Prices were reasonable and they have a large inventory. Staff is pleasant and helpful. I recommended Trade it to my mom and shes now a very happy customer.

First time in here, didnt deal with any staff and wont comment on the set up of the place, but. I like deals, been all over town. Found 10 items I was interested in to review prices online (or already knew like video games for example) and every single one was more expensive than buying brand new from a reputable store or going to Ebay, and not just slightly higher but substantially. Save your money.

The Management and Associates all seemed to help one another. It was so obvious that I told the Cashier as well as a Manager. I loved the flow. They were super busy as it is Christmas Eve, but they found time to help as well as keep their cool. Good for you all. Keep it up!

Great service somewhat, some employees try to short change you while others help at the highest they can (which is why they got an extra star). Tried using an online coupon and they DO NOT honor online coupons which is pretty sorry and ridiculous since its on their website.

About 10 years ago this would have been the perfect place. Now they only have one location anoverpriced you can walk in Walmart BestBuy and probably get it a couple dollars cheaper. Dont waste your time these prices are outrageous 4 pawn shop and second hand

Staff was so rude. I returned some old things that were dusty and dirty and the manager (black male) and employee (black female) literally laughed at me. Saying “look how dirty this [insert item here] is.” It’s demoralizing to be spoken to. And the prices they give you for selling is robbery. $12 for an unopened product that is being sold for $125 currently is so crazy to me

My whole time there was good as normal. Once I got in line the the cashier had said next, so I walked up and put my items down. There was a man on the far side of the other counter, and he started commenting how he’d been there before I went into the store and hadn’t been helped. The cashier, Hannah, apologized to the man and to me about how the customer was acting. She was very professional about it. The man in line behind me had told the customer that since he had been waiting for a long time to go in front of him, and the customer kept saying that no it was fine obviously our time was more important than his. Hannah and Elena were both very professional about the whole situation and handle the situation very well.

Been dealing with this company since it was called Cash Converters. Put an item on layaway for a friend, went to pickup the item. And they had given the merchandise to the friend without my authorization. Friend didn’t not have the layaway receipt or anything. They were allowed to pay remaining balance and retrieve the item. Can not even get the corporate off to answer phone or get an email reply. Be careful putting items on layaway. Violation of privacy

I love trade-it. Ive upgraded everything in my house for CHEAP! They have the best prices from electronics to tools, and the staff is very friendly.

Didnt really have what I was looking for had to improvise. With everything I purchased still couldnt get the monitor to work. Decided to just keep it, because for some reason for everyday you keep it past purchase causes your refund to minimize. I just chalked it up as a project.

Went to sell an item that was new never used and they offered me less than a quarter of what its worth . Not even close. What a joke i looked around and priced a few things that i have and know what the going price is. And thats what they do. Offer you just about nothing hoping you will take it then sell it at the going price of new or a few dollars below new. Not worth the time. And extremely rude 😡

Wish i could give them 0 stars to be honest they gone be friendly wit u when you in the store just to get you to buy something. It’s a female manager there spoke to her over the phone she has an immediate attitude just after me explaining to her my situation. Javon is the only reason I am giving this place 4 star. He was very understanding and helpful with everything. Other than that I would give trade it a one star because of the used equipment they have. I bought a we there for 25 bucks and it did not work on the GameCube games. So we tried another version one wii and it had a game in it and also some plastic object in it which they clearly dont test their equipment and check it at all.

I come to trade it quite a bit I have had good and bad experiences there but today was good . Ms Elena had a lot of customers and a lot going ok n at once even though I was not in a hurry or rush she was very speedy and helped each of the customers in a while organized and speedy fashion. Ive been a customer for quite some time now. I only had one bad experience in the 9 or so years Ive been doing business with these folks under a different name. The new location is bigger but not the best looking place Ive seen. The staff seems to change every time I come in, but theyre usually very nice and helpful.

Brought a set of Astro A50 headset which they had in the Xbox case and it had a Xbox base to charge the headset but the headset was blue. I thought something wasn’t right with that color combination but brought them anyway. I should have followed my mind. Whoever sold them switched the Xbox headset with a ps4. I have an Xbox so I want an Xbox headset. Went to return them and the lady think she’s a customer service manager or something (short brown skin lady) charged me a 15% restocking fee, so I basically lost $20. Including taxes for their mistake. Told me it doesn’t say for Xbox on the sticker they put on the item. Didn’t argue because $20!cost them a $300. Sale and a long term customer! My wife was going to purchase a cellphone from them.

I told representative I wanted a refund the manager said it would have to be repaired then maybe they could refund. Total ripoff!! The manager needs training. She told me I should not expect it to work because they are second hand company. I came in today and bought a $375 camera from them. Jenard was the employee that helped and was fantastic. He helped me with anything I could have possibly needed with class and was polite to the highest extent the entire time. Made my time there enjoyable and I will definitely be back.

DO NOT BUY ANY CELL PHONES from Trade-It. They are ALL stolen!! I brought an s7 from that turned up stolen after 2 months. The phone was locked and unusable. My daughter had a s5 for almost a year and all of a sudden it turned up stolen. It locked and was unusable. Listen to the warning. Buy phones at your own risk. The manager told me we didnt know, sorry, you win some and you lose some. No refund, no store credit, nothing. DO NOT BUY USED CELL PHONES. They should STOP selling cell phones.

I went in to purchase a blu-ray player and got this young lady helping me named Elena. She was cordial and professional. It became really busy , yet she took the time to assit me. Came here to buy a dvd player for my daughter room.... Took it home and plugged it up and roaches came running out of it!!!! After killing them i put them back in they nice little home and took it back to this shop. So I would be careful what you buy second hand.

Went to buy an xbox 360. They had 2 in my price range, but when each one was tested, they did not open. They were broken. So an employee said he would ask if he could get me a better price on the next cheapest one, which was out of my price range by 2 dollars plus tax. I told him how much I had. He came back to have someone test the xbox and neglected to tell us that he was not able to give us a better price. So we spent about 45 minutes in there for nothing. Because they would rather lose a customer than come down 2 dollars plus tax. I would think that a store like that would come down a little just for the simple fact that I was there for so long and was showed 2 broken xboxes. I have been shopping at trade it for years, I will not be going back. The store is far too greedy.

Worst experience ever. I took my paid warranty and tv in for repairs on 9/8/18. They had been giving me the runaround since 9/17 when it was supposed to be returned to me repaired. They lost my tv. They finally replaced it today 10/3, didnt even give me full credit for what I paid originally. Still had a year warranty but had to lose it. RIP OFF!!

Stand in line and wait while people after you go ahead of you. Half the employees have no knowledge or training! The manager Kim is rude and disrespectful and does not have the first bit of customer service training! Was told to fix a tire on a pressure washer and bring it back for $125, upon returning waiting in line for 45 minutes while people were being served in the parking lot that pulled in after we did. Made it to the counter and because the cashier didn’t have a clue how to work the pressure washer we had to wait for Randy (who gave us the quote), then Kim (the manager) told Randy not to honor the quote without testing it in the back, however it’d already been tested in the parking lot. My husband started it for him before we left to fix the tire. Randy couldn’t get it himself so the quote was never honored because Kim said not to. (Apparently a company’s “word” doesn’t mean anything!) Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you run outta gas and have absolutely no other place to go because you might stand in line for hours and still end up pushing your car home!

Prices are more or less outrageous they charge eBay prices for pre owned but the price is for a new product. They don’t care about how the store is set up it’s a mess! The manager I don’t recall his name but he has a lisp is a complete prick. Looked for 2 minutes for a game for me then just called to his coworker and said “I can go do that cause I can’t find this game”. He had no knowledge of the products so I’m sure he had the game but just didn’t know what it was. There was 3 copies on the shelf (cases) of the same game but he couldn’t find the disc. The games are out in the counter so cannot be stolen. So how do you have 3 cases for the game but no discs. This is my last visit here.

Came here for the first time today and I am very sad to say it was a bad experience. I and my father were looking at the bikes outside when we asked one of the workers to assist us outside. My dad asked him different questions regarding the bikes and the worker acted very uninterested and rude. What really was unpleasant was when his phone rang in the middle of the conversation and he walked away and answered it without saying a word. We tried to go inside again and ask another associate to help us. The man said he would help my dad but when my dad walked away he carried on with someone else. Tired of not be assisted, we both left and took our business elsewhere. The pawn shop we went to down the road was very helpful and had workers that actually cared. I will not be returning here.

Horrible Service. I was trading in some items so I could buy something in the store. I kept telling the associate that he should pull the item so it would not get sold as it was a good item. He kept saying Nah man, dont worry, dont worry. As soon as we finalized the deal, i went to go get the item and someone was at the register with it buying it. I was livid and told the associate I wanted my stuff back as I was willing to take the Horrid trade offers they give out because I was upgrading. He said that since I signed the reciet, there was nothing to be done, but told me to look around since I now had trade credit for something else. i have spend a lot of money here, but this was the last straw, they have lost my business forever. Do not waste your time!

Absolutely terrible . We received the wrong disc on 2 of 4 games and the others were unreadable when brought home on the play system. I dont think the employees really care or have concern. Ive never seen one check a disc . Pitiful.
