This place doesn’t even deserve one star . I booked an appointment for COVID booster shot online and drove for more than 30 minutes to get there . When I got there , they told me that they are very short staffed and couldn’t administer the shots over that weekend . I understand the staffing issues but they should at least inform the customers ahead of time and be respectful of their time . Extremely disappointed

This is the slowest pharmacy and it is for no reason at all! If you go through the drive through you can expect to wait at a half hour and it’s no better inside. I really wish they would hire some competent workers that can work more efficiently and care about the customers because they are very rude and get prescription ready as they feel like it. I had a surgery and prescription was called in early afternoon and at 8:30pm prescription wasn’t ready and they close at 9pm. Horrible service!

Just called in to confirm a prescription was sent over. The lady I was speaking with was sighing and yelling at me because I asked if it was sent over. I asked if I said anything to offend her and she started yelling that she was the only one working. Regardless of the staffing shortage, this level of customer service is abysmal. Do not go here.

Got my vaccinated there. The pharmacy was is slow, but she acknowledged me and told me she will be right with me. So I had no problem waiting. The pharmacist was nice and professional. I recommend getting your vaccine there if you chose that route. Make an appt. Online and online will automatically make your second appointment for you.

Always find what I need nice staff quick and easy. Not to expensive either

Worst pharmacy. I stayed here for years for convenience but they are awful. Don’t call in the morning, they just pick up the phone and hang up.I don’t know why they can’t keep my prescriptions straight, they always forget to order my prescriptions although I am on auto ship.I wish I could rate it negative stars.

Worst store ever!! Don’t go there even if you are literally dying! They would just wait for you to die especially the pharmacy section.

Can’t get a hold of a pharmacist. Phone continues to loop. I have a question on directions and they also didn’t provide measuring device.

Do not use this pharmacy. It usually takes being on hold for 45 minutes to speak with someone. Refill requests are ignored and it is a huge runaround to fill a prescription.

I would leave zero stars if it was a option they have poor organization and and unhelpful I brought in some rolls of films they took way to much time but wait not only that but they lost my film rolls and were only able to find 6 of the rolls out of the many I had brought in they lost alot of pictures the had valuable family memories please take your business else were unless you want to lose your pictures

One Big Hot Mess - Avoid This Store!Placed an order online at the beginning of Dec. for a gift and had the item shipped to the store. Well when I arrived to pick it up I took one look behind the photo counter and said to myself “If they can find my order in that huge mess back there it will be a miracle!” Well...no miracle this year and no gift for Christmas because the store is so disorganized. They looked for 20 minutes for my order and finally said “It’s not here.” What happened to an apology or a resolution. They told me to call the 1-800 number for a refund. After being on hold now for 45 minutes I thought I would take the time to share how awful of an experience this was. Next time I will just buy from a locally owned shop or someone on Etsy who has their act together and acts like a professional and respectable company. Walgreens, you are a joke and this is the last time I spend any money with your company.

The wait time at the pharmacy is always 15 minutes or more no matter when you go. The drive-through is so bad that most people turn their cars off in the line right away, because they know it will take a long time.I went to pick up a prescription on a Friday at 11 am (open hours) and they were closed, because their pharmacist called in sick. They told me I could go through a lengthy process to get my prescription transferred to another location and then drive there to get it. This location is five minutes from my house and the next closest is 25 minutes without traffic. They offered no apology, just the excuse of illness.... Walgreens is a big chain store. They should have someone on call in case if illness. In addition- if you can transfer my prescription to another location then you should be able to call in a pharmacist from another store. Thankfully this was not a life saving medication for me and I was able to wait a day to get it... Others may not have been so fortunate.The only reason this pharmacy is good is the location, but you could drive to three better pharmacies in the time you will spend in line at this one. If you go through the drive through you will also save on gas by going elsewhere.

The cashier chatted up a customer for 5 minutes while I waited then when I asked for tobacco told me to go behind the counter and get it myself. Also they only had 2 of 4 items I wanted. Overall a poor experience.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in looking to get some passport size pictures to send with some legal documents and the staff there treated me with the lowest of respect. When I told them what I needed they avoided eye contact, then they looked at each other for a while with out answering my concern. Then one told the other its up to you the other person looked down and said I dont want to do it . Finally one of them made eye contact and tried to explain that the camera is less than 6 feet apart from the customer seat and because of covid-19 they are not willing to put themselves at risk. They couldve respectfully explained and I would have understood. I felt less than worthy of their service! never coming there again!

The only thing this pharmacy has going for it is proximity to our house. The latest example of customer service is waiting in line for 10 minutes only to get up to the window to have them tell me that theyve been closed for 3 minutes and they cant possibly fill his script, but that theyd be happy to fax my sons RX to another pharmacy 30 minutes away. This is one of many examples that makes us feel that if there were literally any other pharmacy within a ten mile radius of us, wed switch.

Always have my pet wee wee pads this is the best place to buy themAlways have good items on sale, just wish the sold half and half its convenient to pick up milk and quick items needed.I always find some nice and unique holiday decorations there too at a reasonable price.They have a lot of items and makeup I use also.The staff has always been nice except for one grumpy guy ☺

Im not a huge fan of the pharmacy- I use it only when the Virginia Mason Federal Way pharmacy is not open or an option. However, they have some wonderful cashiers up front. The makeup section is always super organized and there is a fantastic employee named Faye who is incredibly helpful & very nice.

Torano, Is the guy to talk to about anything in that store. Every single time I go in this Walgreens. Im welcomed with open arms, thank you for being the great dude man.

I had a pretty horrible experience picking up medication from here. Personal things said pretty loud for a line of ten people to hear and the woman being pretty offensive by repeating personal info over and over again I told her was wrong.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Federal Way. THE WORST. Rude staff, no communication skills with patient or doctor. I will be switching to Fred Meyer pharmacy, which now has a drive through.

Will not accept FedEx packages without giving them your email. Im not sure why they need ema and staff couldnt tell me why. Other Walgreens do not require nor does the FedEx store.

There is trash everywhere. Lines are long on the inside. The deals are amazing.

Problem with staff at pharmacy. Not helpful with a new prescription. She had problems with processing insurance because its a new prescription but wouldnt take the time to call the insurance and kept saying outright she didnt want to take time because they were busy. I asked them to transfer to the prescription to Fred Meyer pharmacy. I am hoping Walgreens takes the time to transfer the prescription.

I looked up items online for this store which told me they were in, none of the items were there in store. I was overcharged by the cashier and had to wait for a refund. Ill never go here again.

Staff can be less than courteous. Front parking lot and entrance was dirty and littered with trash.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is terrible. Very rude and slow staff and they did NOT do any follow up on my prescription. The pharmacy tech obviously hates his job there because he ignored me, then gave me rude answers to my simple questions and I had to wait extra long for my prescription because he messed it up the first time. Im not a fan.

Their candies always onsale.. and you can pay with nfc.
