Startbucks was not doing it for me. And a friend recommended Bigfoot Java so I tried their version of a caramel frappe and it blew me away.Since then the 44oz Caramel Frostbite has become my standard.Thats a double venti for those that speak startbucks.Made with real ingredients.I believe this is what makes them Legendary. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 yrs & have been to at least 17 different locations, the quality is very consistent and satisfying.

I usually love this bigfoot so much so I will wait threw their ridiculous line when they get busy but today when i went there today ordered 4 32 oz drinks which was roughly 30$ give or take some change and when I went to go pay I only had 50$ bills and they refused to accept my money even they it would have only been 20$ back for change literally I had to go buy some thing from 711 just to get small enough bills just to get them to take my money theirs so many things wrong with this situation. I understand they have been having problems with getting fake money but thats why they make pens to check bills to see if they are real or fake WHY THEY DONT HAVE ONE LIKE BASICALLY EVERY OTHER BUSINESS AROUND! But I guess thats just to much to expect them to have and the baristas attitude during out conversation was very far from being customer friendly! 👎👎👎👎👎

So I figure since the girlfriend and I come here often (think at least twice a day), its only right to finally leave them a review. These ladies (and occasionally a gentleman or two) are fantastic. Super friendly and personable. They take the time to remember the drinks of their customers, which amazes me. Both sides of the drive thru are open and I often hear them telling other customers if they want the usual.The lines can get long but its worth the wait.

Coming from California & having a coffee venue down the street on my visit on a 247 serving was Awesome with a variety of drink choices to choose from. I give BigfootJava 5☆s for the friendly staff except for 1 employee a female with long long hair sometimes with 2 ponytails with her hair down, she was really rude everytime I got her @the window, my family & I hated to see her because she wasnt friendly in helping us with the menu or labeling our coffee. I enjoyed Washington especially this hidden Jem BigfootJava. Thanks, ChristieRose🖐🥰

The only reason why I am giving them two stars and not one is because of how nice the ladies were when we went. They were really kind, now the customer service wasnt the problem the problem was the actual drinks. It had been the first time me and my family had went there and we ordered some Italian sodas along with a mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream, we also ordered some whipped cream for our pup. As soon as we tasted the drink we knew something was off, the Frappuccino was extremely and I mean EXTREMELY sweet, keep in mind that we have a sweet tooth but this was too much. It took only one sip and it was instant regret, you couldnt taste any flavor due to how sweet it was. As for the Italian sodas, they barely tasted like anything, it tasted like water and a drop of vanilla extract along with a ton of sugar. But the worst part of it all was the whipped cream. As soon as tasted it I knew that there was no way that could be whipped cream. The consistency was extremely thick and oily, it made us get a stomach ache afterwards. The cream I believe is buttercream instead of whipped cream, it was extremely disappointing and made my pup get an upset stomach afterwards. Never coming here again, I dont recommend this place at all, leaves a bad taste.

The lady made my drink i took off then tried it and the drink i got was outrageously bitter so I turn around to have her remake it and she tells me that they are not allowed to remake it after we take off. I moved to the area 3 years ago, and I frequented them weekly. The baristas were all really sweet, responsive, and efficient. However, they have all new staff and the gals that work the stand now are not as thorough with their job. The wait is always 10+ minutes long, even if there are only a total of 2 cars in line from both sides. Everytime I have gone. Which is 4 times, I have to mention that I have a Rewards number for my points, and I catch the vibe that the girls working are on a social hour at work, rather than having strong rapport with their customers. Perhaps, the extra traffic is because of the growth in population, or because Bigfoot tends to have a difficult time with delivery. But there should definitely be another Bigfoot Java location in Federal Way. I got a giftcard for Christmas, that I would love to use. Except always having 2 kids in the car, and being short on time-with having the same idea for my Morning pick me up as everyone else on the block-I dont really want to have to wait in line, in a tiny parking lot for crummy customer service.

They have good coffee and its worth the wait. The barista is always nice and can help with recommendations if you want to try something new.

Bigfoot is always great. Been going there for 10 years at least. This location gets a little sketchy at night for some reason but nonetheless, the baristas know how to handle themselves and are super friendly. Great hot and cold kids drinks also!

I would rate this location zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly at any other location. I came with two of my cousins and we were each ordering one drink and paying separately because we each have our own account and we were going to pay with our balances on our account well right off the bat the girl has an attitude And tells us she can only do up to two transaction per car I asked her why she said just because and walked off and the other girl came and asked for our order and she said same thing I asked why that I was even willing to leave and come back if that was the case and she said no that’s our big foot policy only two transactions per vehicle. I have never heard that in my life and I have gone to other big foot locations since then and I have asked about that so called policy and all have said there is no such thing. Honestly after that I would never go to this location again they have lost three customers .

Coffee is pretty good. I am disappointed that they stopped offering heavy cream as a topping . I like the creaminess that a little bit gives my latte without the added sugar of whipped cream. Because of this, I find myself going to Starbucks or a couple of other neighborhood places now unless I want one after hours. I guess I just dont understand why they couldnt just charge more. They took it completely off the menu. I feel like they are ignoring the wants or needs of their customers without a good enough reason.

I was pleasantly surprised when a drive through coffee shop gave me one of the best cappuccinos ive ever had. The baristas were friendly and operated quickly to get everyone on their way.

Be aware!!! This location randomly charges your card for purchases even though you have not gone that day! I bought a coffee Monday Nov 2nd before going into work. Then today (Wednesday the 4th) I saw a second purchase for todays date for a coffee, but I know that it is impossible, for I work in Seattle and I stay there days at a time, and today was a day I was staying there on base, so it would be impossible to have gotten a drink there today. I googled it and read from many others of this happening to them at this location as well. Keep an eye out on your cards!!!

Bad service from the redhead barrista in particular, ordered 3 blended drinks and we couldnt even sip the drinks through the straws on any of them because there were large chunks of ice. Probably the first time Ive ever regretted a tip. Disappointed.

Despite having long lines occasionally, they almost always apologize for the wait and serve you with a smile! My fiance and I go here almost all the time and they give us a puppuccino when we have our furbaby with us. So glad my fiance found them!

This is my fave location. Everyone is always nice and the drinks are on point. If you like a lesser sweet drink add an extra shot of espresso and theyre perfect.

The coffee was good and the service was great. Unfortunately we waited almost 40 minutes before we got to order. It was only 1 girl working on the weekend during busy hours. I felt so bad for her.

I will not be returning back here as I am a loyal customer coming almost every night for the hot apple cider after work. I was a disappointed with my last visit. Katie was working on 11-27 at 11:30pm I ordered apple cider and also requested a cup of ice Katie J. then told me that they are cracking down on the rules and now have to charge $1.00 for a cup of ice I said okay well can you just put ice in my own coffee mug?? Yup I still have to charge you $1.00 or I will be written up I find this ridiculous, and just wrong. Pay $1.00 extra to get some ice in my own mug to prevent my mouth from being burnt with the hot apple cider????

I really like this big foot java. All of the ones are really good and much better than Starbucks. Really enjoy the baristas especially Angela. Lines can be long at times but, I cannot blame them great drinks and good Customer service is hard to come by these days and they remember you and your drinks.

One barista in particular has a poor attitude right when we pull up to the window every time. And the drinks were poorly blended.

I go to Bigfoot very frequently and I was there on a Friday night, it was very busy and I was very impressed with the service I received from Jordan. I get the same drink every time and have never been offered a fresh drip coffee because I usually only come in the late afternoon. The usual response is “I can make you an americano because we don’t have any drip” so I was expecting this as per usual and the barista made the fresh batch of drip and told me it would only be a few minutes. Not once in the many years I have gone to Bigfoot I have been offered a fresh brew. I even drove back later on to thank her. Thank you so much this location is doing an excellent job.

Wish I could give Zero stars. The people that work here are judgmental and rude. I am a barista myself and I would never treat people the way they do. If someone forgets something about their order when I’m working, I automatically fix their drink or just remake it because that’s good customer service. If someone wants water, I just give it to them for free. It’s illegal to charge for water but these girls will pick and chose when they want to charge and when they want to be nice. Apparently they don’t appreciate their loyal customers who literally come here every single morning. I treat my regulars with the utmost respect but you won’t get that here.

They have implemented a new policy that they will not accept cards without a chip. My bank does not make chipped cards and the people working are so rude about it. I emailed the company to explain my frustration and explain that it is unethical and not ok to refuse payment! The email i received back was in short- Sorry thats our policy! What?!? I beg you- go somewhere else!!
