I purchased a cake and the gal at the counter said she wasnt qualified to write happy birthday on it so the cake was blank. The cake was pink and it had chocolate. I specifically asked for vanilla. I didnt want the pink cake but she said it was the only one that was white cake/vanilla ice cream, there was a description in writing on the box but it wasnt legible. I brought it home and it wasnt the cake I wanted but of course I didnt know until we had cut into it. The birthday girl doesnt like chocolate. Their cake selection was very limited but the cake tasted really good so I will give them 3 stars my daughter didnt eat her cake.

We always enjoy the icecream here. 45 flavors. Even pickiest can hind something good. Cups, waffles, sugar or cake cones, with ot without chocolate cover to choose from. We paid over $20 for 1 adult and 3 kids. Pretty expensive for the icecream.I wish they offer samples as they used to. Not too friendly but very patient server.We will return. Not too often but will return. 😁

Based on my experiences here, the customer service from the employees has been pretty good. The ice cream itself was fine. No issues overall and would return.

Asked for a vanilla ice cream w chocolate swirl and was given chocolate with some whitish stuff in it. Girls were rude and not customer service oriented and when told I was hearing impaired they made little effort to accommodate my disability. Will not return there again! Definitely should avoid this place as it is over priced with poor service from teenagers.

I came into this Baskin Robbins today at 6:30 and was absolutely amazed by the incredible service and attitude of the workers. I was having a bad day today, and the 3 girls with brown hair working there were so nice. I suddenly felt so much better because the atmosphere of this Baskin Robbins is so heart warming. The girls were cheerful and a pleasure to meet. They recommend some of there favorite flavors to me, including the delicious pralines n ice cream. The place was incredibly busy, but they handled the chaos with dignity and a positive attitude. The girls also added a nice touch to the place by playing their own music. I loved the energy of this Baskin Robins, and the service was incredible.

I really had a bad experience with them. I ordered a cake and I told them that what design I want and I told them to write the name on cake. It was their worker who wrote the information that he took from me. But when I went there to get my cake. There was no design on cake and there was not even a name on the cake. When I asked her where is the design and name, she said that she don’t know. Then I told her that I gave the name when I ordered that cake and then she said that they couldn’t read their coworker handwriting and then I said that I gave my number on the paper and you should have called me but they didn’t called me. She said she is manager but their is nothing she can do. It was clearly their fault but instead of admitting or saying sorry she was clearly giving me the attitude. I asked her to give me the number of the owner but she refused and then I asked her that when he is coming, she said she don’t know. I don’t even want to give them a one star but I didn’t have any other option.

The customer service was SOOO good! I went to this Baskin Robbins on 6/20/18, the two girls handled all of the chaos really well. There were some rude customers that they treated really respectfully! The sundae I ordered was very clean and perfect and tasted amazing! 10/10, really good job girls! If you ever read this.

Online it said they were open until 10pm. I got there nearly 15 minutes before that and they said they were closed. Id made a special trip and been looking forward to this all day. Then they kept acting like the couldnt hear me when I asked why it said 10pm online. Ive had decent service here before, but tonight was aweful.

Wife and I checked Google to see what time this location closes it said 7pm, so we walk in at 642 and go to order since we know what we wanted already and we were told that they are closed and we told them Google said 7 they told us that Google is wrong. If thats the case maybe the time should be changed on Google.

This section is very bad and especially the branch manager and his dealings with the workers are very bad, and also deal very badly with customers. I recommend not to visit this pumpkin from Baskin Robbins .

This place is disgusting, don’t eat here, there’s roaches i’ve seen them on the back counter as i was standing in line. nothing gets sanitized so if you have allergies i wouldn’t eat here!

I went into the baskin Robins at the commons in Federal Way on 6/20/18 at 7:33pm the two girls working were very rude and not very customer server friendly. They had their own music blasting so load I could hear it by the Movie theater in the mall. And the music was very inappropriate their was a little kid in front of me about 8 and the parents had to cover his ears for he couldn’t hear the music. And all they did was smiled and turn it up louder. When I was waiting, the family had all their ice creams I was waiting for 5min after they paid to get helped. The milkshake I bought was water thin and didn’t taste very good. I am very dissatisfied by the customer service there hair was down and there pink spoons spilled on the ground and all they did was pick it back up and threw it in the containing and didn’t threw it away, that’s very unsanitary and how There attitude was very intimidating.

Worst service they made me a milkshake that was water thick. So i just made it out the side door and turned around to have them make me a new one and when i told him that he rudely said whats wrong with the shake?? I said i thin and he said im not giving you a refund.. I was confused because i never asked for one and i said i wanted what i ordered but i recived waterdown shake so in long story is they made another waterdown one i ask 4 set refund and didnt get one and i left them the shake ... Beware folks wont waste one more penny there....

I have visited this place twice now and their were two girls working that were both unfriendly, one of them was not even in a uniform, they had a horrible attitude about helping me and my niece and the music was loud. This place if very unprofessional and some of the staff need to be retrained on customer service.

Had my 3 kids and wife out to get some ice cream 15 minutes before 7pm on Mother’s Day. The teenage girls turned us away saying that they were closed when really they were feverishly cleaning to get out the door for the day. As I waited for my movie I noticed they sent away around 20 additional customers.Ended up buying ice cream in the theater.

The guy behind the counter was so very rude and unwilling to serve any customers that came up to the counter. When asked to get a scoop of ice cream he refused to serve myself and son with no explanation. If he was closed why not put a sign up that he was close. Do not go to this Baskin Robbins in the Commons Mall there has to be a better place for ice cream.
