Coffee was good my breakfast sandwich was ice on the inside I about puked when I tasted that egg. Good coffee not food.

Drive-through only open and the line never moves. Even without having the restaurant open it’s actually 10 times slower. Do not go there

It’s hard to tell if this location is in service, unless you check it in online or if there are cars parked, I tried to order just a Pike Place Coffe, because of my job and limited break time I have, I can’t go to a different locations, I called them and they answered, very nice lady talked to me and I explained her that I don’t have a car but need just a pike place coffee, she said “only drive through Sir!” I am like ‘right here’ pls’, she said the same thing, I tried to order lined up with cars (DANGEROUS HA?), I know some one can see me through the camera, but they can’t help me, I tried to order online, yeah, I have to set up my Starbucks account, since I use Starbucks in person, didn’t use my app for a little while, so my account or password was expired, well, I did set up that and ordered online, at this time my 20 minute break was up and couldn’t get my coffee but paid, I left, Oh my morning with out my Pike Place 🙃😞!

The barista was very helpful and polite got my mobile ready quick. He said he waited for me to get there because he didn’t want the Frappuccino to melt. I thought that was very considerate!🙂💕

Im visiting Seattle from out of state, and walked over a mile from my hotel just to get coffee. Was denied service because I couldnt order through the app and have it delivered to the door. They only give service to people with cars, and completely discriminate against people who dont have cars. Absolutely the worst Ive ever been treated at a starbucks. I even asked if I could order through the app, and have them hand it to me through the door, and they refused. They also told me I wasnt allowed to walk through the drive-thru. So I walked a mile to go get Starbucks for nothing. Im ashamed of the treatment, and absolutely embarrassed and humiliated. How dare I not have a car when Im here from out of state? Theyre discriminating against people who cant afford vehicles, also. Locals on bikes or on foot are denied service.

Posted lobby hours on the door that they are open. Also shows online. I walked over from my hotel since I am visiting. Was told I could walk to a different store if I wanted coffee since I dont have a car.

Staff is friendly and they usually get the drinks right the first time. Downside oh, the line is usually ridiculous!

I was looking for Halloween tumblers. I hate that starbucks advertises items that the stores dont all carry.

I ordered on the app, but for some reason it gave me a different location. When I got to the speaker they told me that they didnt have the order and to call the other location. I did and when I made it to the window they were happy to make my order for me. My GPS must need an update.Very nice people at both locations!

Went through the driver through. The staff was super friendly. Pumpkin cream cold brew coffee hit the spot on a very warm day.

I am always up for Starbucks coffee because everywhere I go its always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a friendly staff that was very helpful. Its a small and very busy Starbucks and the seating is always packed and finding parking can be tough, but its still always kept very clean. If you need a Starbucks coffee later in the evening this one is not a bad place to go if you can handle the lines here.

Second time I went through the drive thru and they messed my order up. I asked for oat milk and they added mocha. On the screen they had oat milk . I get to the window and when I asked what is this ? When she handed me my drink she said mocha?! That’s not what I order. If you’re unsure about an order than freaking ask and reconfirm . Remaking my drink isn’t good enough bc I had to be somewhere instead of waiting for a new drink. It’s drive thru for a reason . Never coming back to this location they suck and so does the drive thru line and the wait .

They were extremely rude. Theyre customer service is HORRIBLE!

I usually come to this Starbucks all the time, the male barista is rude and looks like he needs to find another job because he seems miserable. Not friendly at all with an attitude.

Awful. 6 employees in here and it takes 20 minutes to get a drip coffee. They skipped me in line and then lied about it after I watched people that ordered drinks after me get their complicated sugar drinks. After that they had to brew an entire pot to get me my cup. This Starbucks absolutely sucks.

Great people! And they always make sure my drink is made to exactness...needed when working a long shift! They do need a new printer so they see I ordered more than one cream cheese with my bagel. Lol

Well to start it would have been great if I would have ever received my order I ordered off of Uber eats. My driver came and picked my food up, but sat in a parking lot for 2 1/2 hours without delivering my food and drinks. I notified Starbucks of this after he cancelled and quit, They would not and did not do anything about it $45 no drinks no food. In the end Starbucks Made me reorder and pay for my food and drinks in order for me to get my delivery... To make it even better the lady at Starbucks knew exactly what the problem was and knew the driver, and told me that the Uber driver had no clue what he was doing and still gave him my order n in the end she told me that she cant n would not help me . By 5pm I finally received my order... Oh n my original order was placed a 1pm.

Just stopped in at SB really quick and was kinda awestruck by the customer service! I was genuinely greeted by the girls making the drinks (sorry didn’t get their names) and Jasper at the register was just a joy. Service was quick and excellent! Far beyond my expectations. The whole morning team you have working today made a difference in my day.

Had a great visit to Starbucks today. CC was helpful in suggesting the Strawberry Lemonade that my grandchildren said is THE BEST. They also loved the chocolate croissants!

This location had very fast service despite being busy. The employees were great, very friendly and helpful. My customized drink was made as requested. No complaints about my visit. I will definitely visit this location again and would recommend it to others.

This is a morning review only!! The most accurate Starbucks I have ever been too. Speed of service is amazing there axcually has to be a reason if there is long waits in the morning. Friendliness is 5 stars!Afternoons are kind of a let down compared to mornings, if there is more than 2 cars in the afternoon I wont even stop in... I tend to just go in the morning because the lines are normally so long in the afternoon.

I always got super hot and fresh coffee. I always take same pike place roast without cream or sugar. With first sip I can tell if the coffee is fresh or not. Busy place. It is also accessible drive through. Easily visible through main street. Few table and chairs are available for sitting. Its not very big or too small coffee house. Just sufficient to accommodate peak hours rush.

Busy busy place, however they get your drink right. I had no mistakes and they were so nice even if there was a mistake I doubt theyd have an attitude over it. Its a really nice Starbucks to go on a sunny day and enjoy the outside chairs.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks in Federal Way. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes when you wait in the drive through. I managed to log into goodie and write with review with only one car ahead of me.

I only ever get tea and pastries here, their cream cheese danishes are by far the best, and youre gonna wanna toast that baby. Most of their coffee (In my opinion) taste like plastic and sweetener, but people still drink it so its probably good to some of you.

Came in after my last horrible experience they did replace all three of my drinks but had to go in explain situation and time consuming but they tried to offer me 3 4.00 cards but my last total was 17$ so that was unacceptable and I proved my purchase. Urg. Process for sure. #selfadvocacy but I would like to add they are very nice and customer service is good.

It was a convenient place to meet.Service was efficient, coffee was good, and when I asked if they could turn down the air conditioning or turn up the heat. They listened and made it happen!

Another store had made my drink incorrectly and I happened to stop in to this one to see if they could fix it. The barista, Amanda, greeted me as I came in (the bar is right by the door) and when I explained the situation, she immediately offered to fix it for me. I didnt have to go through the line, no questions were asked, and Im very happy! Thanks Amanda!

I find that Starbucks is hit and miss at times. This time, however, it was an overall pleasent experience. The barista was extremely patient and competent. The drinks tasted fine and all was quick and painless. Nice....

Wow. This is the third strike for this location for me. I mean, I understand that not everything is going to go smoothly every time. But Ive dealt with their slowness and rudeness twice before. And today... to sit in line for 14 minutes with only one car ahead of me? With no explanation? Thats a little much. Look, the drinks are fine... But stick to the 320th Starbucks. Theyre much faster and much more polite.

I always have a great experience at this location. Everyone there is attentive, friendly and professional.

They are nice and kind. However they dont work smoothly. You have to wait 10-15 mins to get your gourmet drink. You can get a cup of brew coffee right away. But if you order your favorite gourmet drink, you have to wait much more than you expect.

Consistent and friendly. Coffee is just ok, but I love the convenience of mobile ordering. The shop is very small and there is rarely a seat available. I come to this location randomly and there is always a drive through line backing into the road and as Im standing here now there is literally nowhere to sit. Good problem to have, but I hope they can work on some expansion!!

Starbucks is great. The staff is nice. The location is good. The parking lot / drive through is too small and causes complications.

An atmosphere to be around. Always happy barestas. Alot of great tasting coffees. And the customer does really come first.

Ordered a decaf pourover and they didnt start making it. They kept taking more orders from new customers walking in. A few minutes later, the girl remembered and told someone else to make caffeinated (Pike) coffee. I had to step in to correct them. They need to focus on accuracy and getting their pipeline smoother.
