They will over charge you. They purposefully do not post sale prices. They also are charging 0.10$ for non reusable plastic, you know the ones that are against the law now. The ones they are allowed to run through. They seriously are charging for these bags. This is a garbage business.

ALL the early morning employees have attitudes. They are constantly going through people. They give you massive attitude for knocking on the door when they lock it and stand at the registrar. They say its 10 cents for a plastic bag but will be ok the day before or day after.Ive been to lots of other bad gas stations but Ive been going to this one because its the only one on the way to work and its never been good in 10yrs.

It is high time to change all the equipment ... it is impossible to properly refuel the car

Had to use four separate pumps before I found one that both pumped gas and read debit cards. Do not come here it’s a waste of your time.

They are never open after 2 am. The workers lock the door and flick u off instead of selling gas.

Based on my experiences, customer service is average. Havent had any issues before when using the various pumps. Not the cleanest place, but not the worst either. Pretty easy to drive in and out.

Employees are verly respectful and nice and for other customers to be rude to the employees to give them an hard time are horrible i have never seen rude customers they have to ask for your id for cigarettes no matter what its the law so respect it just cuz other store dont ask for doesnt meant other store wont ask for id. They Will. So respect it! Customer shold also respect the employees that work at gas stations they work hard to keep you satifide during the covid 19 and some employees do have health problems so respect that to no gets everthing they always want. It an work together and solve the problem.

If you have never worked customer service your opnion is no good anyway we do the best to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible not very many employees cause lines which we try to avoid be kind and you will get the same kindness

Do not use this gas station. They placed a 100.00 hold on my AMEX just for filling at the pump. No warning. No reason. I wouldnt have even known except I have the mobile app and was alerted. Ive never heard of such a shady practice. I dont even use this gas station normally but Costco was closed today. No thanks. I wont be back. Ive gotten gas here 3 times. Every time has been a disaster. Last time I was there, they just shut off the pumps during morning rush hour and let the customers try to figure out why they could pay. I guess they had to count out the registers or something. Who knows. So unprofessional. And I was the rude one because I asked why the pumps werent working because I should just know

I went in to buy a fountain drink the guy behind me bought the same drink. Tell me why i had to prepay for my cup but the guy behind me didnt have to pay for his drink. I let that slide because obviously she was stereotyping the way i looked . So i had to come back because i dropped a caed in the store . I found my card and she was like what is that. Wth i am not going to steal anything in 2 seconds. The cashier was hella rude and obviously treating me like i was a thief or a bum. (Like she knows me) this chevron is handa down one of the worst gas stations i have ever been in.

Absolute horrible experience, paid 14$ for a premium car wash, most of the car wasnt even washed properly, you could clearly see the back side wasnt even touched. When asked for an explanation the employees were extremely rude. they called the manager who told them nothing could be done and wouldnt issue a refund or anything. Extremely rude people, I was not asking for anything special only to be fair, the worst part was how rude the employees were, at one point I thought of calling the police but they had wasted 40 minutes of time already and I had to take my grandson somewhere. stay away from this location

Customer appreciation day seems to be a scam/bait and switch. Signs on all pumps say from 12 to 4 PM. We went inside about a quarter after 12 and was told it is going on from 2 to 4pm. Two hours later than advertised. We had hung around for almost 2 hours for this because we get gas here quite a bit. No food or drinks were available as promised also no raffle as promised. I dont have time to just hang around for 4 hours to get a good deal on gas as advertised. The employees seemed to have no concern to get things going. As loyal customers this is something we will now consider when needing fuel. Time to go somewhere else.

This Chevron is awful! What happened to customer service?! You wont be treated nicely and they will not appreciate your business here!!! Ana, the manager is just an awful, mean, and trashy lady(not very lady like) my mom WAS a regular customer here until she had an issue with the car wash. For whatever reason, my moms car was left all soapy and she went in asking to go back through to get the soap off. Ana was very rude and would only say MAM I CANT JUST PRINT OUT FREE CODES FOR EVERYONE! my mom explained that she paid,went through,but...has a soapy car still! She just kept repeating herself, and then continued to yell at my beyond mortified mom that she would print it but she has to wait for her to meet her at the carwash to use it, so my mom goes and waits, Ana goes out and continues to cause a scene and lets my mom wash her car again but Wow! That lady is a piece of work! Nobody in my family are going there ever again.

They sold me a bad product, carbonated drink that was completely flat. I brought it back maybe 3 minutes later and was told nothing was wrong with it. After repeatedly insisting it was bad they tried pouring some out to see if it really was carbonated. Because of that I insisted they give me a new one. After grabbing my new one I informed them it was good, I was told they are all good. Why would I bring a full cold drink back to lie? I come here almost daily, now Im not sure Ill ever be back. Theres absolutely no reason to be so rude, its not my fault your store sold garbage.

Cheap and good coffee and they had a carwash special for $1.99 which did well. Gas is premium but expensive of course cause its Chevron. Area and people I’ve seen in here are a little sketchy.

Been a loyal customer for over 5 years and come in tonight after work and get yelled at and told to leave being accused of stealing from the cashier. I explained she had me mistaken for someone else and explained that she sees me in there at least once a week normally in my work uniform. She did not apologize, just said you must have a twin very rudly. They just lost a couple of loyal customers due to an unprofessional employee. Maybe you should check your cameras to find out who actually stole from you.

Feel like I got scammed! Bought desiel gas there last night the pump said it put 25 gallons in. 2 blocks into the drive and gas tank already down to a quarter tank gone. My gas tank is only 25 gallons mind you. Faulty pumps! Weights and measures needs to be called out to this place.
