Staff is friendly bit takes forever to get cabinets

Pete and Carlos stopped by this morning to fix some loose trim for me. They got to my house right on time and had everything fixed within 15 minutes. They were friendly and professional. Would recommend their services.

I have a water leak in my home which caused a complete rip out of my kitchen. Brock cabinets was the company the who put new cabinets in andI am still having to redo almost everything they did. They did not take responsibly for the mistakes they made, This is NOT a company you want to work with if you want quality work.

Carlos and Pete came out to do some touchups on the cabinets for our house. They worked fast, and were friendly and personable. We love the cabinets so far. They even talked about the warranty and how we could just call of we had any issues. Great service so far.

Abner and Miguel, came to fix a wobbly kitchen island. They were respectful and had all the tools needed to do the job the first time and do it right. Based on there representation of Brock cabinets I would recommend them to anyone.

Donna was nothing but friendly and professional. I would swear she doesnt sleep. She was there to answer any questions at, what seemed like, any hours asked them. The installation went off without a hitch and our kitchen is better than expected. We have 3 more add on jobs for them when were ready.

Did a quick walk through since its appt only. The last art the front desk was friendly and answered a few questions. Not a large selection they may have more via catalog or special order. Ill update if I return.

This is an excellent place to find cabinets and countertops or cabinet pulls at a discount. They have miscellaneous cabinetry which is perfect for a small or diy project. If you dont find what youre looking for at the discount store be sure to check out their main location and showroom about a mile away.

The staff at the Fayetteville branch at Brocks is Awesome! The techs and installers are always well equipped, capable and service the raleigh/Durham area. This is convenient because as a home builder I have projects in several cities.Elaine Davis, The service manager here responds quickly, formulates solutions and always makes sure the techs show up on time. This type of service is consistently delivered very professionally.

I have had much contact with Brock Cabinets in the past 2 years. From what I have seen and heard, they have provided great customer service and product. I know you will not be disappointed when choosing Brocks for your next kitchen or bathroom remodel!

Horrible customer service! Cabinets in my new house are flaking and peeling. Found out from a delivery driver, who was in my house that used to work for Brock, that they(Brock) were in a lawsuit with their cabinet makers for providing faulty stained cabinets to them. Brock themselves did not reach out to us once to let us know we might have a defective batch of cabinets. In fact, when we called them, they said according to their records, we did not get part of the batch that was involved in the lawsuit. We told them they were mistaken, and continued to argue with them until they agreed to send someone out. But, at this point, whats the point. The cabinet doors are peeling and flaking off, and theyre less than a year old. About a year ago Brock took one of our cabinet doors to color match to the rest of the shelving system. We were supposed to get all new cabinet doors in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. One year later, many unreturned calls later, were still missing the door they took for color matching, with no idea if well ever get new doors. My kitchen looks extremely tacky with one big cabinet door missing. Thank you Brock Cabinets for standing behind your product and keeping your customers well informed!!!! Cannot recommend this company ever!!!

Stopped by to get prices for our kitchen remodel. No one cared to help us at all except the receptionist. 100x better service from big box stores such as Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Worst customer service around. I spoke to Megan to find out about getting touch up paint for cabinets, she was very sweet and told me their service guy was gonna be in the area and would drop it off to me but never showed up. Called Megan many times and left messages also emailed her and never responded back in a 3-4 week period. Ive spoke to the front desk and told her what was going on & she went to service to find out and said they do have my color cabinets in stock and will have them call me and I dont hear from them in a day or 2 to call back. Never heard from them. I called the front desk again & she spoke to service and again they said their service guy will be in the area on Thursday & Will leave the touch up kit at your front door. That service guy again never showed up Thursday or Friday. So now I have to call back on Monday. This is getting to be ridiculous, if you dont want to give me touch up kit just say so. Beware of customer service.

I had two bathroom counter tops installed. During the installation they realized one of the counter tops was finished on the wrong end. The counter top they installed I had to call back the plumber twice for leaks.They installed the second counter top a week later. I was told the plumber would show up around 4pm to install the new faucets, no luck.I’ve made two additional appointments with the plumber but he still has not showed up to install the faucets.I’ve left messages for the sales rep about the plumber and requested someone new but my calls haven’t been returned.

The company who built our house used them. We closed on the house June 2011. We were told that we would need to select our refrigerator from them. Upon entering we were looked at and quickly dismissed. After looking at their subpar selection we promptly insisted that our fridge come from sears. On inspection of the house before handover we noted several defect with the cabinets in all the rooms. A technician came to take a look and said they they would order the parts and enter a claim but it would take a few weeks for the parts and longer for a tech to make it back out. After a month of. I contact we called and were told. O one would be coming out because they were in litigation with the manufacturer but they would contact us as soon as there was a settlement. I confirmed that they had our names and numbers on file. I continues to call every few months being told the same thing. Fastforward to 2015...I was told they were still in litigation but they would contact me soon. 2016, I was told that litigation had ended a while ago and letters were sent to those with faulty cabinets. After insisting that I never received a letter I was transferred to the owner. He told me that letters were sent to information on file and that we should have called before not now just because we were selling our house. I told him that were calling because the cabinet doors are warping, the drawers dont close flat to the cabinet front and the finish is flaking of everywhere and that its out of concern for my infant childt hat Im calling, not a sale. He told me he would get in contact with me soon. Its June 2017 I havent heard a peep.Save your time, money and stress levels by shopping somewhere else.

This place didnt even call me back after no one was available to help. They lost a 12000 kitchen remodel job that went to PARKS building supply.
