Well one guy who worked there must have thought I wasnt buying anything, but I was. He was told to help me, so I said sir do you have these in a 3. He says I dont know what these are and walked away and helped other people. So a young lady said, I got you. She got me exactly what I wanted and had a smile doing it. I really appreciate her for her assistant. And it was a Caucasian lady who helped me the guy was the same as me. We have to do better..

I love Jimmy jazz from up north but to come south and I find one ... incredible! The staff is SUPER friendly and very helpful... they didnt have the shoes I initially went for, however I got great pair of shoes for half the price and some additional steals!!! What would you like to know?

Extremely upset I ordered a pair of shoes and it said due to COVID it may take 8 days to ship... it’s been 8 days so I called customer service and they told me it can take up to 15( which was not printed anywhere) I asked would they cover my shipping and they said no because shipping will be in 2 days we just have got to your order yet Ridiculous

The clothing selection is slim for big guys. The shoe selection isnt too impressive either, although they are a good place to go for discounts.The last time I visited them, I bought a few nice items and a pair Jordan retros, well below retail.If youre slim and like street gear, stop by. The prices are a little high but they have some diacounts and the clothing does look sharp, I admit.

As another big guy stated in the reveiws, they NEVER have anything for big guys, and they NEVER have any shoes larger than a size 13. The store is located in a city with numerous high Schools, and two College Unversities that have football players and Basketball players! Most football and basketball playes are bigger than your average male with big feet to boot!! They need to tap into that market if they plan on improving their customer volume.

Recently went to buy a gift for my little brother. The advertised placard said $19.99 on select styles. We ask an employee if these are on sale for this price. He looks me dead in the eye and says yes, I believe so. We go to buy and the cashier says $29.99. We ask Tai, the assistant manager if these are on sale. She said she they should be $19.99 on select styles and hurried along to no longer assist us and gains our attention towards the store owner/manager with Marley twists. She says well theyre in the process of changing the placard as if we should have known that. She kept saying that the employees were in the process of changing it (no evidence pointing to this change whatsoever) instead of honoring the price. According to the law, its illegal to false advertise when 2 employees are telling you the product theyre selling, they think its $19.99. Wont be getting another dime from me and Ill considered DTLR instead. Thanks for the free advertising for their store during your salespitch.
