My experience with Dr. Saini has been really good. I had breast reduction surgery on July 27, and so far in my recovery everything is right on schedule. She took as much time as I needed to explain what the surgery was going to be like, what I should expect during recovery, and when I could expect to return to my normal activities. She asked me about what my activities are, and since my hobbies include gemstone cutting, scheduled my return accordingly to minimize any future infections or complications. I am diabetic, so she was very careful to make sure that enough antibiotics were used during surgery, and that I had a long enough course of antibiotics at home to prevent any infections. I really feel as if she tailored my follow up care to match my specific needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and would not hesitate to use her practice for any other reconstruction or plastic surgery I may possibly need in the future.

If I didnt purchase a package, I would take my business elsewhere! Twice Ive waited over 45m only to reschedule. Absolutely no concern for patients schedule. They dont even give a courtesy call to reschedule when they KNOW they are backed up! Please dont waste your time!

Dr Saini is a great surgeon!!! and is very straightforward! I had breast implants back on 2003, after all that time, i grew uncomfortable with them and I felt they were too big for my frame. Looking to have a smaller implant i went to her office for a consultation. She assured me that my own breast was the best alternative and that i did not needed any implants. Surgery went perfectly, very little scarring and I am very happy with the results!!!!! Thanks for your honesty! I had a wonderful experience. This was my 1st visit At this office andi was not disappointed. The staff at the desk were helpful and fast. My Esthetician (Holly) was amazing, Thorough, and sweet and addressed all my questions and concerns. The doctor came in and sat down and consulted with me about other procedures I want done and about the laser treatment I had done that day. I would highly recommend.

Doctor and staff were very nice. Results were not not good after spending over 3k on hip fillers and no change. Also was told I needed 3 sessions and thought the 3k was for all 3 not each. Would not recommend hip fillers here but maybe other procedures

As a 24 year of age mom, after breast feeding a breast augmentation was a dream I long desired for to improve my self confidence. I hated my breast appearance. After lots of research I decided to stay local in case any complications I wanted to be able to reach out to my doctor and not be so far away that I wouldn’t be able to immediately go to my doctor with my concerns. After reading lots of reviews I made my decision to go with Carolina Plastic Surgery every review bragged on Dr. Sani and her amazing personality. On my very first appointment for consultation I got to see first hand what every review was referring to. Her personality was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and cared for every concern I had. On the date of my surgery she was early, and didn’t make the process drag out. I spent half a day with Dr.Sani and got the exact results I long dreamed of having. I was prescribed medications in case I had any pain at home. I left the day with very minor to no pain and haven’t had any pain since and I am currently 8 days post op. My breast has already settled in and the results were amazing. Dr. Sani has been by my side the entire step of the way, I had a post op appointment the very next day and she sat with no rush for any concerns or any questions that I may have had. I have absolutely no problems getting in touch with the office for any questions I have at all. The ladies at the front desk are not left unnoticed they are amazing as well ! They even went online and helped me find the right post op bra that I needed. If you have any debate between this office or another I beg to spend your money here and be satisfied. Money hungry, I went in for a consultation for some extensive keloid removal surgery, Dr. Saini looked at scars for maybe 2 minutes and proceeded to say she needed to reach out to radiology and see if it could be done and that she would give me a call back… fast forward to a month I call to see what’s going on she says there waiting… maybe 2 weeks pass I call again and now they are rude “I said we’ll give you call when we hear something” in a month and a half I called twice for an update, so fast fwd I get a bill in the mail for $468 for a 2 minute consultation I spent more time in the waiting room… just money hungry with horrible bed side manner

Dr. Saini is the best plastic surgeon in Fayetteville, NC. She gave my wife a breast lift and arm lift in the same procedure. Her work is great and her post-surgery care is even better. It was obvious to us that she cares about her patients because she bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and went above and beyond in post-op care. She somehow manages to be the best plastic surgeon in Fayetteville, NC while also being the most affordable.

I had a BA done with Dr. Saini and it was the worst decision I’ve made in awhile. Not only have I been displeased with the obvious poor result, I’ve been in pain since 3 months post op. The results are awful, and while I may have been able to chalk that up to random chance, what is most unacceptable is that when my concerns were voiced following surgery, she continued to tell me that everything was fine and “a great result”. I had 3 follow up appointments and two emergency visits due to pain, and everytime she told me how great it was and they were normal. Her lack of concern for anything, especially physical pain, is shameful. I had two consults with other surgeons to address my pain and poor results and both confirmed I had “bottomed out” and that was the pain I was feeling. I have a revision scheduled to undo what she has done. Dr. Saini ignored my concerns repeatedly and showed a significant lack of care. Find somewhere else for your cosmetic needs because this woman will not be there any second following your surgery.

My experience with Dr. Saini was fantastic. I had been considering surgery for years but never felt ready. From my first meeting with her, Dr. Saini made me feel 100% at ease. She explained everything about the procedure and what results I should expect. This was my first surgery and experience with anesthesia but I knew I was in capable hands. After the surgery Dr. Saini and the entire staff at Carolina Plastic Surgery were there when I had questions or concerns. Dr. Saini was available same day if I needed her to check something out during my healing process and four month post op I couldn’t be happier with my results.

Paid $2100 for sculptra injections to fill my hip dips . Procedure was EXTREMELY painful. There was no numbing only an ice pack that she let me hold up there for no more than 4 minutes. I had to stand up while she was doing it , after a while I felt like I was about to pass out so she let me sit down then proceeded to continue the process ( stabbing me w needles ) while I was in the chair . I was just like dang b* let me catch my breath .. anyway fast forward a month and a half & I look the exact same as when I walked in that day smh

I love Dr Saini!!!! She is so easy to talk to, she is so easy to deal with. I went into her Fayetteville office for a possible breast augmentation. She was the 3rd physician I was speaking with because I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Her honesty is what sold me. She will not tell you a pretty story just to make you her client, she will tell you exactly how she can or can’t help you out. She even had no problems working with my hectic schedule when we scheduled the surgery. The best part is that she doesn’t do the surgery in her office, she actually goes to a local hospital where you will have a whole team of physicians taking care of you. It was nothing scary. I did have to be put under but knowing that I’m supervised by professionals, I was way more comfortable about the whole thing. The surgery itself only lasted somewhere around 2 hours. It took longer to get prepped for the surgery, than the actual procedure. When I woke up the team of nurses made sure everything was ok with me but after another 30-1 hour I was released home. Someone had to drive me home. Dr Saini saw me the very next day, 3 days later, a week later and I just saw her yesterday for my one month appointment. Everything looks great!!!! I’m beyond happy with her work!!!! I keep recommending my friends to her, this is how happy she has made me! One of my friends got a Liposuction procedure with Dr Saini and she has only great words to talk about her as well. I have also brought a friend interested in a Liposuction and Dr Saini told him that he is not a candidate for the procedure. This is what I love about her. She is not all about the money, she loves to make her patients happy! I am beyond happy and I would and will recommend her to anyone!!!

Went in for a explant consultation , breast implant removal, due to Breast Implant Illness. While explaining my symptoms and the numerous issues I was enduring with implants, she cut me off. The Dr stopped me and exclaimed “BII isn’t real, those that have some issues are from silicone filling” I told her I have done my research and the literature concerning BII is not only very real but that All implant shells are silicone!!! As a medical professional myself, I was taken aback by the lack of staff. No nurses, just the Dr and a receptionist ( who was actually very sweet). After talking with other medical colleagues, which I should have done beforehand, I was warned about this practice.This Dr only cares about the money. Bedside manner is atrocious. Please do your own research and go to someone else. I’m shocked at the positive reviews she has.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Dr Saini is rude and unprofessional!I went in to get Newtox done and said I wanted it mainly around my eyes and whatever is left over to put in my forehead. She proceeded to put most of the 30 units in my forehead and barely any around my eyes. Of course a few weeks later I was disappointed not seeing any results around my eyes so I called to find out what can be done. After some back and forth she told me to come in so she could consult me in person. I went in and told her my grievances, she went on to show my how good my forehead looked by comparison completely ignoring that I had said I wanted my eye area to be the focus. She said that she could put 10 units around my eyes (I still had 30 units banked) and I said before I use what is left of my units is there no discount that could be offered as this was not my error?. She flat out told me no and proceeded to offer me a refund, not a refund on what I had already used, but a refund on what I hadnt used, which isnt a refund, its just giving me my money back that I havent received services on (which is required by law, otherwise she would be stealing from me). I asked her before going through with the refund why we couldnt try using some units I still had banked with them and she said verbatim no, I will rather refund you incase you are upset with the results I dont want you coming in again and us having this same discussion.. So basically she kicked me out, and denied me service. Ridiculous. Ive never before been so insulted by a medical practice before. The unprofessionalism is atrocious. Obviously they have too many customers and dont need to retain anyone. Be warned.

Dr. Saini is a magician. This is the second time I have had lip filler done the first time was by a different doctor. I can’t believe how perfect my lips look after one time with Dr. Saini. I absolutely love her personality and her work! I’m already planning my next visit with her in a few months.

My wife visited for lip filler 3 weeks ago and after the swelling went down it was very visable the filler wasn’t even and she has multiple lumps through her lips. After contacting the office they wanted to charge her to fix the issue they caused. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I had bellafill to fill acne scars here and am unfortunately very dissatisfied with the results. I paid thousands of dollars and notice no difference. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind though, no problems with them at all. I just caution anyone looking into bellafill as a solution to their scarring problems.

I went in fora consultation yesterday and the doctor who sat with me during my consultation didnt tell me much about the procedure out side of my questions I had for her. After I left the office, I did more research on consultations and the surgery I wanted to get. The Doctor, did not properly consult with me and I am frustrated and mostly dissatisfied that I paid for a consultation and was not given full services for one. I was not measured, The two options were vaguely explained to me, and there was no discussion in depth about the best way to perform the procedure for the area I wanted to cosmetically enhance.Other than that, she was very sweet and kind and friendly. I just wish I had gotten more information outside of my questions and a better understanding about my procedure there instead of online after I left.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend any military family to use this place.we are going to another doctor but this was just a bad experience. after 2 visits the first they said was free sit down consultation and later found out I got billed.voiced my concerns to tri care. run away from this one. any doctor that look you in the eye and say I will call monday and not do it.. just terrible.free consult UNLESS YOUR TRI CARE....

Dr. Saini is amazing. She is very honest and upfront and will let you know if what you want will work for you or not. They have good customer service and they make you feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

I’m going to give it another shot. Did more research and Dr. Saira Saini does seem to know her craft well. What sticks with me is her warm demeanor and that honestly goes far, when it comes to putting my life in ones hands. Didn’t have the best experience at my first consult but to be fair, the office is probably pretty busy. I think as an actual patient, things will go smoother

Dr Saini and her staff are absolutely wonderful! I am a smoker and went to see her for a breast reduction. She explained to me everything that was going to happen and how much she would be taking off. She also recommended that I use Chantix to crave/stop my nicotine habit. I am 2 weeks post surgery and feel great! My back no longer hurts, and I feel wonderful!

Went to have cyst cut out. 2 were not properly removed. They were still there when the stitches were removed! Also, one set of stitches came out. It was a Saturday and she wanted me to wait until Monday to have new stitches put in. Mind you I had an open cut all the way through my layers of skin down in the underlying tissues. I drove to urgent care, paid another copay and had new stitches put in! Also my scars look terrible. I will not be going back to her to have the two cyst removed that she did not remove properly, I will find another plastic surgeon!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Saini and her staff! Everyone is so nice and relaxed. I just had my second C02 laser treatment. The first one was better than I expected. Not painful and I healed very quickly. My pox scars and texture of my skin improved tremendously. I highly recommend her!!!

Worst Dr every, had major surgery with her and she even have my picture posted on her website but what she does not show is the scaring and distortion, her lack of knowledge after surgery and during. I am so disappointed with my results.

I got fat during my six months of learning language on Fort Bragg. The Army frowns upon that, so I got liposuction from Dr. Saini in the flank and abdominal areas two months ago. The results are amazing. I went from a 37 waist to a 32 waist. I look like I did 12 years ago when I first got out of basic.I did follow her after-care guidance religiously, though. When she tells you to wear an abdominal binder 24 hours a day it isnt because she wants you to look like a suicide bomber. Its necessary for the healing process.I see from the other reviews on here that some people dont like how she tries to talk them out of it or suggests non-surgical options. If your ego requires that someone agree with you wholeheartedly, then she probably isnt for you. I had researched everything fully beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted, so thats what we went with. I think a lot of the negative reviews on here are from people that havent done research beforehand and arent good candidates for cosmetic surgery. It has its limitations and theyre pretty easy to learn through Google.You pay upfront. Her office was very helpful with getting the hospital and anesthesiologist to back down when they then tried to come back and bill me for several thousand extra dollars more than had been agreed. It takes several calls because the Cape Fear Valley medical system is a bunch of thieves, but the price she quotes you is the price.Her after-care is good and in follow-up appointments (included in the price) she made recommendations for changing how I wore the binder and padding that worked. Once youre actually a patient she has an excellent demeanor. I assume that plastic surgeons have a lot of potential customers that come in and waste their time by chickening out or being completely unaware of the probable outcomes and risks. I would be a lot pissier than she is.Overall I am pleased with the results and would go again.

I’ve never felt so cheated and scammed...I saved my hard earned money and trusted this doctors recommendation and followed it exactly....thousands and a year later the issues I went to her with are the exact same so when I confronted her with my husband and I she attacked us verbally and all we wanted was something done for all the money we spent plus driving 4 hours round trip to see her for absolutely zero results ...also one of my appointments we drove to and the office was closed...she said it was a snow day in May?? Her sweet demeanor will fool you and her true colors came out when we confronted her with how displeased we were!!If I can save one person from going to her this review is totally worth it. I am a Christian and have no reason to lie. I pray this never happens to another soul!!!!

Dr. Saini Hands-down is the best plastic surgeon in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I I searched and searched and searched for the right place to go get my breast augmentation done. Most of the places that I look for just so happen to be five hours away to three hours away. That wasn’t acceptable for me but turns out her location is right here in Fayetteville and when I say her work is the best her work is the best. Her staff was very kind and they actually made me feel very welcome. Dr. Saini was very informative on every part of what was going to happen if I did want the breast augmentation done by her. She didn’t rush me, she acknowledged what I wanted, and executed exactly what she said perfectly. I have so much confidence now and they look so natural everybody like they look natural like nothing ever happened to my breast like they look perfect. I would just advise everybody to come to this location to get their work done and she will not let you down and her work speaks for itself. She was there every step of the way !!! She took me into a room and did not bother to turn the light on. This plastic surgeon would not have been a good fit for me.
