My wife and I are selling our home and had a last minute puppy chewing situation which left us in a bind about 14 days out from closing on our home and needing a repair ASAP. We walked into Webb Carpet Company and Mr. Griffin greeted us, took the time to listen to our situation, and do everything in his control to help us especially with us being in such a time crunch. He was able to get us taken care of within three business days and the men that came to do the carpet repair did a phenomenal job. They were quick, efficient and professional. We also felt that it was done in an incredibly timely matter and that it was priced fairly compared to competitors. If we ever need a carpet repair, replacement or install, this is going to be the only place we reach out to. We had some prior experience with Lowes that hardly measured up. Thank you so much!

Webb carpet was super quick and easy to work with. They were able to meet our timeline with no issues. Edgar came and installed our new carpet this morning. It looks amazing! They did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards too. I am so happy with our purchase!

We bought carpet from Lowe’s the beginning of December. They subcontracted to Legacy to install the carpet with an installation date of December 31. We spent a few days preparing for the installation day by breaking and moving furniture throughout the house to facilitate the installation. They sent two young guys who obviously did not want to be there. They made any excuse to leave and did not come back. After 4 1/2 hours on the phone with both companies they tried to reschedule installation. We said no thank you. After reading some reviews my husband called Webb carpet company. Mrs. Susan answered and was a complete savior. They were suppose to close the business at 2pm, but she waiting for us to come in and pick carpet. She also came in that same evening to measure our house, had a quote for us by Saturday and installed our carpet by Monday!! We bought a way better carpet than we would have gotten from Lowe’s and the customer service was top notch! We need to do a better job as Americans in picking non corporate companies who obviously could care less about customer service. I would gladly recommend Webb carpet company for any ones’ carpet needs. They have completely saved us from a tremendous headache!! Mrs Susan is super nice and eager to help!

Webb Carpet got me out of a jam after I had to fire Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration for unsatisfactory performance at a rental property. Prior to contacting Webb I called several other carpet installers: One of them wanted me to pay the full amount before they even started work, and the other forgot to call me back with an estimate because he lost my paper on his desk. I called Webb Carpet next and spoke with Suzanne. She made good recommendations on matching the existing carpet, found me a good price on some vinyl plank, and had the job done quickly. I paid 50% up front, and paid the rest when they actually sent me pictures of the finished job. When I was finally able to visit the site later, their worked looked great even up close. Its stressful hiring a contractor to work on a vacant property when you cant physically be there to see the outcome, and Webb Carpet provided a refreshing dose of trustworthiness and quality.

Our two installers, Edgar and Gustavo, were exceptional. Spent 10 hours installing our new flooring. Very nice men willingly to go out of their way to go the extra mile to satisfy us!Highly recommend these gentlemen. From my first encounter with the staff at Webb Carpet to the persons that installed my flooring I was completely impressed!! Will S. was great with assisting me in getting the perfect carpet and vinyl flooring for my home. He was extremely helpful and patient with me in making my flooring decisions. And he was always pleasant and professional. Edgar and another worker installed my flooring and did a fantastic job. They were both professional, polite and worked very hard with completing my installation. There are other workers I encountered at Webb Carpet on Raeford Rd. and they have all been nice and welcoming every time I came through the door. I wish I had their names too...Everyone at Webb Carpet was outstanding and I’ll definitely continue to use their services for all my future flooring!

Does not stand behind work.

Consistently late. Waited over an hour for measure. Now waiting 1.5 hrs for install, still not here. Nice folk, seems like a good place but geez they sure can’t show up on time.Update: they arrived and are doing excellent quick work. Edgar the installer is very professional and did excellent work. Still need to improve scheduling as I had wasted a lot of time. Would probably give 5 stars if it weren’t for time.

Suzanne was wonderful. She is very personable and professional. I appreciated her insights regarding the flooring products we were considering for our home. I also appreciated she worked within our budget to help find quality and affordable products. The installation team was prompt, efficient and did great work on our home. They explained to me the different levels of carpet and padding up front and what the different price ranges were so that I could stay within my budget. If they didn’t have something in stock, they told me exactly when they could have it in to be installed. Amie provided phenomenal assistance with our whole house carpet installation. Despite our tight time constraints, she was able to have Kevin measure our floors, help us with choosing a carpet, and schedule the installers before the movers delivered our household goods. The installers Edgar and Rene were detail oriented, professional, and efficient. We have a large, exposed staircase, and they were able to install the stair carpeting with clean, defined, and uniform edges. I am impressed with their craftsmanship. Our whole experience with Webb Carpet was definitely pleasant. Every person I interacted with at Webb Carpet was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them to others.

Will never go anywhere else! Larry and the guys at Webb carpet made this whole experience wonderful. I bought an older house that I decided to remodel. Had them come out and measure and I ended up not being able to have it done for a few months because of other issues with the house. When I approached them again they were just as helpful as ever. It now looks like a whole new house.The floors look absolutely amazing, work was done very cleanly, and everything was done in just a few days including ripping out the old, nasty carpet.Will go back again for my other rooms and will recommend to everyone!

Our family has been doing business with Web Carpet for years. We have always been extremely satisfied with our flooring. We just had some LVT installed and we love it! Will our salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installers that came out did an excellent job. Very satisfied customer. Spoke with Patty about getting carpet installed in two of my back bedrooms.Once I go into the office, I had only a few options to choose from or else they would have to order it. Most the options seemed very low quality. Once I did find a feel and quality I wanted, I only had two options of colors a grey and a tan color. Could not pick out shades unless I was willing to wait for it to be ordered.For two bedrooms (in my opinion average size rooms) my total was coming up to $1,827.38.The quality of the carpet was just average in my opinion. I was not shown the padding or even asked to pick it out.We decided to go with another carpet company and was able to pick our padding out, and had many options to choose from as far as color and feel so we didnt have to wait for anything to be ordered. We got a great quality carpet with great padding for well under the $1,827.38.Also, This was not a budgeting issue. I still spent around $1500 in my carpet with Installation using another company. But the other company (like stated above) had many IN STOCK options and informed me better.Using another company I was sat down and explained the different padding (customer service is EVERYTHING).I picked the most expensive padding available since it can effect the life of your carpet. It also has a moisture barrier. (Once again I had choices though)Mohawk carpet is well known and respected brand. I choose that. I have a child so the carpet was soft but durable (I got to choose a shade, once again choices).

First I want to thank Will for taking the time to help us understand the pros and cons of the different floors we were looking at, the ins and outs of how Webb Carpet and the floor vendors would take care of us if any problems arose, and his ability to help in our final selection.
