So excited! It was really busy considering it is graduation weekend for many schools. There was nothing left in that section and many were in line for balloons.I wasnt there for that, my co-teacher and I are having a blacklight party for our students on the last day of school next week. Although I only found pink duck tape, I did find some great baseball stuff to use for next years beginning school decorations!

I ordered a costume and socks (socks only purchased to get a discount) on 10/26. I received the email that my order was ready for pickup. I drove the 30 minutes to the store, only to find out that the costume I ordered was not in stock. One of the associates said they called me, which is not true. I had not received a single call. They did not want to refund my money at the moment and said they would go in the back and cancel the order. I called 11/2 and spoke with manager. She says she will cancel the order. The order still has not been canceled, and 8 days later, I still do not have my money back for items I have not received. Associates should be more knowing of how their online ordering works. The issue still has not been resolved. I have not had an issue with this store before, but this incident will cause me not to shop at this store.

If I could give them zero stars I would.No decorations, the staff is rude, Serenity at the front informed me that I could go back the next day and get my balloons filled as “ will only take about 20-30 minutes”Well I get there today and I’m told they can’t fill 12 balloons because they are backed up with orders. Why wasn’t I I formed of that the day before?This location has gone down hill drastically and you can tell as soon as you walk in the doors.How many people does it take to fill balloons? Apparently all their staff and they still can’t do that!

A lot of empty shelves.. 5 staff members behind the counter but only 2 very slow registers open and 10+ people in line.I did get some cute stuff for 2 different themed parties coming up so Im counting it as a win

I purchased 2 dozen latex balloons last night for my daughter-in-law-to-bes bridal shower, almost $30 in balloons. Got up this morning and they are on the ground-- less than 10 hrs after I purchased them. I called, they said did you purchase high float? They only last 8-10 hours without it, to which I replied what is that and why didnt anyone tell me about that? I mean, I dont buy balloons every day, this is something I had never heard of. She replied well we have a bunch of new employees and they keep forgetting to tell customers about it. You can re-purchase the balloons and we will give you a 30% discount. Soooo....THEIR employees mistake for not telling me, and I am left holding the balloons on the floor. Never will I buy from party city again.

Worse customer service. We were standing in line and not one of the 5 employees behind the counter acknowledge nor assisted us. I had to ask twice two different employees to ring me up. The lady that finally came had a attitude about it. A proper customer service training should be implemented.

My order was not ready, they had laid it to the side and it slipped down in a spot they could not see. I received it at 11 supposed to be ready at 10. But the gentleman was very nice and apologize several times. I was nice he was nice.

Place was half empty. Not sure whats up, but over last few years all these stores seem to be getting less filled shelves than any other store

Very good selection and varieties of popular party themes and games. I do notice they sometimes run out of the popular balloons/numbers often, so I dont recommend putting your balloon orders in the day of. Definitely call ahead!

The cashier there any Hospitality training I went September 9th when they first open up and that cashier was just rude thank God for change

The worst experience assistant manager has dont care attitude treated customers and other employees with no respect. Will never shop the again it took almost 1hrs to fill ten regular balloons 1 happy birthday. She was continually texting on phone and conversationing with other employees!!!

While the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the store itself could use a bit of help. I’m not sure if it’s COVID related but parts of the store were empty or sparsely stocked.

My husband contacted Party City in Fayetteville to place a balloon order for 63 balloons on 08/21/2020 for a release ceremony we were having for my mother who passed away on 08/19. We paid for the balloons along with delivery fee and tip for the driver. A little over $95. The day of the ceremony the balloons did not show up at the scheduled time. He called the location and was told the delivery company did not pick up our order. Guy at the store said he would look into it and call us back. We drove 3 cars to the location to pick up the balloons since we did not receive a call and they were closed and nobody was there. After banging on the door for a while we left. This was very disappointing for our family as this was our final goodbye to our mother. Our event was ruined. When we called on Monday the manager(female) was unapologetic. No empathy and told us we would have to drive down for a refund even though we paid over the phone. We live in Garner. We asked for the District Managers number and she refused to provide it. We asked to have the District Manager contact us and havent heard from anyone. We are very angry and hurt by this whole experience and implore anyone who reads this to not shop at this location.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. These people are so very rude. My husband and I were there looking for a piniata for our sons 1st birthday, not wanting to spend an arm and a leg for something he can’t even hit was ridiculous. We found one for 9.99 and we thought “awesome.” Well we got to the counter and it rang up at 16.99. My husband informed the rude cashier that we had gotten it off the rack that had said 9.99, even went back and showed her the picture of the price with serval piniatas there. They refused to give it to us for that price, instead told us that they were in the process of changing the price of it. Mind you, they still had it displayed for 9.99. This store is an absolute joke. Y’all need to hire better people who are about other people. Crooks.

My 1st time doing a curbside pickup at this location and I was impressed with the service.

Its Saturday and this Party City has eight cash registers but only one cash register is open. The one cashier not only is in charge of a line with 16+ customers but also in charge of answering the phone which holds up the check-out process. I was told it would take 3 hours to blow up six balloons. However, the cashier was nice.

Party city is a great place. All that you need for your upcoming event, you can get it here. The only thing that I see that is a problem, when it is close to certain holidays, please have more cashiers to assist.

Got there to order balloons at 11:15am, I was told they would be ready at 1:30pm, maybe before is what the lady told me. I get back at 1:30pm they had not even started on my 21 balloons. They were on the counter in a bag, i thought they would have been completed, it had been 2 hours.

Went in and ask the employees up front about how do I get balloons. She stated pick them out and get in line. It’s was Saturday (this morning) morning, and it was 10:00, they have only been open an hour. I stood in line for 15 mins. and when I got to the front register, the employee told me it will be after 11:00 before I could pick them up. Why didn’t the first employee tell me there would be a wait?! I didn’t choose to wait, but had I, would I have to wait in line again?! Poor and unorganized system! Want be coming back!

They have a decent variety of options for every occassion, however they are always understaffed, you have to wait way too long to get your balloons order, cashier line always crazy and they have only 2 cashiers on a weekend...makes no sense

This time of year lines are long and customers get a little irritated. The workers stay professional and calm. They keep stock levels up. I always find what I need.

Giving us a since of normalcy throughout this pandemic. Thank you Party City for having just what we needed.

The lines at the dmv go faster than the lines here. Even if you order for curbside pick up youll be waiting forever.

For the most part the inside of this store is always a mess, Items where they shouldnt be and laying over the floor. Also the costumer service is pretty bad. Usually have one cashier with lots of employees just walking around ignoring the fact that people have been waiting in line for at least 12 minutes. Other than that they have about pretty much anything when it comes to parties, decorations and costumes.

Went to this Fayetteville Skipbo road Location it wasnt organized at All. But Atleast I was acknowledged once entering the store. Wont be back!

They have every costume or any party set up that you can imagine and lets not even forget Halloween Christmas decorations for every season this is a neat place just to walk around and get your eyes on a lot of cool stuff

Horrible customer service. Asked someone for help finding something and the young boy acted like I was bothering him. Did not help at all. I stood waiting for at least 15 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help or anything. I just got fed up and walked out. I will not be going back. Period

Party City is by far the perfect place for any themed event. With Halloween being just days away Ive purchased most of my exterior decorations from this place and it still looks good and has good quality. The white tiles that makes up the flooring is usually clean for the most part. Good organization inside the isles. Party City always has a comfortable setting and warm type feeling whenever you step foot into the store. All of the balloons from biggest to smallest are always on display for all to see and choose which ones they prefer. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful everytime I go.

Its always crowed with six people behind the counter 4 blowing balloons and one register open thats too much

You can always find what you are looking for at Party City! Just dont expect to always have great customer service.

Party said he was closed for a period of time because of covid 19. When they opened you had to use their mobile app and purchase then use curbside pick up. Their mobile app was really tough to use because so many people were trying to use it they could not support all of the customers. So as it turns out my order was placed multiple times and it was super frustrating however the employees were extremely helpful and when you called they could give you an update and when they delivered to your car they were super nice.

This place has all your party need with a pretty good size price tag on it.Candy to plates to costumes .Hanukkah stuff to. They have tons of things but be prepared to pay more there.

Made an order for Curbside pickup on Tuesday/Wednesday, I requested that I would pick it up on Saturday. I was called Saturday two hours before I went to pick up the balloons and they told me that they had ran out of helium? I was okay with that no big deal things happen. But they also told me that I had to call Customer Service for a refund because they couldn’t do it, I’ve been calling Party city since Monday and they haven’t answered. Every single time I stay on hold for over 30 minutes! This is ridiculous I just need my money back!

No helium, out of stock on a lot of the balloons on the wall. But prices are good. They have been great the last few times we were there needing a quick stop for items.

I had the worst experience saturday. They did not have the ballons I purchased online ready for my daughters birthday. When I called I was told my order was overlooked from 50 orders they had to call to let peple know they were out of hellium. A refund was not able to be given at the store, I was told to contact Customer Service for my refund. I will never order from them again this has not been the first time they misplace or over look my order.

I asked for her help, she came off of a ladder and Googled the look of Edgar Alan Poes mustache I needed to assist in my purchase. My sons class looked so great!!! Thank you Party City.

Amazing place for party supplies. If you are throwing a party, for a child, an adult, a wedding, or planning a holiday celebration, christmas, halloween, new years etc.etc. this is the place to go. You can find cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, even pre-made goody bags.
