This store has always been awesome. Its full of crafty possibilities. I was at this store a couple of weeks ago looking for material to replace the dust cover on our sofa. I saw online that this store had what I needed but I had no idea where to look. I stopped the first associate I laid eyes on, showed her a pic and she smiled and said, Follow me!She led me right to it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Being helped by knowledgeable staff shouldnt fill me wonder or amazement and yet here we are. I highly recommend this store for all your creative needs!

Very nice place to shop! In addition to fabrics (of course) its also full of awesome art/craft supplies and many other cute things too, such as novelty socks and cool Halloween stuff during the fall. The staff have always been very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The woman and the cutting counter has a great personality and lets you know about sales.

Yes was in there this morningTook forever to get my items rung up and then paid with cash,100.00 bill and got my change back. She shorted me 2.00 and had to wait for a manager to open drawer for the 2.00Then the manager preceded to tell me she would not take 100.00 bill anymore early ,if thats the caseWant be back if they cant take my cash then I will go else where. She proceeded to tell me the banks could not get cardboard to make money with but we all know money is made from cotton and linen.

Great place to get your fabrics if you are into doing your own styles. Went with the wife and the selections is great. I highly recommend them for bigginers to professionals. Their staff is always happy to guide you in your purchases. Great customer service.

I just started getting into sewing, wreath making and quilting and joann’s fabrics has been my saving place. If you can’t find what you need at other fabric or hobby stores, joann’s will more than likely have it for you.

I have always enjoyed Joanns stores. But these days, it seems as though there are way less options to choose from, and the prices are way too high!

What can I say? It is JoAnns. Always a great selection with good prices.

Excellent customer service! Everyone I encountered assisted me with an authentic attitude. And they had everything I needed for my project.

Love this place! Yes, the original prices are high, but pretty much everything is on sale (usually 50-80% off) so paying full price is actually pretty hard to do. Even if you need something that is not on sale, and cant wait for the next ad, there is almost always a 20% off coupon. The staff are super helpful, and gladly talk through projects with you while they are helping you (ok, so its busy and you cant expect an employee at the cutting counter to discuss your project while helping someone else). They even have items for other crafts besides sewing.

I like to shop at Joanns because she has good products and even though the store is large you can find what you are looking for.

I went into Joann’s today to try to pick up some art supplies and there was a really helpful sales associate that was in the Graphic Design program at the University working today! I don’t remember her name she was incredibly helpful and helped me pick out all the supplies I need it for my project! I hope Joann’s knows that they have some really incredible and talented individuals working at the store giving exceptional customer service despite the current global pandemic. Top tier service, I will only get my art supplies from here in town now!

I came in today knowing very little about the cricuit machines but wanted to try it out. I asked Catie for a little info and she DELIVERED. She knew EVERYTHING about all of the different machines and answered my million questions. Jake helped answer a few more questions at the register and was very kind. I’ll definitely be back for more supplies soon.

Drove from Rogers because I like shopping at this location best. After leaving Walmart, to head to shop here because the online hours said it closed at 7pm today(Sunday). I get there to find it was closed. How disappointing. Update your hours. I go to leave this review and it says it was updated by the business two weeks ago.

The Store has so much to offer. I’m new to the city from California and I shopped here for the first time today. I was blown away with the prices, they are so outrageous. I found a couple things one or two that was priced reasonably and I did purchase that, so many things I wanted to purchase but honestly your prices are way way way too high on most items. The girl at the checkout was lovelyStore is very nice and clean but the price will keep me away

Its a Joanns, and the only decent fabric place we have in the area anymore! I really like that they have expanded their faux fur section.

Forget using coupons. Anytime you go to use one whatever it is for will be on a pittance sale so that you cant use it.

The stores atmosphere is pretty decent, and they have a massive selection, but Im not quite sure why I would spend so much per yard when, quite frankly, I could just buy a blanket and make something out of it for cheaper.

I love JOANNES. Our Fayetteville store is always so clean and their employees are so FRIENDLY.They have a GREAT selection of fabric. I spend at least 30 minutes browsingand love their discounts.

Even though the app for the discount didn’t work. The employee was nice enough to get me the discounts.

Joanns has a great selection of fabrics with the notions and accessories to make them into your dreams. There is always a good sale somewhere. But when you see it, grab it. Prices may come down but your choice will very likely be sold out. The items are that good and the stores are not big enough to stock enough for everyone.

Not enough clear beads

Terrible service, won’t be back. It is a shame Hobby Lobby had to close amidst Corona and they got to stay open. A shame- used to love shopping here. Slow lines to get in the door. Staff watching without giving service, chatting up a storm. Maybe it is just the corona level of service they think we deserve since they suddenly have no competition.

My favorite store for fabrics and crafts has let me down! They said they would follow Covid19 guidelines but no one was counting people coming in the store Sunday and it suddenly was packed! Couldnt get to cut counter when my number was called because so many people were in aisle. Trying to get to cash register, line was back to cut counter. Crowd came about hour after opening and continued to stream in as I was leaving. Very disappointing!

Helpful staff, and able to use my app to apply online coupons freely to save money. I do wish they had a better selection of dressmaking fabrics in proportion to crafting fabrics.

Under new store management I find I like this store now. The new manager is polite, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a place I now look forward to going to for a novice crafter like myself.

Usually always have what Im looking for, and I almost always find a fabric that I cant live without. Been a few times that the staff have been less than helpful, but it comes and goes.

First time going. Was expecting it to be smaller and you walk in and its a big store. I walked around I had ideas in mind. They didnt have much in the clay but they had different sections of almost most crafts. They are really big on yarn and fabric. There are classes you can look at online. They probably have it at the store too. Im going to sign up for them

If you are going for sewing supplies, it would be good. Any other crafting projects, mediocre at best. Prices are high.

A vast selection of fabrics and lots of things for crafts with some decor items all sorted by theme. Not a single thing for soap making tho which is why I visited.

Huge selection at affordable prices. The staff wasn’t overly friendly or welcoming but we managed without them.

I enjoy going to JoAnn Fabrics pretty often. I have noticed over the past several months that the number of flannels is steadily increasing and seems to be overtaking space for a better quilting fabric selection. I love how wonderful the new flannel fabrics are but there’s a limit it’s really taking over. The quilt fabric area has been so condensed that it’s difficult for just 2 people, let alone with shopping carts,to shop the aisle. Then in the back area the aisles are very wide and I hardly see anyone shopping there...I also have to comment on the horrible conditions in the women’s bathroom. The whole thing needs to be removed and replaced and please add some air freshener and a person to keep it clean! Just saying!

This store is large and usually has a great selection, as well as consistently offering coupons. However, their employees are not always knowledgeable about fabric and the store never seems to have enough people working. Additionally, the price check stations throughout the store are almost never working, and signage may or may not be correct.

The store is always clean and very organized. It is a little small compared to the one in Fayetteville so before you make a trip make sure you go on the website to check they have what you are looking for. The reason why I gave it three stars is because the past few times Ive gone the customer service and friendliness of employees is terrible. Im not greeted when entering the store or told have a good day while leaving and no one ever asks me if they can help instead I have to go track someone down.

I visited Joanns for outdoor fabric. They had a lot of colors and patterns to choose from. While there I purchased some yarn on sale. Joanns is a great place for sewing and craft supplies.

1st - I believe if your going to work somewhere like Joans you need to know a little bit more than just quilting; okay. Quilting is like a 3rd of the reasons people go there. I would not like to walk somewhere like lows or home depo and NO ONE be able to assist or give advice about a project which is exactly Joans right now. Now I understand not everyone is going to know everything about everything thats in their store. Other wise they would probably just work off etsy and make money off a craft trade. But back to the topic at hand. I went into the store around January 18th to purchase materials for a wonder woman cosplay/costume I was making. When I asked a woman that Ive known to work there for at least 2 years what kind of glue she recommended to use on foam she replied idk, maybe you should research the Web before you start bulding. Fare enough; but the tone she answered in was a little bit of a condescending one. This isnt the only instance with her. When I had asked about paint good for restoring chipping pottery. Idk, maybe you should try hobby lobby. Sending a frequent customer to a competing busyness is not a good business practice as far as Im concerned. This takes me to topic #2.Topic number 2. Customer service.Everyone in some shape or form does or has worked customer service. Its a brutal industry. You get people who no matter what you do will be unhappy with your service or you get people who just want to take the day their having out on you. OR you get people who try to have a conversation with you. I will admit to being party to all 3 of these types of customer.Everytime I walk into Joans there are usually the same 3 or 4 people I see there all the time. I usually go in the evening so this is probably why I see the same people I see and one that sticks out among them the most is Will. Will is very quiet. Everytime Ive gone to the check out line and Will is there I end up going to Will. Ive even let people go before me just to avoid their service but still somehow end up getting cashed out by Will. Then I finally figured it out. Will doesnt talk to their customers, doesnt ask how their day is or what they are working on or any type of conversation. When presented with Coupons they will take a second to look at you like youve just ran over their dog; backed up and run it over again. They are probably the MOST unplesant employee Joans has. Until today.Today I went into Joans to look for a pattern and some fabric for a project Im making for a friend. I get the pattern and fabric; go to the cutting table the lady that helped me was very nice. She gives me my receipt for the fabric and even points out its on sale. Sweet! Good deal! My boyfriend picks up the fabric and carries it for me. (I pulled a muscle in my left arm which makes it hard to lift or hold anything right now even folded fabric.) So him being his sweet self carries it for me to the counter; the gentleman (if you would call him that) insults my boyfriend by stating that he should be over comic character (it had a comic book character on it). I look at him because Im like oh hes probably kidding no this guy was 100% serious. Noting how Im looking at him. He asks my boyfriend arent these for you. I answer no their for me. I give him the rest of my purchases and my coupon. He tells me youre coupon didnt go through. Doesnt bother to tell me why. So I told him to take off an item and he says sure. I try to ask him something and he interrupts me by saying yes, Im taking this item off. At this point my boyfriend steps up and pays for me as I was ready to just walk off. The guy hands me the receipt and then walks off...If this is the way that Joans on malls Avenue in fayetteville, AR 72703 is going to do busyness I will gladly drive 20 minutes to Joans in Rogers OR just take my business to Hobby Lobby as suggested by a Joans employee.

Live in Rogers. This store has a bigger selection of everything, especially fabric and books. Has a classroom.VERY nice staff: I make jewelry as a side project. Selected a mass of clearance charms (97¢) and buttons (50¢ per package). I can not remember her name... She had to hand-adjust every one in the register. She just kept making nice conversation, about what I plan to do with them, and why I was so excited to have found so much I could use.Midway through, I realized I may have picked up way too much... She helped me sort stuff out on the counter, chatted with me to help decide ( These are similar to those, do want both?) and kept reminding of the total to help me calm down (Youre only at $30 so far, That make it a few pennies over $50, ect...)She didnt seem to mind me pulling stuff out and then changing my mind and adding it back. I super appoligetic for basically being a crazy customer, and she said it was completely fine, that she understood completly; that creativity can be hendered by budget, and making the most of it is exactly what she would have done.ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. She had to keep calling other cashiers up to help check the line forming behind​ me. (She called the moment someone got in line, and let them know instantly she was having someone come up.)She got the evil eye a few times, and one of them kind of questioning why she couldnt keep the line down. I spouted off that it wasnt her fault, it was mine... She just said to nevermind them, she was helping me, so I was her primary focus.This was absolutely the nicest I have been treated, in I cant remember when. Seriously can not remember her name... If I could, I would be reporting these to her manager. She was fabulous and deserves a pat on the back, and anything else Jo-Anns does to recognize wonderful service.
