I originally came in to get my usual Fenty Beauty Concealer because I have an upcoming trip this weekend and needed a new concealer. Well, they were out of my shade but store associate Sydney (with the purple hair πŸ’œ) was determined to help me find a similar concealer. She stayed by my side trying shades on her arm to see which brands matched closest to the Fenty one I wanted. We even had a lot of fun conversations along the way. It honestly felt like a fun adventure. She even stood next to me while I tried the different concealers to help me determine if they matched or not. And we found one! I am very thankful that she took the time to make sure something was found that I could use. I had an amazing experience here.

Very compact space. I went to purchase a particular fragrance that online was listed as in stock. When I inquired about the fragrance I was told they did not carry it. When I asked how accurate they considered their site the response let me know that they had 0 faith in the legitimacy of their site. I was quite disappointed.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Mia and she was amazing! She helped me pick out my perfect shade without actually matching me! She even helped me find Christmas gifts for my family? Natalia checked me out and made me feel really good about my purchases, even when I was being indecisive and ocd lol. They were both so sweet and made me feel welcomed even after I made a mess lol. Would definitely be back :)

I just want to express how much I appreciate the help that the employees at Sephora offer a person who doesnt know a lot about makeup. They are so much better than Ulta. Every time I go in there Ive gotten good suggestions, even to the point of which brand lash primer goes better with which brand mascara. Suza and Zach are very knowledgeable. Theres another girl that Ive worked with also but I cant remember her name. But theyve all been very helpful, even when busy.

I specifically went to Sephora after calling to inquire about a free mini lesson. I was told the best time would be in the morning. I went in the next morning and luckily it was the same person I had spoke to on the phone! I again inquired about a lesson on the product I was planning to purchase but it was dismissed. Im assuming it was due to being rather busy so I understood, its also a free service so I cant really complain, however, customer service means providing what you advertise and if you cant meet those needs, either dont offer or add staff to meet the needs of your clients.A few minutes of instruction in exchange for a $50 sale which you make commission on isnt a lot to ask for I dont think..

I went in to buy something the other day but they were out of my product. The girl at the front offered to order it for me and have it sent to my house for free. She even gave me a few free samples of the tester so Id have some foundation to use while I wait for mine to come in the mail. That was really nice of her. But I will say they are always out of items at this location. Wish we had a bigger Sephora near by!

For the few times Ive been in here, Ive always left with a headache. Customer service is horrible, its always understaffed and understocked. The person who I unfortunately believe to be the manager, Kimberly, will go out of her way to make you feel uneducated and thinks that adding love at the end of every annoyingly scripted sentence will make the interaction any less negative. The only person there I like is Lisa, who will go out of her way to make you feel amazing. I hope one day she runs this place, or at least somewhere that doesnt make my local walgreens beauty section look like the best place in town.

Ive had some awful experiences at Sephora, but I went in trying to give them another chance and had an amazing experience with my last two visits. Everyone was super helpful, gave me helpful tips with my skincare products, and even helped me save some money by introducing me to a newer skin care line the company has. Ive been an avid Ulta shopper for a while, but Ive never had half of the honesty and help like the Sephora employees offered me this last visit. Thank you guys for being helpful and teaching me! I will be back soon for more skincare products!

Everytime I go in and Kimberly is working she is helping multiple clients at once and has great product knowledge. From the minute you step in, till your transaction is over she will assist you the whole way through. Shes the reason I keep going back.

Kinda interesting to see Im not the only one who had a bad experience here. I brushed it off as being a fluke, but no, customer service here is just so terrible. I would have spent SO much more money here (as I did the first time I came when an African American guy helped me find foundations that matched and explained how to use some other products), but the women working when I came didnt even look up to greet anyone and generally seemed too busy (not servicing any customers, mind you) to be bothered. When I went to check-out, one of them was particularly rude, didnt say hello, just Um, can you wait a minute then walked away right after. She was really unpleasant through the whole transaction. Will be doing my makeup shopping elsewhere from now on.

I absolutely LOVE visiting this Sephora in Fayetteville! The customer service is top notch and all of the attendants are very friendly and helpful! If an item is not in stock, they take the time to notify you when the next shipment comes in. The makeup artists do a great job at taking time to help you get color matched in the correct shades. Even when it is a busy day, the attendants always take the time to check on you and help you if you need it. It is always, always a pleasurable experience!

I came through today and things were worse than usual. normally its just the customer service thats bad but this time the place looked so unorganized and half of the makeup testers were missing. This place I once thought was a high quality cosmetic store. Everything looked so tacky on the shelves. In addition, they had so many items that needed to be restocked, I gave up on even buying anything. I hate this place smh.

I went to this location last week to purchase new foundation and a couple of other items. The only helpful associate was rebecca ( the girl with the blue hair). Although it was a busy Friday evening, she took the time to greet me and others, assuring us she would be with us as soon as possible. The other associates acted as though they were bothered, and really, just ignored us completely. Once she was finished with her other customers, Rebecca took the time to go over different shades of foundations with me and which products would work best for my skin type. If it were not for her, I’d give this location 1 star.

I used to enjoy coming here but employees dont even say hello or greet you. They also have a major attitude problem. I will be buying my products elsewhere. I walked in at a busy time as I approach the two women at the counter they were talking amongst themselves as to who was going to assist me like really?! This is what you call customer service? The manager then started talking about there numbers for the day and how she was thankful it had died down w/ customers. The cashier then began to order my product since it was out of stock, doesnt even tell me the price that Im being charged nor did it appear on the screen when I inserted my card! Finishing the transaction she circles a survey and tells me to make sure I LOVED it not liked it! There is probably ONE girl who is actually nice and wants to do her job at this location. Went there today around 2 pm and I was afraid to ask for a sample of a certain product because the associate who helped my friend and I was so unfriendly and seemed to me like she didnt want to do her job. She was too busy socializing with her co-worker- a male, who was friendlier and he was actually working the register. But my friend asked for two samples and this associate gave her attitude, which made me not want to ask for a sample. She gave me the smallest sample too, which I probably wont be able to use more than once. Ive been there to buy the selection of products that they carry, so its not like I just go there for free stuff! At the end of the day, I am a customer and if they dont like people, they can at least pretend to do so.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this Sephora location, but when my husband and I visited the store today we had a good experience. As my husband and I waited in line to checkout, a lady cut in front of us and said she needed to leave so she should go first. An off duty employee noticed how rude this lady was towards us, and told the working cashier to give us a free sample bag, and apologized for that lady’s actions when he didn’t have to. The only reason I didn’t give the store 5 stars was because it was not very well stocked...

All the employees were talking together and I felt akward like I was interupting trying to get some help. I asked one girl if she could recommend a good foundation for dry skin. She went and grabbed one off the shelf and said here this is good and started to walk away I said wait are you sure its the right color dont I need to check on my neck or something and she says as shes walking away no thats definitly the right color and went back to her circle to talk...wow I really wanted to try it to make sure then I was going to ask which primer and setting powder I should get to go with it. I have never been treated worse in my life as I did with this sales rep at Sephora. Jessica was extremely rude and impatient with me as so with other customers. I am rib rouge, so I obviously spend a lot of money at Sephora. I will no longer shop here and I will be taking my business else where to a company that actually cares about their customers. She was shaking her head no and trying to calmly breathe as if the customers were such an inconvenience. Everyone has bad days however, this was unnecessary!

I find that I am typically greeted when I go to this Sephora. I find the customer service to be okay, but not top notch. I do find it frustrating that 50% of the time when I go to this store and buy something, even though they scan my VIB card, I dont ever get my points. They arent a full size Sephora and they dont have a lot of things in stock, but they will have a pallette on display that is sold out and a limited edition that they wont be getting more of which is frustrating.

First and only time I was ever here. I loved the huge selection of products from different brands, theres some brands Ive always wanted to try but was worried about buying online without getting to see it and test it in person so I came here. I wasnt sure my shades and colors in brow dig and fondation so I asked for help, i was told to wait and someone would be there shortly. I waited 20 minutes and still no help, so I asked again for help and was told the same thing. About 15 more minutes went by and the person I was with started to get super annoyed because the employees there werent even helping anyone. I told the same person again I just had a couple question and was told to wait again.. 20 more minutes went by and I finally got help but the employee was rushing the whole time, she was knowledgeable and did help me and Im pleased with my purchase but it was very hectic there. I spent way too much money here for the way I and others were ignored. They also acted like because I wasnt wearing any makeup, that I didnt know anything about makeup and tired selling me things I knew I didnt need and were bad. dont think Ill be returning.

Today I made a phone call to spare the dreaded trip of walking in there and got when I asked a simple question she asked me to repeat the question and hung up on me. This Sephora is a joke. I no longer shop here and instead enjoy Ulta 1,000 times more. If I need something exclusively sold at Sephora I’ll order it online. The employees make this already really small, always out of stock Sephora bad to even worse.Edit: I walked in 29 August 2018 (I was the only customer in the evening) because of the 20% off sale and no one greeted me, no one helped me and when the girl saw I picked up an expensive item she was watching me like if I was going to steal. I ended up not purchasing anything even though I wanted something and just ordered it online.
