I always have a great experience with Mackenzie! I came to her when my hair was a mess, and she took care of my hair so well that I only go to her to color my hair now. I usually show her a few pictures of what Im thinking a few days before my appointment. I leave it to her to figure out what the best shade/tone of that color is best for me, and its worked out well so far! I appreciate that shes very open to answering my hair-related questions. It helps pass the time as were waiting for my hair. :-)

Jessica Winkelman did a great job on my services today. She did a lash lift and a lash and brow tint. I enjoyed relaxing while she performed the service. She has a gentle touch which is always a plus!

Very nice, clean environment.. Staff really nice as well as their service. I went in for my first Brazilian wax and the results were amazing, so I return for a second one which was less painful but i had a little prickle feeling the next day, like maybe all the hair was not removed. But i was still satisfied.

I love Crown! My facial was done by Mary and she was so wonderful and professional. Everyone there was so nice and inviting and I felt very relaxed when I left. I would recommend booking any of their services based on their staff alone, but if you are needing an amazing facial, contact Mary!

My hairdresser was the sweetest ever!! However my hair did not turn out like I showed her I had wanted. I still had to pay 115$ after expressing my unhappiness and her agreeing that it wasnt like it should be but after time another time or two it would. I dont have another 115$ to pay for a redo. They should really make sure their clients leave happy and get what they pay for. Now Im out 115 and still need my hair done😭

I cant say enough good things about Elisabeth at Crown Uptown! She gave me the best balayage Ive ever had and was the sweetest to work with! She really listened to what I wanted and payed attention to detail. Every aspect of my hair appointment was to perfection- cut, color, and style! Kelly did my eyebrows to perfection and was such a breeze to schedule with. All of the girls working at the salon were sweet and friendly and I will go back again and again!
