Their selection is so much nicer than the other crafting stores, and being a huge Halloween fanatic, their home decor for the season is better than the decor from spirit. Would highly suggest to any avid crafter!

I love this store they’re always having sales on their items especially outdoor and indoor home decor. I always come here for stuff for my garden. They have the cutest things that I can’t find anywhere else and they’re always 70% off. I leave there with so many great items at such a low cost.

I have been to other Joann Fabric stores and had helpful pleasant people, but that was not the case here. The staff was rude and unwilling to do something as simple as cutting fabric to length.

The staff was awesome, helped me find the right stuff to finish a custom motorcycle seat I am building.

Elise was wonderful!!!!! She was extremely kind, cheerful and helpful. My phone was having major issues with loading the Joann’s coupon and she was so attentive in helping me at checkout time. Her bubbly personality had me smiling after exiting Joann’s and I’m still sitting in my car whilst typing this review. Wonderful experience 💕❤️💜🤗

I ordered curb side pick up, even after four hours it was not ready. States during check out that I would be no more than 2 hours.

Good store but over priced... they have sale signs posted but then don’t give you the sale price and when you say something nothing is done or fixed and they acted like it was my fault that the items were in the wrong spot.... yet there was a ton of the same item there like it belonged but they refused to give me the sale price.... then over scanned on top of it where i was over charged and that didnt get fixed either....

The cashier was very nice. I got a few things that were a good deal.

It was close to closing and Leona was a wonderful cashier! She rung me and my mom up with all of our Christmas stuff being purchased. She showed great customer service and even though the store was almost closed she still was very nice and had a great attitude! This was one of my first time’s shopping at Jo-Ann (my mom comes here frequently) I definitely will be back and am thankful for cashiers like Leona who show great much needed cheer during this holiday season!

Lines are always long and the older staff seems to be very off put by questions or asking for help. The younger employees are very helpful and always remind customers about discounts, coupons and updates to sales. Great place but can be a struggle to get through a checkout line so make sure you have time. And if you make it through quickly then lucky you! Great place over all but getting help is not very easy.

Great selection of things. Very clear store layout. As the name suggests that have a lot of fabric choices, but also offer a healthy amount of other crafts. The pen and marker selection has increased recently. Staff is helpful and the store location is in a great shopping center.

I went in yesterday for a last minute costume invention the DAY OF HALLOWEEN I was freaking out. Two very nice ladies (I wish I got there names) helped me size my fabric and help give me idea and how to make it look good for last minute! It came out looking amazing! Thank you ladies so very much!

Admittedly not a lot to choose from but since the pandemic, everyone is taking up a craft. Its still a nice store and friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and helps when needed. They arent pushy and very courteous from the time you walk in until you check out. The store is very clean and up to date with plenty of very nice designs in fabrics. A nice one-stop-shop if you need craft supplies.

Not good customer service. Inconsistent practices at the fabric cutting table. They started out not calling numbers, then after u had waited for 15 minutes they decided to start calling numbers. 4 people had gotten in front of me during that time. When I complained they simply ignored my complaint.

This place has all your fabric needs! Everything from simple sheet goods to extra soft fleece and everything in-between. They have a wide variety of thread and needles and all sewing equipment as well. They even have some expensive sewing machines that can sew from an imported picture. Great place and love the selection

JOANN Fabrics is like being in a candy store. I could stay for a while. I was able to keep my two year old granddaughter busy with YouTube and was able to take advantage of current sale. Can hardly wait to go back. Oh! Also, they increase their ethnic selection!! Yayy!

Why do you have some people shopping without a facemask on? That should be a mandatory thing to have one on for public safety. Last Friday, I saw an older couple without facemask on while waiting to pay on line. The older man kept on coughing without covering his mouth....this is not okay! As a local shopper, I shouldnt have to feel uncomfortable and worried while shopping if you require everyone to shop in with a facemask on. Covid 19 is on the rise, you need to implement mandatory facemask on in every shoppers!!!

Signed my daughter up for the Kids Sewing class offered this coming Saturday 6/22/2019....bought all her supplies and then I receive an email that the class has been CANCELLED!!!My daughter has been excited to attend since the day I signed her up. Not entirely sure why Joann’s is even offering sewing lessons because after reading some of the other reviews it appears they have a history of randomly cancelling classes with no regard to their customers!!This is the first and LAST time I enroll my daughter in anything this joke of a store is offering! What a disgrace!! You’ve definitely lost a customer and should just remove sewing lessons from your website if your staff aren’t committed to actually following through with them!

Joann Fabrics has all the stuff I need to keep us in sewing materials to keep the children doing positive things. They have a great assortment and so many different patterns of fabric to make any project fun. It gives us the option to custom make anything that we cant find on the shelf. Of course the kids get to throw crazy ideas together for their stuff as well.

Lisa is so knowledgeable about all things craft related. She was a pure pleasure to get help from. The young lady at the cash register was a pure delight on 4/4. They made my shopping experience great! Plus I racked up on Duke Mdse at 30% off. I so love JoANNs

An excellent all around craft store. Sometimes a little difficult to find help, But about the only help you need is with cutting cloth. Everything is well laid out and easy to find.

Although I dont shop for fabric, they have a huge selection. I like to walk around and look at the different designs and textures. I shop here for crafting items. Some of the pricing for the items I use are a bit pricey, but their coupons make up for it.

Lines are going down the aisle while employees are talking to each other. After a customer forced a second register open and still standing for over ten minutes the cashiers acts like you should be GRATEFUL they finally let you pay for your merchandise. Been shopping here for years. Worse day ever.

My granddaughter, Catherine Elyzabeth, is going to quilt a blanket for me. So many beautiful colors to pick from. The service was excellent and friendly.

Very organized and clean. All the fabric, tools and decor you need. Very friendly staff. I love this place!!! This store has all types of fabric; from decor fabric, quilt fabric, baby quilts, clothes, including dance clothes fabric. They also have home decor, a ton of fake flower arrangements and everything you need to make arrangements and wreaths. You also can get jewelry making tools, and all types of jewelry jewels. You can also get all kinds of binding colors, and many different types of sewing machines. They have Husqvarna sewing machines as well. You can get picture frames, and anything you need to make clothes (zippers, pockets, white chalk, etc). This is definitely a place to go!!!

Very organized, well-stocked store for all of your crafting and sewing needs! Elise, cashier, was very helpful and courteous! My go-to store for florals, yarn, cricut supplies, fabric, and other sewing essentials!

Of the craft stores in town, this is the better one. The staff is friendlier than the ones in the Hobby Lobby in the same plaza- theyll help you track down coupons on your smartphone and dont seem to mind typing them if they wont scan.I also like that they seem to have a good grasp of their sales and coupons. I brought one in wondering if I could use it on a specific brand of fabric, and while I couldnt they pointed out that there would be a sale in a week if I could wait. Very useful.Their paint selection is a little limited, but its a fabric store mostly so Im fine with that. Also, unlike some craft stores Ive never had an issue with my service dog here. One employee even headed off a woman who was telling her kid to come ask to pet him by pointing out that service dogs usually cant be petted at work. Wow! Thats a rare thing.The aisles are big, easy to navigate, and the bathroom was clean and stocked. Also the fabric is almost always neat, which tells me they tidy a lot because man is that hard to keep up.

This is the cutest place ever! There is more fabric than youll ever need, and they always have plenty of deals or coupons going on to help out. Of course, some of the prices are kind of high, but the quality is well worth it. If youre looking for cheaper stuff, check Amazon or Walmart first, but Joanns will have everything you need.

Always has good sells on fabric. Joanns is literally the only wide selection fabric store left in the area. Some Fabrics you have to wait until it has a sale on it or else its way too expensive, if youre making any decent size thing. Always bring your coupons, Joanns is one of the few craft places that I know of that will allow you to use one or more discounts / coupons.

I found almost everything I went in for, only 1 item I wanted was out of stock. Employees were helpful and available as always, but not as friendly and engaging as Ive come to expect at Joann. Still my favorite place to shop though!

Well, I arrived just before Joanns opened and patiently waited at the door. When the manager opened and unlocked the door, she turned and walked away. I had to say good morning to her before she would even acknowledge me. When I completed my shopping, she was at the cash register. Again, with a very blah expression she still did not greet me! Unfortunately, the location on Skibo is the only Joanns in town. If that was not the case, I certainly wouldnt shop there.

The staff is not friendly. I go here pretty often for things and its a 75% chance that at least one staff member will roll their eyes when you ask for help OR point you towards 8 rows of fabric and say go that way.
