Customer service was great at Sunglass Hit. They were able to help me with all my needs and took their time to helping me pick the best sunglasses as it does get overwhelming with the variety of sunglasses to choose from. They even had a cool screen which was like a huge iPad where they were able to navigate other sunglasses and styles that were available. They provided cleaning and adjusting sunglasses as I observed customers coming in getting service done. The workers seem knowledgeable and worked together to provide COVID-19 precautions as only 4 people were allowed in the store at one time. They also had trays available to store sunglasses that were used so that they can sanitize it before they put it back up on the shelf. They offered protection plan which is like $20 for 13 month protection. If anything happens to your glasses within 13 months, they will replace it for an identical pair for only $40. How cool is that? Once I made a purchase, they adjusted my sunglasses which they had to make several adjustments and continued to smile while helping me.

If I could say “0” I would... I have been spending money with this company for over 10 years, and today I attempted to return a pair of sunglasses purchased for my fiancé; who didn’t even wear them but twice on vacation and the lady said they’re damaged. Being a business owners I can see through a policy put in place to circumvent a return policy.... they will say everything is damaged and point out hairline or less “scratches” that I still haven’t seen on this pair. I will no longer buy from them at any location. Beware.

Okay,did not make a purchase

I went to the sunglass hut in the mall and a great employee made it a great experience. It was the night of 2/29/2016. I was on the fence about the purchase and she not only was very attentive but she was committed to treating me great as well. Wanted to try on the glasses but was unsure of buying but after talking with her the choice was simple. Thank you so much for the great service!

Note: online one can’t use gift cards with PayPal payment. Unable to cancel transactions immediately. I have to wait for the product to arrive to send back and the once that is processed I’ll have to re order. It is 2020 this shouldn’t be that difficult.

I tried going to the Mall to get sun glasses yesterday, Im disabled and have a hard time walking. All the other shops in the mall opened at 10 am, I waited for the sunglass hut to open and after 20 minutes decided to leave. If a store cant even open on time Im guessing the rest of their service would be just as poor.

Very poor customer service. When selling a high priced stock, I expect to be treated with a little more attention or courtesy. You are lucky if you get a meager hello upon entering such a small store. Even if you are the only person in there, you would be pressed to get some assistance. I would take the chance and purchase online rather than waste my time here.

So I have been trying to call there for a while now to see if they have these glasses so I can go down there. Guess they are not getting a couple hundred dollar sale👎
