I originally ordered an SF crest, if arrived damaged in multiple places. The next business day I contacted the company and they INSTANTLY made it right. I received my order today as promised. It was worth waiting 3 months. The flag i ordered is of the highest quality and workmanship. Well worth the cost and wait! The order was packaged very carefully and well protected. This is a piece of artwork that can be passed down from generation to generation.

I share the opinion of other low reviews....Long on promise, short on delivery...literally. Ordered 4 items in mid August. I knew there was a 4-week back order on some. Thought they might be here for a birthday celebration in early October...nope. I decided theyd be Christmas gifts. I never heard from them, so began calling every couple of weeks in late October. Got excuse after excuse saying the items would likely be among the next few orders. Then finally I was told they were Guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. They shipped the items on 12/19/2016 and I didnt see them until AFTER Christmas on 12/27/2016. I have all the documentation to prove it.GO ELSEWHERE if you are looking for a unique gift....they arent the only game in town.

Have sent a few messages asking if they can make something I sent a pic of...no response..so sent another message...nothing...cant or wont even get back to me...so the same as the other guy said....love supporting US companies , but cant even take the time to respond...guess your making enough and dont need my money...too bad....had MANY orders

Super bummed because I was really looking forward to having one of their battle worn metal flags hanging on the side of my house. I ordered August 21st and clicked the box agreeing to the 4 week min backup. Fine. On September 26th I sent an email requesting update on ship date. Was told that they were sorry and due to high volume sold in July and beginning of August, they were being backed up drastically. Ok fine. Fast forward to today, October 19th. Still no word from them, so I call. Was told that they were still backed up and that they had no time frame to give me. I said to myself last night that if they couldnt give me a time frame that I would cancel my order, and thats what I did. Ill look elsewhere for something similar. I was really hoping to get their product because I want to support companies working here in the United States, I like supporting small businesses... Plus the product looked amazing. But I cancelled because I found the business practice unacceptable, especially since they already took my money and have not fulfilled their end of the bargain. Now, they have responded to my facebook review stating again the 4 week minimum. They have also blocked me so that I cant respond to criticism that Im not patient enough and would be the first to complain about quality if it were a rushed job. Bullshit. Its been nearly 8 weeks, and they refused to give me a time frame in which they would deliver what I paid for. Keep in mind they have my money and are refusing to tell me when I can expect delivery on the item I ordered via their website. Thats just not right in my eyes. I guess my next move is to contest the charge with my bank.

I have a few items and I have bought items for gifts. They are a big hit.
