pick it up expecting the work to be done was unacceptable. Nothing but excuses about the lack of update calls..no understanding from the guy who put together her quote. I would think if someone treated a family member of his similar he would have been appalled.. She went back this morning after they called....if she has a better customer experience....it would be great....Rancho Cordova still has my business...👍

I went in for a wheel alignment mid day on a Wednesday. All bays were empty. The tech asked me if I had an appointment, I told him I did not. He then said they would rather that I had an appointment, but if I could leave it for 3 to 4 hours they could do it. I will steer clear of Les Schwab in the future. Great job, buddy.

Best and trustable place to go when you have a problem with tires!! People working there are just amazing and nice! They know what they are doing and are professional. Also, they care your comfort while waiting for your car!! This will be my only place for my car! Should be yours too!!

Les Schwab tire center did a great job of fixing my low air tire for free. They found a nail in the tire, repaired it, and guaranteed it for the lifetime of the tire. I will be back to get my new set of tires after the summer. Thanks for great service!

Outstanding service, repaired my tire for free.

Went in today for tire rotation and they pulled the classic it would be illegal for us to let you drive this car unless you replace the two front tires bit. Really Le Schwab! Oh and then quoted me an astronomical price for tires. Grabbed my keys off the counter and got out there as fast as I could. Watch out for their shady practices. Filling a complaint later with the Better Business Bureau.

Free air

Stopped in to get a nail removed from my tire. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service. The nail fragment was removed and checked for leaks. They also added air to my spare tire. No nail tire pressure light off. Ive been trying to get this done at the elk grove location for weeks. Every time I come in they tell me its going to be like 2hours... So thank you Les Schwab folsom! You are awesome!

I had my girlfriend take my truck to have the front end inspected. After havingng her there for 2 hours they simply said theres nothing wrong with the car. The tech even drove the car for 20 min. After having another mechanic look at it we found out the upper ball joint and the idler arm are toast. Never trusting them again.

Great place to get service not only for tires,they offer much more. Expect a wait though, doesnt matter what time of day you go, you will have to wait. They offer tea and coffee, popcorn and friendly staff so its worth it

I came to Les Schwab to order and install new H&R lowering springs and KYB shocks on my 2011 Ford Edge Sport. I dropped it off at 5 am and came back around 2:30 to pick it up. However, it was not finished. I guess they were having trouble with the back ones, which from what I read was normal so I dont hold it against them. The staff was very polite and the person who took my order (Im sorry I dont remember his name) was very courteous and offered a ride to my office the day of service. He kept me up to date from the initial inquiry on pricing to the time it was completed. Excellent service from start to finish. When I came back for my follow up alignment check, I was in and out and the service tech explained in simple terms what I was looking at and that all was good. The only thing I regret was not asking the blonde girl who was working in the service bay for her number. She was cute. :) Overall, would definitely come back again.

I had been with my parents during the day when I noticed a rear tire low with a screw in the sidewall of the tire. We drove to the place of business that they had purchased them from only to be told they would not honor the warranty because it had just ran out not that tires were worn out just the warranty. And they wouldnt have a replacement tire till the following week. I made a call to the Less Schwab store in Folsom that I deal with, mind you this was late Friday evening. They said they had a couple of tire choices n they would be happy to take care of their needs. It was after business hours but they were professional at getting the job done right. Thank you to the guys working late to get my parents back on the road.

Took our vehicle in to have a flat tire repaired. I was greeted by an employee before I even was out of my vehicle. He was very friendly and quickly got me checked in. We hadnt even purchased our tires from Les Schwab, but they still took care of me like I had and didnt charge me for the repair. I was in and out within 45 mins. Now that is service at its best!

Ive always had great experiences coming here. Someone always greets you when you park and asks what youre there for. They have great warranties and never push a hard sell for anything. Theyre upfront with their quotes and services.I will say that its NEVER a short trip to Les Schwab. Bring a book, bring a computer (they have free Wi-Fi), or bring a friend that can take you away--Ive never gotten out of there in less than an hour, and thats a short trip. But they have free coffee, popcorn, and TV.

Such an AMAZING experience!!! I brought them my truck after taking it into Folsom GMC and GMC it diagnosed it incorrectly. Les Schwab found the problem immediately, fixed my rear brakes and had me on the road again in no time. The staff was super awesome!!! Gave me a ride home, I got a return ride and can really really trust the work they do!!! I will never go elsewhere. Love this place!!!

Had to go in for two new front tires, but once the car was up on the lift the serviceman brought me out to talk about the back tires. He showed me the uneven wear i did not see on the inside of the tread and recommended I buy four. I told him it was out of my budget that week but I would be back and he promptly offered me a used tire as a loaner until I could make it back in!!I have been a customer for 10 years, as was my father and his father. The service and approach taken by this company defines them. I will continue to recommend Les Schwab to anyone shopping around.

Had pretty new tires and was told they wouldn’t fix my ball joints unless I bought new tires first. Ridiculous policy. Left and had them done somewhere else’s with no hassle. And the price they quoted me was double what I ended up paying for ball joints elsewhere.

Made an appointment for an alignment on a Saturday so I wouldnt miss work. They had my truck for 8 hrs and tell me its ready by 4:30pm. I pick it up at closing time, 5pm. Truck pulls to the right, they obviously didnt even check it. I go back today to get it fixed and they insist that I make a future appointment because they have other appointments This has not been my experience in the past but they just lost our familys business.

Went in for a flat tire, but they were closed. However, someone was still there closing up, and opened up for me and helped me put my spare on so I could drive home. Kept the flat, and had it fixed when I arrived in the morning - quickly swapped it out for the spare. Absolutely awesome - Ive always had great service from here.

Had a blowout on a tire still under warranty. Other tires inspected -- OK. Got a new replacement tire at prorated cost. Whole thing took 2 hrs.

I dont know if they are just constantly too busy or completely incompetent. I had an appointment at 1600 hours. 1710 hours Im still waiting for them to pull my car in to inspect. I had to leave because I had an appointment at 1800 and they tell me it will be another hour before they can get to my car. Waste of my time.
