YOU GUYS NEED TO START DOING A BETTER JOB OF THE TECHNICIANS YOU HIRE !!!!!! PERHAPS RANDOM DRUG TESTS ! WITH THE DEGREE IN BUSINESS THAT YOUR OWNER HAS I WOUKD THINK YOU WOULD WANT ABSOLUTELY THE BEST REPRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I CAN NOT REMEMBER WHAT THE NAME WAS OF THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO MY MOTHER’S HOME BUT SHE SAID HIS EYES WERE VERY BLOODSHOT AND HE LOOKED AS IF HE HAD JUST THREW HIS CLOTHES ON OR AS IF HE HAD GOTTEN IN A SCUFFLE!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY JUST BECAUSE OF THE TECHNICIANS ALONE !!!!!!

Purchased house in November 2018. 4 months of purchasing the home one of the cabinets completely separated from the wall. The company sent a repair person out in March of 2019 and apparently he patched the cabinet by camouflaging the problem with a lot of caulk. Having same issue with the same cabinet and was told due to settling and cabinets are out of warranty. This is the same problem that I had while under warranty and was not correctly repaired in 2019. The company claim its from settling however, the cabinet is not even leveled. This is definitely poor workmanship and they do not value their customers nor do they stand by their work.I did not sign off on the job as 100% complete because I was at work when the alleged repair was done nor did my husband. My husband even told the guy that pushing the cabinet up against the wall and adding a couple of screws would not solve the problem and yet thats what he did and here we are with the same problem.I agree you did service the cabinets numerous times which is a red flag that there were ongoing issues with cabinet installation.You offered a trip charge of $160 yesterday as a resolution to the problem. I will never pay you to come out and botch the job again that you botched for free (under warranty). Bad business!!!!

Ordered cabinets for my new home. They were delivered on time and looked better than I had imagined. The staff here was very knowledgeable and respectful of what I wanted and made it happen! Will be highly recommending them in the future

They were the original manufacturers and installers of our cabinets in our new build home. They were efficient and did what we asked them to do. On our one year walk through with our builder, we noted that a panel on the island came loose. My builder contacted their store and the scheduler promptly contacted me to arrange the guys to come out.The were here. On time. Quick. Efficient. They were in and out in less than 10 minutes, explained how the cabinets are assembled and why it popped loose while they were fixing it, and were the kindest two folks I’ve had over to do warranty work ever. Furthermore, I live an hour and a half away — and that didn’t bother them... not even for my 5 to 10 minute job.Well done, CFC!

Great service, cabinets were delivered on time with no damage, and installed with perfection.

Had new cabinets made Center Island was custom took sales Rep to my old house to show exactly what I wanted. NOT called owner out he blew me off. There were to be double doors for storing pots and skillets not with those small doors. Now just discovered that on corner cabinet was never finished wipe hand and get chalky paint. Drawer broke my fault 30 days still waiting for salesman to decide if they should deal with any issues. Going to news media and BBB
