Store was empty didnt have much product. Wanted aluminium pans had no lids. Line was so long would think twice about going back

Nakeim is by far the BEST Associate that has ever helped me! Such a fun enthusiastic attitude! He found exactly what I needed immediately! I love an associate in a store that knowsthe inventory! Give this man a raise!

My Party City experience is a really good one. I had a few overages from my daughters birthday experience and I was able to return the unused items with no hassle. Their prices was reasonable and customer service was great.

I went in to get balloons. This is actually the second time at this location and I think that they need good help. My service was great but just very slow. They are very helpful at the register but just slow. I could never find anyone on the floor for assistance until after I got to the register. Just be patient when you go there. Very nice ppl just think they need help or at least shown that they are appreciated to help the momentum. You cant overwork your employees and then expect the best all the time. Blessings to the workers.

Where do I start... I preordered some balloons for a birthday and went to pick them up at this location. First of all the store is a mess. Everything was all over the place. Initially there was someone assisting the pick up line so I went there and looked at more balloons to add to the order (the options online were more balloons than I wanted since I only needed like 3-4 more). While I was selecting, the lady walked off and never returned. Meanwhile, a line began to form behind me. There was another assistant on the other register assisting the walk ins. Once that assistant was free the lady behind me asked if there was anyone working pick ups. The assistant looked around for a second and said no. The line at this point was 5 deep. The assistant came over and asked the lady behind me her name so she could pull her order, completely disregarding the fact that I was standing there first in line. Thankfully, the lady behind me acknowledged that I was in front of her as I was saying the same thing. I then asked about getting the other balloons filled and she told me no, they were short staffed. I picked up my order and I spent the rest of the night finding the remaining balloons for the birthday girl. I won’t be back.

This party city was completely disheveled. Merchandise was on the floor, mixed up, and some items were too high to reach. There were shopping carts full of merchandise in the back of the store and no one could determine if they were go backs or clearance. No employees were around to ask for help, either.Checking out was a mess. There was 1 cashier and no distinct line. Several employees were standing behind the counter, but not really doing anything.Some people came in for balloon orders, but their order had not been filled and you couldnt just walk in to get balloons filled, there was a few hour wait and/or cutoff of helium balloons.This shopping experience was really bad, and the store setup was horrible.Its definitely not going to be on my must visit places. Ill buy from Amazon, WalMart, craft stores, etc. just to avoid the mess. This store will be my last resort.

This store was so empty that all the shelves had only one or two items on each one. It look like party city had a big party before i got there.

They need more people, but I still love them. They have so many cute things for all types of events.

Never stocked with enough products. Employees are rude. Don’t waste your time, or money it isn’t worth it. And oh yeah they don’t do inventory properly.

I placed an online order to pick up in store. When i arrived i went to the designated online pick up register. There was an employee there but i stood there for 10 minutes before she acknowledged me (I was the only customer there). She was too busy trying to turn on her walkie talkie, complaining to the cashier about not wanting to be there and fidgeting around. She finally asked me if i was picking up an order and then took forever to find it. Once i got home i realized there were a couple items missing and that the items i did get looked like they had been trampled on and were damaged but i refuse to go back in that store. The pick up area is a complete disaster with no organization at all. The store is disgusting and messy. When i first walked in i thought they were going out of business because of the lack of merchandise in the store and how the items they did have were just thrown around everywhere on the shelves. The store needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom, reorganized and the front end employees need customer service training.

Horrible Service. Associate Yolanda was cursing while ringing me up to another associate. I needed some balloon blown up and they told me they couldnt blow them up since they were closed. They were doing me a favor by ringing me up. I was in the store before they closed. I had to wait for an associate to help me get something up high. I would rather shop at the Mount Zion Party City. There staff has a better attitude.

Love this place. The only suggestion I would have is to have another air machine. Many people want balloons at once and you will be waiting for a while.

This store was horrible it looked like a train had came thru there. Stuff was in the wrong location and the associates did not want to honor their pricing mistakes. Nobody on the sales floor to assist with getting products placed high or even for questions. Definitely need to get this store in shape....

Had to call the 800 number to get information on my curbside order due to the store hanging up on me and then forwarding me to a voicemail, they even hung up on the corporate guy twice, and just left him on hold the 3rd time. It was only after he contacted the store manager that I received a call and then they were out of half the items. The young lady at the store wasnt rude, they were just unprofessional and really just wasted my time.

😩 this place is so annoying.. dont waste money or time dealing with this place.suns bday is today..ordered balloons online arrived at designated time although never received a text or email.first time had to go inside because pick up spaces were full.oh and dont call number in sign, its disconnected...anywho, went inside line was bananas.so i called number from google-no answer.sent my daughter bk up 2 hours later...same story.long lines no answers.fast forward to the end of my sun bday, i decide to call bk at a more better time (before closing)...londa proceeds to tell me my order was cancelled because they were out of stock.no one called and she seemed to not care.no apologies.said 3-5 business days on refund.thx party city... shut down plz.or close till you get it together

The customer service in this location was HORRIBLE. Customers were standing in line waiting to be checked out, there was only one person at the front and her coworker had walked off and went to the back. The only lady at the front was blowing up balloons and answering calls in addition to her slow movements. When I FINALLY got to the front of the line, I was trying to purchase balloons for my daughters birthday and the store had NONE of the displayed balloons available for purchase. They were out of everything. Also, Party City offers delivery on their balloons if it is over a certain price. I overheard her talking to a customer on the phone who had apparently ordered some balloons and wanted them to be delivered only to find out that they didnt have what she ordered and they wouldnt deliver. I left and went to the Party City in Newnan, GA and I had a much better experience.

This Party City in Fayette Pavilion had a three and a half wait time Saturday, 8-14-21 on all balloon arrangements, if purchased. Having Customers to wait that long was ridiculous to me; plus the loss of sales!

They need a separate line with a dedicated person to inflate balloons and take calls / address questions about balloons, as that is what the majority of people came in the store for this day I visited. Most of these folks walked in and just kinda inched their way up to the counter to pick up their balloons - and the cashiers stopped what they were doing to get them. This can be annoying when everyone is standing in line and a balloon order gets priority. The store seems bigger than the Mt. Zion location but does not appear to be as well organized nor offer all the same selectipn of items.

This store was a mess. Only 2 customers but stuff laying everywhere. Their selection for a retirement party was about 2 feet of stuff. Very disappointing.

The customer service is horrible. No one likes their jobs.

Store is understaffed, and the couple of persons working dont seem to be too keen to help. Waited over an hour to check out my 2 items (only had 2 people in front of me). Shelves were disorganized and a lot of empty spots as well.

Ordrerd balloons for curbside..waited15 minutes after checking in .called inside nobody answered..had to go in..balloons where not ready..after I did receive a message that they will be ready at pick up time got balloons finally at 11:25am 1030 pick up time..had to be cemetery at 12 ..so call ahead

Very disappointed on my visit. My order was not ready and I waited 20 minutes for them to finally say it was out of stock. Wasted gas wasted time equals loss of respect.

I was told they wasnt blowing balloons up for nobody else when they were standing there blowing balloons up for everybody else. We were disappointed when we were turned away.

Walled in to get 3 balloons. No one was in line and 3 clerks were available, but was told they couldnt do walk in orders until after 4. Huh??? They literally were standing there. Also, the candy area was empty. Store looks like its going out of business.

Paid $22 for two decorative balloons. These so called employees told me their policy was to not serve a paying customer but to get preorders prepared for people that aren’t even at the store. So they are making me wait an hour for two balloons (30 seconds to blow up) with a baby in their store. For reference the only reason for a wait time is due to the fact they are decorative balloons. I have walked in and had 50plus regular balloons blown up with NO wait time. I am very ashamed of the establishment and will not be doing any business with them moving forward. 2 balloons for over an hour wait. And I’m watching them work... it’s pathetic. Owner... whoever you are. I will get your contact info Monday and reach out. You deserve more out of your employees for your money.

Customer service awful store empty I needed 4 Balloons blown up and I was told I would have to wait 2 hours, and I had to have exact change. Then after the transaction ask me to do a survey.😑

Poor customer service. Ordered balloons online. Received email stating my order was ready for pick-up only to arrive to the store to find that the order was not ready and in actuality had not even been started. Associate tried to explain that the email was sent because the items had been picked which makes no sense since I also requested the balloons to be inflated. Overall, the online ordering process is unorganized and disjointed. What should have been at most a 5 minute trip turned out to be at least 20 minutes or more.

The store had a huge selection of every conceivabal holiday you might want to celebrate, but the prices seem to be a little high. The store was very organized and clean and if you need help the staff is more than able to help. I would say they would be a very good place to get what you need for a great party.

Placed a balloon order for my sons birthday only to return the next day and find out that the balloons “ malfunctioned”. They swear they called me, however I had no missed calls or voicemails. I was met with an attitude as if we’re my fault that PJMask wouldn’t inflate... they offered little solution outside of store credit or another ballon style, which I had to wait for because the had walk up orders smh never again.

Nice place

The employees were nice. BUT, I ordered 3 letter balloons online. The website said they had plenty of the balloons and color that I needed. Got there, and they didnt have one of the balloons. I specified that I wanted the balloons inflated online and they just tried to give me the balloons still in the packaging. So I had to get mix matched balloons and still wait for them to inflate them even tho I ordered them 2 hours prior so I could just grab them n go.

Good selection. The store was organized and clean. Prices are a little high. The four staff members at the front counters didnt seem too interested in helping customers much with anything. Just let us stand there for a while at the register looking around while they played and laughed and told each other stories of their weekends. At least they were smiling and happy I guess.

She informed me of the sales that were going on. I work in Customer Service and sometimes customers only want to write a bad review. A fun place. Made an online order and picked it up in less than an hour. Thats Fast!!

The store is large and had my hard to find slither.io party decorations for a great price. They also had a clearance table with candies for only .12 each. The store clerk was very friendly and helped make my experience 100% perfect. Will return and recommend.

Please remove 6pm for the closing time on Sundays because I just left from up there and the lock the doors at 5:50pm. Just want people to be aware of that.

Their bigger, better store is well stocked with costumes for all ages! I was there for accessories for my spookhouse! Spiderwebs, window covers and door covers, knives (fake), machetes (fake), makeup, etc. Were well stocked. Had fun investigating all the posibilites!

This store has absolutely everything you can imagine and more! For any type of party, they have it and more! They arent exactly tight budget friendly, but other than that, this store is helpful, friendly and always well stocked!

I placed an order online for instore pick up only for my order to be cancelled. No phone call, no explanation. If the items were not available, a phone call would have eliminated this poor review. If the store would have answered the phone when I called would have eliminated this poor review.

The lady that helped this was very beautiful kind and helpful in our experience there was nothing but good we were looking for disco stuff and we found a whole bunch of it and found exactly what we was looking for so overall I would rate this a wonderful experience if youre looking for anything party-related definitely go to this place and the Fayette Pavilion

Found what I needed for my wedding!!

The layout of the store is a bit different from what Ive seen before but very clean and tidy. The people on the floor were very helpful.

Just shopped there. It was the most unpleasant experience Id had there. I visit this location usually 3-4 times a year and my most recent shopping experience was poor. With the holidays near and Party City being a holiday shopping destination, I thought the employees would be halfway festive in their demeanor and/or wardrobe. Instead I get dude ringing me up that looks as though he wants to be someplace else and an employee stocking merchandise without parting her lips to say hello. No one seems happy.

Went yesterday a lot of items where out of stock. But I enjoy shopping here.

I usually go to Part City to purchase the big cute balloons! It seems like everytime I need balloons there’s graduation, baby shower or something big going on when all I’ll probably need are two cute big fancy balloons. But I love this location because they are fast and if you don’t have a large order, they’ll squeeze your one or two balloons in so you aren’t waiting for the much larger orders to finish. Staff is also always helpful!

Expensive store with little to nothing inside. Couldnt find unicorn products like website said they had.

The store was ok. It was out of a few items I needed but it was graduation week so I definitely understand. Im just glad my daughter graduates the week after all public schools. The employees were very nice.

I had a very good experience with the store today. There was some confusion in the store earlier in the day about some balloons my wife ordered online. The store manager called right before closing and was kind enough to wait for me to get back to the store to pick up the balloons before she left for the evening.
