I would put -10 if I could. The manager is so rude and the employees are his puppets. I came in store and brought 2 pairs of shoes and asked them to locate a shoe at another store for me. They contacted store 45mjns away and said they have it. I drove all the way to the store to find out they never even had the shoe and on top of that one of the shoes I purchased from them they put wrong size in bag. I contact them and say there store doesn’t have and we have wrong size no apology or anything, the only thing he say is well if u come back I can exchange for u at no charge (keep in mind the store is 1hr and change away from my house)

Seems like they are excellent in NOT trying to sell shoes. I was told immediately that i couldnt try the shoes on. Im not sure but i think others stores sell Air Force 1s.

The young man and young lady who who worked 10/10/21 are the worst employees Ive ever seen. I walked in, they looked at me and turned their heads. I picked two pairs of work boots out but got no assistance. As I turned to see why no one was helping I see the guy on his phone and the girl cleaning the doors. I was the only customer in the store. They are just pathetic

I really don’t want to think it was a race thing but me and a buddy went in to get some Jordan’s and was told at the register that they couldn’t ring us up cause the system was down even though I had cash. They didn’t say that to anyone else in the store. Just me and my other white buddy. I’d hate to think that’s the reason but why stay open if the system won’t allow anyone to buy anything?

Please make sure if its a sale item you take a picture when you touch the shoe. The sales person saw that it was on sale. When she scanned it did not reflect the price. Ironically, the sticker fell off the shoe she picked it up after my son took the shoe off however, she didnt come back to the register to show the manger the sale sticker . The manager tells me she cant honor the price because thats not whats in the system that somebody put the wrong sticker on there. Which has nothing to do with me as a paying customer. Moral of the story keep track of your inventory and honor the price being displayed. Thank you a paying customer!

For the prices of the items in the store...uh nah. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I just couldnt get past the cost of items in the store.

The customer service at this location is nonexistent. I only made a purchase because I dont feel like going to the mall. Neither of the 3 employees spoke to anyone in the store. They stayed in a huddle in the front talking and had to be summoned for assistance. One of the 3 workers was the assistant manager....say what now 😳. He wasnt even knowledgeable about the merchandise. Do better!

I just left this store moments ago. There were three employees working. No one greeted me when I entered the store. They did not acknowledge my presence. While I looked at sneakers in the back, the three employees congregated near the front/cash register area and socialized. Another woman in the store needed help. She was holding two two different sneakers and looking to the front of the store. No one spoke nor offered help. She said “hello” but they did not hear her. I told the woman no one even greeted me when I came it. I walked back towards the doors to leave, and they STILL did not speak nor offer help. I will never come to this store again.

The customer service is very horrible. I walked into the store and I was not greeted nor asked if I needed anything. The workers looked right at me as I walked in and continued with their conversation. I wouldn’t spend my money nor recommend anyone coming there. Will not come back.

Purchased items on 12/24 for a Christmas gift. Called the store to ask if my daughter can exchange for a different size, No! Wow no exchange with a receipt? No! Apparently theres a 14 day return policy to obtain store credit/exchange and no refunds, period. Quite harsh for someone who patronized and just wants a different size, especially within 30 days and with a receipt. Buyers take your money elsewhere. None of the competition has these stipulations - Champs, Hibbett Sports, Jimmy Jazz, Finishline, Footlocker, etc.

Great merchandise, not so good customer service. I have seen all employees on their phone and they sit alot. A couple of the fellas also sag their pants. I saw a female employee actually working hard, which is a trend at their Lithonia store as well.
