I could care less about a candle but we went into the store for a gift for a friend who loves them. I sure am glad we did! It was the best experience ever! There was a sale on the candles and the kind ladies showed us how to personalize and wrap the candle. It turned into a beautiful gift! The employees were really kind and have personalized assistance. Very nice!

A small but great longtime candle and home comfort store for many years at this location with a clean and organized arrangement of products to easily and quickly choose from.The friendly and knowledgeable staff are very helpful with suggestions of scents and themes to suite customer moods and holiday ideas to gift or take home and enjoy.

Great store, its only super busy during the holidays but regardless the staff are always super helpful and very sweet in making sure you have a pleasurable expirence. Unlike other Yankee stores the lighting isnt dark but actually rather well lit.

Good prices, good products, and generous discounts. Reason for four stars and not give is due limited options. What they have is great just feel they need more.

I like this location. John has helped me the last two times Ive been there, and he is so friendly and helpful. He spent time helping me find the scents I didnt know I wanted, and gave real thought into what fragrances I would like. It seems like he really likes what he does, makes it a joy to shop there.

Great store! They have a very nice selection, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Kimberly for assisting me in finding a candle that would match perfectly for this holiday season! Dont shop at this location. If you buy any candles and they dont burn/smell like you desire, they will give you a hard time exchanging or returning what you purchased. Ms. Kris manager, has a terrible attitude and have given us a hard time on a few occasions. We wont be shopping at this store any longer and will ensure everyone that we know will not support this store. The Store Manager enjoys going back and forth with her customers. I guess the saying you can not argue with yourself doesnt apply to her. Her main focus and goal was to state how right she was and wrong I was. Her exact words I hate that customers think they can come in her and think they are right. Wow! I hate you feel that way Doing your job and getting paid to bully your customers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I will not shop here again... my mother has spent thousand of dollar in this store and the one time she need help the managers were not helpful. One of them was every sassy!! My mom bought a candle from them and she used it that same was she used the othe thousand of candles she bought from them except the different was tha wick on this on burnt out before the candle was finish.. the manger said she should have clipped the wick ... but as long as we have been going there we were never informed of that and we had to do that with any of the candles we have bought from them. Everytime we buy a candle they always as it there are any issue to bring it back and they would help ... but that was not the case! Well when the situation was brought to the manger ... The manger said we just had to be very lucky ... ( that the wick didn’t go out before) while rolling her neck She was trying to be smart! So we decided we were not going to spend our money in that store no more because they do not go by what they advertise!
