My family decided to switch to Verizon and this was the closest store to our house. We did not realize that Verizon had these authorized retailers and this is where we ended up. I will start with the fact that this location charges an extra $30 as a “phone set up charge” compared to a corporate Verizon store, which charges $0 for this service. This was a complete rip off and we had to bring my wives phone to the corporate store to be fixed. It required a new SIM card and the rep took around 20 mins fixing the account in the system. The reps were kind and attentive, which is the only positive of the store. I would not recommend this store though due to the predatory price practices. Save yourself the $30 and go to a corporate store.

I arrived at this location to pick up a phone that I had purchased online from Verizons site, and was met with attitude. Apparently, because this is a Verizon authorized dealer, not a Verizon corporate store, there is not synchronicity between this stores inventory and what can be purchased online through Verizon. Completely unacceptable. I ordered a phone, expecting to be able to pick it up on the same day (within about 1 hr the website says), but the employee gave me attitude that I had shown up with a confirmation number for an item they did not have. Rather than offer any appeasement to this situation, I was told that I should have just waited until I received a confirmation message that the phone was ready to pick up from them. When I asked when I might expect them to have the phone in stock, there was no timeline given for when the phone might be received.

Did not have a replacement phone after my husbands phone got wet. When asked about buying another one, I was told they could not sell it outright. At least 50.00 would have to be financed. Then I asked about a glass screen protector for my phone and she said 65.00. Will not go back there again. Associate was nice and polite and I understand she has no control over company policies.

Long story short, this was by far the worst experience I have had to deal with. The level of incompetence here was astounding. A normal upgrade of phones turned from a 1 hour visit, to a 4 hour visit, and being charged 3 times for two phones. Granted the money was returned, had I been needing the over $800 that day, I would have been screwed. I would give this place negative stars if Google allowed it, but as is 1 star is the least I can. For the love of all that is holy, please allow the sweet old lady to retire. It is long overdue.

I just had one of the most insulting experiences at this Verizon store. The reason I went to this store was because I just spent the day at the lake with my family and noticed the store was close by and thought it would be more convent. I was wrong. I would rather go to the larger one wait in line for 20 mins then go back to this place and get insulted by the red head lady that worked there. She basically called me a bad child for paying my dad cell phone bill and paying what he asked me to pay. The only reason I gave this place two stars was because the other guy that was actually helping before this rude lady came to “help” was extremely nice and gave amazing customer service.

I try to avoid this place at all cost. This store has made my experience of switching to Verizon an absolute nightmare. All the previous reviews about the misleading, lying, horrible customer service is all true and more.My husband and I unfortunately got caught up in the Galaxy Note disaster recall. They made switching to the new Pixel phone beyond complicated and to the point where I was waiting 3 months for a new phone. I didnt get a Pixel until I went into the store to tell them I was flying out of the country and I wouldnt be allowed to have that phone with me. This is after I went into the store 6 times to get a phone that never showed when they said it would. Unfortunately the situation was doubled because my husband was in the same predicament.I have never seen such incompetent customer service. If the person who originally helped you is not there you are screwed. They do not help anyone that was working with someone previously with a continuing problem. Also, do not go unless you have at least an hour on your hands to waste. One of the many times we went to store to fix our problems, we had to make a payment to adjust to the new phone and the guy was sitting there texting on his phone. So I just sit there thinking hes possibly just waiting for some things on my phone to transfer. This goes on for another minute and then I ask is there anything I need to do to speed this process along and he just looks at me and says that he was just waiting for me to pay the money. I wanted to throw something. The final and last time I had to go in there to get my phone that took 4 months to get I didnt even go. I sent my husband to go because I was afraid I would go nuclear on them. He came back saying that he had to pay $100 for the new phone payment adjustment. When I questioned another store about it they said because theyre a separate retailer they cant go into the transaction and they dont see what it was for. Two months later Im also waiting for my phone credit to hit my account but because they didnt send my old phone back when it was required I dont know if Ill ever see that credit.I seriously dont know why Verizon hasnt shut this place down. Or fired everyone in the store. Its a disgrace.

Went in there to get a Verizon phone unlocked what was paid off and was not under contract anymore. the lady told me flat out that she will not unlock the phone. so i made her aware of the FCC Competition Act rule from February 11 2015 what states that she has to by law and i was going to show it to her since i had it printed out. she than said i do not need to see that i know what the rules are and refused to unlock the phone. so i went down the road to a corporate operated Verizon store and the guys in there where very helpful and told me that what she said was a lie. so there you have it not only did they confirm she lied but i also called tech support and they said it also. BE AWARE they lie to you. best is never go there.

Buyers beware! The experience that I have had with this store and its associates has been anything but pleasant. We have gotten nothing but the run around since we walked through the doors. We went in about a month ago to look at new phones since we were due for an upgrade. Our phones were still in great working order; we simply wanted to check out our options and see if there was anything that would fit our budget. We were greeted by salesman Jimmy Montanez. He seemed great, telling us that he had the perfect deal to fit our needs. We were to receive two Note5 phones. As far as the charges went, he told us that my phone would be free if I traded in my S5 and my husbands phone would be $183. He said that there would be no other charges we would have to pay, except a ONE-time fee of $40 on our next bill for the upgrade charge of the two new phones. This was well within our price range, so we agreed. While we were sitting with him at his desk, he said that included in the package we got was a FREE phone case, glass screen protector and a car charger. When it came time to check out, he had my husband sign on his little pad and told him that it was just basic information that he was signing and kept talking through the whole thing. Before we left, I asked again to be sure that we were only being charged the $183 tonight and the one time extra charge of $40. Again, he assured me that that was the only thing that we would pay and nothing on our bill would change after that. A few weeks later, we got our Verizon bill stating that we owed $1,400 for our two new phones. But how can that be? Jimmy told us multiple times that my phone was free and my husbands was $183. We contacted the store manager, James and he admitted that this was not the first time something like this had happened with Jimmy. He said there was nothing that he could do for us and sent us on to the district manager, Jason. What a joke calling him was. He was zero help and pretty much laughed when I told him what was going on, stating that he had heard about it and there was nothing he would do about it. He said that the information was presented incorrectly and we signed the contract, therefore its our fault and that was the end of it. I also called the corporate office in Greenville, NC and filed a complaint. I was given a case number and told I would be contacted within 1-5 business days. Here we are, seven days later, and I have yet to hear anything from them. I called this morning again and spoke to someone, giving me the same response; someone would contact me soon. I am very disappointed in the way that business has been conducted with this company. To all customers, present and future, make sure you know what youre getting into before signing anything with his company.

The customer Service Rep. Jimmy M. He is misleading and does not provide full disclosure of his services. He also flat out lied about having to buy extra items from his store in order to be able to get the Verizon Promotion. After calling Verizon Customer Services and then the manager I was refunded px. 170 however they then added some extra charges for the sims card. In total 20 per phone for installing and 25 per phone for sims. $90 you could save if you just purchase online and call Verizon Customer Service line. I know better next time!We went in to purchase the G7Edge buy one get one free and came out with $204 added to my bill on cases, car charges, and phone card. When he was giving the phones to us he went gathering this stuff and I made it very clear that I was not buying extra Stuff. He then went on to say that all these things Came with the bundle he never went over my bill, he had my husband sign his pad several times but never going over the bill. I had to leave early and did not get to stay to finish the transaction. Assuming that the money that we had paid was going to go toward the purchase of the first phone but When I got home to review the bill I noticed the extra charges and the price of the phone was as if we had put nothing on it. I really hate shady sales people I know everyone is trying to look out and make their quota but misleading people into a sale is wrong no matter how you put it. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR SHADY SALES PEOPLE
