Soooo very unhappy got my first few bath and body works candles during the candle sale of but 2 get 2 and the first one I light and a bit later after it burns for a few on my nightstand maybe 15 mins or so I turn over to blow it out and there is a dang bug in the candle seriously was cooked into the wax like wth this is very much not ok... this needs to be addressed...

Great customer service. Walking through the store, sales associates would ask if you found everything ok. They offer to smell samples and I like the deals that they offer. I even get coupons mailed to me if you join their mailing list.

My girlfriend and I go here at least twice a month to stock up on lotions, sanitizers, candles, and plug ins. It is amazing how many scents are constantly stocked and the variety of ways which you can enjoy them. Do you like vanilla cake? Well they will sell it to you in 3 different lotions, a sanitizer, candle, plug in, and body wash. Thats about it for every scent they have (with some exceptions).In addition, the staff are AWESOME. Honestly, theyre always so kind and considerate, and Ive seen some pretty tough customers come through. Never once have I seen someone lose their temper at a customer, and thats incredible.Also, they have mens lotions and body sprays as well!

Well I love me some smell goods 😋 and I must say even though this place was packed with people the workers still found time to accommodate my questions and help me find awesome smell goods to add to my collection....

They were WAY over capacity there was so many people inside you could hardly walk but they had wonderful staff that was super helpful in trying to find the perfect scents.

I haven’t stepped foot inside a B&BW in years, but decided to check out their candle sale with my boyfriend today.Nothing particularly novel stood out to me that I hadn’t experienced in B&BW stores throughout the years, but this particular location seemed very overstaffed. There were so many sales associates on the floor that it was hard to walk without bumping into one. Aside from that, we were asked at least four times if we needed help with anything while in the store for less than 10 minutes. Generally I understand retail workers are simply doing their job by asking, but it was just way too much today and made the shopping experience not so enjoyable.On top of that, we had a young male employee approach us VERY physically close, and asked if we needed help, to which we responded we didn’t. Instead of leaving us alone, he tried assisting (again, we didn’t need assistance) and showed my boyfriend “masculine” candles for him to smell. It almost got to the point where I was going to tell him in a more straightforward way to leave us alone.We ended up quickly picking out some candles so we wouldn’t continue to be aggressively approached by the sales staff and left.Management - please retrain your employees to provide a better, less aggressive/suffocating experience for customers.

Found some good hydrating lotion

Normally I love shopping at bath and body works as every year I purchased candles for their semi annual 3 wick candle sale I ordered 12 candles 8 out of those 12 candles when turned over the candle separated from the glass jar its seems like that would be a fire concern I would return but the Box that they came in is so heavy

My girlfriend and i recently shopped at this location. My reason for giving it 1 star is because as soon as i walked in, the lady tasked with giving people hand sanitizer did not even ask before spraying my hands. This action could be very harmful to anyone alergic to this sanitizer. i understand covid-19 is serious but its very rude to just spray a person down without asking as well.

Charlotte is our girl!! Charlotte is so friendly, she noticed me and my friends are from the same country as hers and she went out of her way and assisted us every single time she’s around and we’re shopping there. Aside from Charlotte, this is probably the only BBW location I have ever been to where they scan your email for a coupon on top of all of the other in-store discounts. The one in my new area doesn’t seem to do the same thing even before the pandemic.

I had already used hand sanitizer. Walked into the mall and went straight here....The lady giving out hand sanitizer shook her head and rolled her eyes at me because I said “No thank you” nice as could be to her. If I wasnt there to use a gift card I would of walked off and never came back right then.

I rarely EVER write reviews but I have to say I was so impressed by a hard working individual here at Bath & Body Works. I went in on Saturday Jan 4 20 and while I was in line I was watching the cashiers and one young lady was just on her Game. Kept the line moving, greeted every customer with a smile and harming ‘hello’. I was so pleased I had this employee write her name on my receipt so I would remember such a sweet face: Katia Barker is the best cashier I have ran into since coming to B&BW even back in the early days of the store. I have seen good and seen okay but I can’t help but say she was EXCEPTIONAL. To whomever reads this please give this young women some recognition, what a great associate’

I love this place. I would give it five stars if it wasnt so expensive.thats why you have to wait for the annual sale. Its claimed its a great place for all your smell good needs. Just wish theyd lower some of their prices. Other than that its amazing. This is inside the mall.

I always love going to Bath and Body Works everyone in there is always really nice. It is always nice and neat and smell great. They have great products in there. You will almost always come out with more then what you unattended on getting.

Dont go here, you will want to buy everything. These stores are always so clean. I love it. Make sure you sign up for emails as to get some great coupons. Also, they have after season sales online where items are like $2.50. Oh and staff was very helpful.

Bath &Body Works is an interesting place to . It has essentials oils that are good for any ailment that you may have experienced. The employees that work there are very professional when dealing with their customers. They have very pretty candles and candle holders. They have a large variety of scents. The body washes and soaps you buy there have fragrances that last all day long. I love their environment. They even have beautiful bags that will hold hour purchased items.

Took my Goddaughter shopping for a Mothers Day gift for her Mother. This was a shopping adventure. So much to choose from. Everything well organized which made shopping easier. Something for everyone it seems. I ended up making additional purchases!!!

I had to make a return and the sales associate took her time to retrieve the exact I needed. She even ensured that the wallflower would work well before I left the store. The prices were verified and my coupon was correctly applied. Great experience.

If I could give B&BW zero I would. I registered as a reward member. I get coupons in the mail. Great. But you can’t use two coupons on line. It is exceptionally difficult for me to go the stores. How ridiculous is this?! Why bother sending two coupons if you can’t use them simultaneously? Why have in online store if I cannot have the same shopping experience I would if I physically went to the store. This company needs to take into consideration that not all their customers have the capability of shopping at their retail center.And don’t get me started on their wallflower scents. You can’t smell them! Even in a small room they are hard to detect. You have to literally be next to the plugin to smell any fragrance at all. Glade is a far more superior product.My shopping with B&BW is done. Very dissatisfied customer and poor customer satisfaction is the cause.

Too expensive but I love the fragrance

On December 14th, during their body care sale, I decided to stop by and grab some stuff for Christmas. I have a condition called POTS which causes me to get dizzy and sometimes faint when I have been standing too long. After 20 minutes in line I could feel that I was getting close to fainting and the employees were amazing. They helped me to a chair in front of a fan and offered me water. They brought a portable card reader to check me out so I didnt have to get back in line. In the middle of that chaos it would have been very easy to make me feel like an inconvenience, but they were so kind and helpful. 10/10 would totally try to not pass out there again.

Finally after candle review!! I went to this location on 12/7/19 and I was so happy to get all the candles I wanted for my home, friends and family. I especially want to thank a wonderful associate Katia. She was one of the many helping hands I saw here but stood out to me by helping locate “Falala” and helping pick up a new favorite “London.” Very informative, kind young lady!!! After her help I was greeted again by Katia at the register. She kept me informed about the company app and even wished me a Happy Holidays, I walked out happy with the prices, experience and nothing but great things to say. I also would like for the store manager to know how hard her staff worked and I was surprised by how smoothly each line went!!Great Candle Day Sale!!

Ive never met a Bath & Body Works store I didnt like, this one was no exception. It seems I only end up shopping at this particular location during the holidays which is when its a complete mad house but the staff are always friendly and accommodating. All B&BW are pretty expensive but there is always a sale going on so I always stock up on sale items.

Not very pleased. I was supposedly added to a group text for new hires and the manager refuses to delete the group. Everyday I am constantly getting random numbers texting me and it is getting annoying. She stated that she was going to delete the group but she still hasnt. My assumption is that this lady is a liar, unprofessional, and should not be trusted. Why is it so hard to delete a group and redo it with the numbers you collected at orientation? Please please please delete the group.
