This place is one of most unprofessional establishments. The girls they hire come in looking like they just got out of bed and put on a wig and lashes. No one gets here before work. They open at 9am and literally workers are walking in at 9 and opening the doors for customers. The girls have attitudes and it really is shameful. Customer service etiquette needs to be taught here!

Every time I come here, the staff is very helpful and willing to make sure I find everything I need. One of my favorite places!!! Thank you guys!!

I went in this store (10/13/21) on a recommendation. It was a Horrible Experience. THE TWO BLACK FEMALES I encountered were Rude, Unhelpful, No Customer Service Skills, especially the one that used a walking assistance cane. Will speak to the Manager eventually! Called this store was told Manager was unavailable. I k how what that means. OF, Iwalked out, not spend my Money there.. I noticed these two Females were gossiping instead of wanting to help me.

Excellent customer service inside and outside of the building. My friend already left a review about how Ellis helped me with my flat tire, but I felt the need to leave a review as well. Being that it was dark, and I’ve never had to change a tire, he really saved the day! I am so grateful that he saw a stranger in need and came to help. Thank you for showing me that there are still kind people in this world!And to top it all off, everyone inside was equally as nice and respectful! Ladies and gentlemen, check your prices when you arrive at the register. This was marked as 1.99. However, I was charged 2.99. I purchased four packs.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!! Not only did they mark up the wig I got (literally 24.99 on display and 29.99 sticker put over the 24.99 sticker) but I was rung up for 15 items I only got 14 items! I’ve seen a review with the same complaint so I know I’m not going crazy ! Maybe it was a mistake who knows but I personally won’t try again to see ! I’ll stick to online . I can’t afford to pay for others mistakes!

This was my first time coming here. The store is huge and has so much to offer. The prices are reasonable and the quality is good. I was looking for something specific and DeeDee was kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend coming here for all of your beauty needs. I will be back. This time around I didnt have the chance to take pictures. I will next time.

Wow! Ellis & Dionte —- for these young men I had to write review. They provided such a great outcome of a terrible hair experience from the night before. Both calmly worked with me by suggesting the right faux Loc hair for my texture of hair. They were very courteous, patient & knowledgeable. I am shocked! After looking at all of the negative reviews, I decided to give this store a try anyway. However, after my own personal experience, I decided that I will never return to this beauty supply store again. I highly recommend you take your hard earned money else where. Customer service is nonexistent. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I visited Super Beauty World on October 1st. Khadija provided excellent customer service. She made referrals for different products for me to try that would be good for my hair texture. She was really bubbly, friendly, and took her time to ensure I was satisfied with my selection of products.

I love this place! They always have what I need from wigs to weave and even braiding hair! They also have a great assortment of colors to choose from! I won’t go anywhere else in Fayetteville!

A NEW REASON TO LOVE SUPER BEAUTY WORLDNot only does this store offer everything you need; always clean and spacious, but their employees are also wonderful people.My co worker and I had just gotten off work down the road and were looking to make a quick stop for some dreadlock accessories when she got a flat tire 😭 we made it to the parking lot and immediately a young man outside sweeping ran over to offer us help changing her tire. He had the whole thing done in 30 minutes and was so kind and had wonderful conversation. I had the worst experience at this store today. The cashier was throwing my things over the counter on top of each other, then into the bag. I ask her please dont throw my things and she caught an attitude. She went on to tell me how I offended her by ask her to stop. She stated there was a lot of people in the store and she was trying to get the line down. But I said to her she didnt have to throw my things. She never apologized or anything. Then she proceeded to tell someone on her mic that people getting an attitude because they had to wait but that was not it all and mind you Im still standing off from her because my mom was still in line. I will not be giving them anymore of my money. I have never had service that bad in that store.

I went to this store with no clue on the hair I needed and a young lady by the name of Alesia helped me out. I greatly appreciated it!

This was my first and last time visiting this store. I got there right as it opened up about 8:30 on November 23, so I was the first customer in the store. I couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked for help. I went to isle in which I was informed of where the product will be, however it was not there so I asked a second time and was told the same thing. So, thinking I may have missed it somehow, I went back to the same isle and still could not find the product. I went back to asked for help a third time and this time I informed her that the product was not on the isle in which she said it was on the previous two times. Finally, after three times of asking both of the associates one of them was able to step away from behind the counter and provide some customer service assistance. However, the product was not on the isle in which they both sent me to the first two times. One of the associates was so into in eating her cup of noodles that she couldnt take the time to provide a minute of assistance. Good customer service goes a long way. If youre not going to help someone find a product the least you can do is inform the customer of the correct location of the product. The store has a great variety of products, but then again, I can find those products in other stores as well along with better customer service.

Im one to not write reviews; however, I decided to do so based on my shopping experience at this store.The store offers a wide variety of beauty items (wigs, hair care products, etc.); however, the wigs are overpriced and can be purchased online at better prices. Of course this may not be an option if you need the item at that moment. If not, most items are delivered within 2-3 days and the overall costs with shipping (if any) are lower than at this store.The management also only offers a military discount on Wednesday. Ive questioned the management staff if theyd look into offering it on other days. The only reason given was there arent enough military in the area. Its assumed this was meant to be stated not many military personnel shop at the store; if so, maybe offering the discount other than Wednesday will draw more military (active/retired) to shop at your store and possibly boost your profits.Lastly, the customer service can be improved for some of the employees. Some are very rude, snobbish..... Ive read reviews from other sites whereas previous (possibly current) employees complained about not getting paid enough for the amount of work thats required of them in the workday/week. Not saying this should be an excuse for their lack of customer service relations; however, its understandable based on my reading of the reviews.Ill take my business elsewhere and/or continue to order my items online. The management staff doesnt seem too concerned about the military community in the area.

Store is huge! Very good prices and a nice selection of everything! Went to try on wigs with friends and it took a long time for staff to help so we just asked for a cap and tried it on ourselves without their help. Towards the end, 1 staff member did help by going in the back to get what we needed. The checkout staff was nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

I am only giving 1 star because of one woman who helped me on my way out. It was the most uncomfortable experience I ever had. I went in looking for a wig and was directed to only the wigs on sale. I don’t know much about wigs because I’ve never owned one. I was in there over an hour with no assistance, meanwhile the staff was going out of their way to help other customers. I ended up finally deciding on a wig and purchased it. After I purchased it I noticed a table where women were able to try on the wigs which I wish I was told about. There are NO return policies on wigs so I said to myself it’s ok because I picked out a great wig. Well I got it home and to my horror it was huge on my head and was nothing like I imagined it would be. I was crying because I just wasted 70.00 on it. I was so disappointed being treated this way. Definitely will never go back because I feel like staff will be laughing at me. I am Caucasian and I’m pretty sure this had something to do with my skin color. I just moved here from NY and this was literally a RUDE awakening. Nothing nice about the South

It took forever to get help and when I did get help, they never came back to finish the job. Finally I got some more help and even that took forever and I felt like I basically had to do half of the work. I wont be going there again.

I went to both stores today and the attitude were nasty and rude. If I really wasnt in a rush because I had a hair appointment that store on reaford rd would have got my money, but I will tell you this much I will never shop at either store ever again and I plan on telling all my friends about what happened today

The workers in this beauty supply store are very rude. When I asked to see the nose rings you would have thought that I asked the worker to see something that costs $1,000,000.00. The nose rings cost $1.99. She held the case so far back I couldnt see them. Super Beauty World on Sycamore Dairy Road in Fayetteville North Carolina never have to worry about another dime of my money. They need workers that are customer oriented and have good manners. There is nothing cute about being rude. These people need some attitude adjustments.

The best hair shop I been to my entire life! They sell everything & they have everything in stock! From crochet needle to salon quality equipment!!! Every time I go in this store the workers KNOW about hair! They all are on point ! Loved it & Always headed here for my 1 stop shop hair emergencies lol

In the past to get all 4 of my favorite and only hair products that i really swear by I had to go to Sallys, Walmart & 2 different hair stores. Im beyond ecstatic and surprised to have found this beauty supply store that carries them all plus items I havent seen in a while! The staff is completely racist!I visit this shop to purchase a halo hair extension. I looked around and found the brand name I was looking for in the wigs. I could not find the extensions so I tried to ask the lady working. She looked at me, blinked her eyes in almost an eye roll started singing and took off. I was stupid enough to follow her thinking she was going to the extensions I was looking for but she went behind the counter looked at me and did the eye blinking thing again.

The customer service here sucks, no one will ever help you find anything and all the employees have atttitudes and this has happened on multiple times visiting this location. Highly recommend the beauty supply store on Reilly road or even Yadkin. Only Giving two stars because of the variety the store holds in products.
