Beautiful fabric but I travel an hour and a half as I am particular about service and updating my Bernina machine. Sew In Heaven is wonderful at it.

I was having trouble attaching my new Bernina walking foot to my machine. I emailed Suzette and she replied promptly. She FaceTimed me and helped me attach my walking foot correctly. She truly went the extra mile!! Great shop!!

Love this shop. It has a large selection of material and different patterns and project to do. They have great classes also. The ladies are very helpful and friendly. The only disadvantage for me, or advantage depending on how you look at it, I live 45 minutes away. But truly it is worth the drive. My sewing buddies love the road trip to Sew In Heaven!

Sew In Heaven is a gift. I own a Bernina 1020 and have spend hundreds of dollars in recent years having my machine repaired in my city only to be able to sew about 3 yards before it acted up again - all by, ahem, certified repair men. So discouraging. When I found Sew In Heaven the owner assessed and informed me I had never had the proper bobbin. Although the first many years I was able to sew nonstop with the wrong ones … the day came. After her service and new bobbins I am so grateful to be able to use my Bernina again without holding my breath. (Also was completely satisfied when I later took an antique Illinois in and Suzette told me it was too far gone. I trust her judgement implicitly. This girl hits the mark.) Will make that drive anytime my machine needs attention. Wonderful selection of goods and classes, too. Wish I lived closer.

Enjoyed my recent visit to this shop! For a small shop, they have quite a variety of fabrics, rulers, accessories, etc. staff was friendly and helpful.

I brought 2 sewing machines to have them worked on. Suzette was very nice to deal with that I ended up purchasing a machine. I tried it out at home and really didn’t care for that model and she willingly exchanged for a different machine that I love sewing on.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to talk and share information. I was not able to purchase the quilting machine and no-one was high pressure. I still hope to one day. In the meantime, I do purchase feet and fabric when I can get up there. (I am in Fort Smith) Their knots are great.

I absolutely love this store. The ladies are so knowledgeable on anything to do with sewing and quilting. I live about 75 miles from the store, but will drive to Fayetteville all the time to get my sewing supplies and advice. I know that these ladies are very ready to help in any way. I will always tell my quilting friends about Sew In Heaven. Its the best shop I have ever been in.

This is my go to fabric store and Bernina dealer. I can call and get an answer to my questions or order by phone and they send it right out. It’s the only place I trust for servicing my Bernina sewing machines and I have four. It’s over an hour drive from my home in northwest Carroll county but the customer service is great. Always a good experience.

I have always found the personnel in Sew in Heaven to be knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always clean and colourful with lots of samples to inspire anyone. I would recommend the Bernina sewing machines to anyone who is interested in a quality machine with a great reputation for excellence. Service on my machines has always been reasonable and timely.

When I need to buy fabric without going online, this is my first stop. The staff are helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. If you ask for the unusual -- fabric for an applique trees bark or for sky, for example -- they will immediately have suggestions and not treat you with scepticism. They sell good quality products.On the negative side, they are small. They do not sell denim or velvet or cosplay fish scale fabric. If they dont have what you need they will still try to help. Once I went in looking for ribbed knit fabric for cuffs. They didnt have any, but a lady who had some in her scrap bag gave me some. Later, when my order arrived from Alibaba I returned some to her. I was a stranger to this woman.

I also took a class which rather stretched my abilities, but I was able to complete a lovely bag that I would never have attempted without their help.

Sew in Heaven is a really nice shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are average for a shop this size. The selection of fabrics is small, and they are a Bernina dealer so a lot of the space is devoted to machines and their accessories, but they do have classes in a small area in the back of the shop. They will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

I have a used Bernina Artista 200 and trying to teach myself to use it. One of the ladies in our Embroidery group called there to get some direction on how to go recover stitches when your thread breaks. They went above and bring to get that answer for me. Highly recommend them!!!

This is such a great store to visit! It has beautiful samples that are advertising classes. There are fun groups to join—quilt club, embroidery club, Bernina club and BOM (quilting block of the month) groups. The employees are knowledgeable on the products and available to help with questions. The only negative thing I can say is it is a 40 minute drive to Sew in Heaven!
