Great selection of decorations and costumes for kids and adults. Saw a Bob Ross one thought that was funny 😂 . Grandson loved this place and wanted everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable.

I wish I remembered the name of the clerk who helped us, she was the best. The selection was good but the customer service was significantly better than the other Halloween stores weve been to this year. That alone would cause me to choose this store.

This is such a great store with a welcoming vibe. They have an wide variety of costumes and other merchandise for customers of all ages. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to assist every customer with any question or concern they may have. They really help to make costume shopping stress free and fun! Halloween Express is a really need to store! Its smaller then spirit of Halloween, but it does have better costumes. It also has a few things that spirit of Halloween does not. Even though spirit of Halloween is closer to our house and we will probably visit them again for a couple things we will definitely be coming back to Halloween Express for what we saw.

Great and the staff are so nice. Things that I could not find anywhere else for a program.You guys help make it historical. It was a true life Knighting in a real castle .Sir Knight Joseph Tyner.

The location was moved to Cross Creek Mall so the place was packed. It was a little hard to get through. There was a greeter at the door dressed in costume who was nice and we got asked by different employees if we needed help finding anything which was also appreciated. The selection of costumes wasnt the largest but it seemed fairly organized. My nephew found his costume and accessorey and was happy with his costume.

My 3 year old and I visited Halloween Express while visiting NC last week, and we had a blast! The staff was awesome and super helpful. They had a great selection and assortment of costumes and spooky decorations, and great prices too! I especially loved all the build your own costume supplies. So much fun!!!

The a/c was off because the hurricane but the store was open and absolutely massive! The staff were so nice and welcoming and the merchandise is quality for a good price. If only they stayed open all year. Great store, great employess!

The staff at Halloween Express Fayetteville are the BEST! Not only are they extremely helpful and friendly but they helped me customize and find exactly what I wanted in my costume. And if that wasnt enough, their costume and accessory collection are the best in the area! I will continue to shop here and recommend this store to all my family and friends!

I had a great experience today at Halloween Express in Fayetteville. They have great costumes reasonably priced. The customer service was outstanding. They helped me piece together a costume within my budget. Looking forward to seeing them next year!!

I went to this store today to purchase items for Halloween this year.. They refused to honor Halloween Express coupons. They stated they were not an official Halloween express store. Funny I thought the name was Halloween express.. I went to Spirit Halloween and did not have this problem. They had no problem honoring coupons. I will have to make the rest of my purchases at Spirit Halloween. I know where I will not shop from now on!

Busy store, but excellent selection and staff was really good last year. After leaving the store, I quickly googled the price for what I wanted and it was cheaper to buy at the store than online which was surprising so I went back in and they Plowed me to exchange one of my items and purchase the one I really wanted which was great.

I mean, its definitely not the greatest. As I drove past my first thought was, spirit has three locations? No. I stopped anyways. Its your average Halloween store, overpriced, cheaply made costumes, decorations, and animatronics. But youll get that everywhere. Since spirit made its name in this town already I thought maybe this store could be a step up, buts its roughly the same, not better. At least I didnt get my hopes up. Funny though, first time reviewers reviewing.

Military Discount 5% because wasnt active duty such an insult. Also to tell us that in a military town like Fayetteville North Carolina that almost all places do not give non active duty veterans military discounts is absurd.
